Effortless Automation With Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
It's very handy tool with a pro drag and drop functionalities offered. We don't need any high level technical knowledge to work with this since it instructions are quite useful and guide you throughout the tool. There are like more than 500 actions I guess which covers most of use cases in real life business scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we open the task editor of a single task, it is bulky and less readable. It's like everything is packed together. So, Improving these nitty-gritty will make it stand out of the crowd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using this in driving some cool innovation in some banking projects like a Bot can help you dealing with repetitive business tasks that'll surely help in reducing response time to a higher extent, thus helps in improving business process agility and business process outcomes.

Automation Anywhere save time and efforts and can stop repeating same thinks again and again, so we can do in single click to make work more smooth and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much dislike in this, but if process wise its reduce employees if work is not available to assign, but also we can have more different work from client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of tracker helps to links alots of file and folder in one place for analysis, we can work as a team level with fast results output , which helps organization for prompt response towards clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is user friendly tool and also platform independent. Automation anywhere is easy and fast to learn. Some of its features are really useful like recording. It's connection establishment options works really well and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
In automation anywhere, development options are less like sometimes while developing any module I felt like IR could have been replaced with some other option or another option could have been added as image recognition doesn't work well everytime, like for some critical development we can not depend on IR instead script recording is more preferred. Also Object cloning sometimes gives false results. And while executing developed task we can pause but can not update the task. Everytime while editing any task we first need to checkout it then only we can edit this is quit time consuming better while opening any task, checkout option should be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am developing a module to automate a manual process of order processing. Through automation the benefits I have realized is that it's really useful for the process which are static as it is less time consuming than manual work. Also it reduces work and time. And also it reduces number of people working on that process. Overall cost reduction and saving time are it's greatest benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One can definitely use this automation tool of RPA but to automate small to medium modules and processes. Overall it's user-friendly and easy to learn tool.

Automation Anywhere is very amazing and user friendly tool. Automation Anywhere is an excellent platform which creates Bots that performs all types of tasks that reduces manual efforts. It provides many inbuilt features. Best thing I like the most is it validates all the PDF documents with high accuracy and less time.

Should have provided Oracle automation feature, which we are concentrating more now.

I found IQ bot was very helpful in processing invoices.

sometime automation anywhere does not automate some applications within a virtual machine. Its debugging system is not good. Building a new bot is quite confusing which takes too much time and without that you cannot use work queues and credentials manager from control room.

The problems which can be solved like the efficiency cost, employees will be less needed to do the work. Duplication of work gets resolved for example data entry works.
