Automation Anywhere is easy to learn and use as it does not require programming experience and expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere have a limited number of functions. The tool does not have an in-built function for converting JSON, it will require Metabots and external DLLs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automated data validation and posting for different applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very flexible to create a robust and complex process automation. This tool is also easy to understand Beginners. As per my experience i have found that Automation Anywhere is the robust for types of automation like web, window, citrix, , images, pdf.
What do you dislike about the product?
so i have found dislike in Automation Anywhere is there are variables limitations and also it does not support Linux. AA has support me lot to simplify my process and proved a great software in RPA world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on Patient claims related to insurance (Heath care domain). In my process of automation Object Cloning is very useful. AA has increase the production and reduce the error rate.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most good thing that i like in Automation Anywhere is that it requires minimal coding so if we are from non coding background than easily we can get the opportunity to work on this tool. This tool has great feature of image recognition with OCR Technology so it can read the data from the image. Also the learning material that provided online is good and very helpful to learn about the Automation Anywhere. In Automation Anywhere scheduling and trigger automation script is quite easy to understand and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no dislike as i did not found it during my work, so this tool has done the great job for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was some web based and window based application i have automated and Automation Anywhere has saved my time and i was able to complete my work on time as well.

Minimizes double work. Useful to record data of end to end employee. Also reduces the pressure in work. Saving company's time and may lead to cost cutting, which makes the company to reach towards its goals and profit easily.
