We use macros at work due to which less human efforts are utilized and hence quality output delivered in cost effective manner. It helps to achieve customer satisfaction.

Automation Anywhere is a very useful and a very friendly tool, easy to learn and understand.
It helps to do the task very easily and saves time and efforts. It is very useful where repetitive task are going in daily basis & which takes too much human efforts and time. like : Collecting the user data from large number of users excel file.

Nothing to say much here, I did not find anything to dislike till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting the user data from large number of users excel file and updating that data in one main excel file. It was a repetitive task and it was taking too much time and human effort . After the use of Automation Anywhere RPA Tool I was able to do that task easily and in very less time.

Version Upgrading thus create issues, the most common we'd suffered is broken bot. Moreover, for new releases Logs can be improved and more justifiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are leveraging the benefits of Automation anywhere in Data Extractions and filtration. We process the type of lead we'd captured from the business and generate a new subordinate actions according the type of lead we'd procured, this thus makes our job easy and more robust and thus overall reduces the chances of overlooking and mistakes as we encountered earlier using manual process.

The best thing about automation is that it saves a lot of time and energy. Organizations can use human resource for more intellectual and strategic decision making, which will enhance their growth. Automation will ensure minimum errors and save the company from huge losses. Employees will also feel motivated if their time is saved and if they can get rid all the monotonous work. Eventually, the future is going to be for organizations with complete automation.

Automation can be expensive. Automation is not widely used because not much people have knowledge about it. The thing that I do not like is that, it should be used in a clever manner in order be effective, otherwise it will only result in expense and loss.

It requires special skills to bring automation to the work processes, but once its done correctly it is very useful. It is user friendly and helps to finish work in less time. It also minimizes errors. Minimum errors will ensure higher productivity and greater profitability. Also, the employees will not tremendous work pressure which will help in employee well being. The organisation will also save a lot of money in the long run. That is because automation will ensure less employee turnover.

Easy to use and definitely serves the purpose. The next generation is automation and is essential for us to start with it now. The future will be less of paperwork and monotonous jobs and will be more creative.
