What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which it solves complex process with such minimal efforts.
It provides the flexibility of using keyboard strokes and mouse clicks.
Provides intelligent automation for business and IT tasks.
Can automate ends to end business operations for companies.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are very less as such functions or things to dislike in Automation Anywhere which are:
1) The cost of automation anywhere is quite high which becomes a let down for small companies to opt for it.
2)Not an open source platform.
3) Forum is not so responsive
4)Not compatible with selenium IDE which is a disappointment
5)Only C# language compatible, need to be with visual basic too.
6) Can only automate tasks in Windows OS and not Mac OS.
7)No flowchart creation option.
8)It has complex user interface compared to other RPA tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere is been used by me to solve the issue of emails sorting and downloading attachments. It helps me do it with ease and also the time taken for the same is reduced to half the time required when done with human intervention.

It is a very good tool for beginners as well as proffesionals. The ease it provides for creating tasks is the best feature to look after for. The dissapointments are less and pros are more.

What do you like best about the product?
web recorder, Object cloning, OCR these are few commands I like the most.
I like IQ for capture the unstructured data.
I used meta bot for SAP automation ,in Meta bots I have called the DLLS.
I have been using window Actions, if/else commands, Email Automation Commands in Project.

What do you dislike about the product?
Image recognition Command is not reliable as Compare to OCR and object cloning .
So most of the time I am using Object cloning and Manage web control.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is using Automation Anywhere to handle repetitive tasks, for example processing the internet bills or food bills which are submitted by the employees to get reimbursements. These tasks used to consume approximately 3 hrs every day. Now, after implementing Automation Anywhere Robots, we are able to perform these tasks in less than 30 mins. This is being used by a process right now, and the plan is to deploy globally across different departments. Automation Anywhere saves FTE time from doing repetitive tasks, plus it is highly accurate in terms of doing complex repetitive tasks.

It is a very user friendly tool and anybody can easily lean this tool, there is no programing language required for this tool. we can Automate Excel, PDF,WEB,SAP etc.

The tool become unresponsive sometime..
Problem with OCR, which reads incorrect values.
the tool has issue with the filters that is used.
The application has issues like if the application that is automated become unresponsive, then bot will stuck and don't have any method to control it.

The tool is used for reporting Fraud for one of the banking partner and creation of fraud report which involve extraction data from multiple application and applying some business rules to analyse daily fraud and sharing the reports with the business.

Automation anywhere is simple to learn and efficient to improve quality of the product, it enables developers as well as testers to simplify functionality and reduce redundancy, its meeting all the requirements of user and ease of setup as well as ease of use, automation anywhere is allows admin to make the required changes in the software application and help us simpliy the things.

There is nothing as such i personally dislikes, it allows us to deliver quality and learn most of things which are helpful in live environment.

The biggest problem earlier was large codes, now with the help of automation anywhere we are reducing the code and making that simpler in use, we are reducing the complexity of the code, also helping testing teams to build the function and learn the code and the flow easily, the best way to get developer and testers on the same platform and to make them understand that with the help of automation anywhere tools we can make the world more better and effieicient.

I didn't find any flaws and dislikes in AA in terms of automating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am being the Business analyst ,realized that it becomes easy with Automation Anywhere to work on different domains, as it has got the integrated feature of the mainframe technology which is very easy to access just to put the host name and port number to access, which is not there with other tools, where we need to purchase separate Mainframe application like bluezone or micro focus etc.

Automation Anywhere is the best tool in the market due to following reasons:
1) It has a metabot which is a reusable component and can be used for scalability and re usability for developers.
2) It has a great PDF tool known as IQ bot which uses Machine learning for extraction of information from PDF.
3) It has a great PDF activity which allows to merge PDF and are used to merge different PDF into one.

The only con I found in Automation Anywhere is that they do not have much Excel activities/commands in the workbench like insert columns/rows etc.

Automation Anywhere is helping me to automate the complex task and automating the Projects that work on ERP Applications like SAP.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides the easiest way to implement RPA and IQ bots. You don't need to know any programming or have prior experience to create your own bots to automate tasks. For both web and desktop applications, there are over 500 commands in total that you can use to create tasks for the bots to perform.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes as Automation Anywhere was there when we needed a good RPA tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Automation Anywhere RPA to automate tasks that are repetitive and tedious. It can be really frustrating and tiresome to do certain tasks that can easily be assigned to bots such as comparing two PDF files for missing data, errors, etc. We also automate tasks such as extracting data from Microsoft Excel files and entering them into our database, sending routinely emails with our reports, converting Excel files into PDF for emails, etc.

I definitely recommend Automation Anywhere for implementing RPA. It is easy, hassle-free, and works excellently with no issues.

What do you like best about the product?
AA in itself is a complete tool. Right from creating simple bots, to publishing it, to controlling from remote locations, everything seems seamless here. The best part here is that the automation anywhere university is so elaborate, you can go and be a master of RPA yourself. They have not only focused on the tool but also on the training part of it. I can see many clients preferring to use AA within my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the elaborate training however I wish the training were more of human voice and not a digital voice since that makes one feel uninterested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating certain reports from SAP and external portals. We are work in progress but we are trying to automate a task which takes up to 15 hrs. a week.

My recommendation is to first spend enough time in the automation anywhere university courses and then go for actual implementation

Automation anywhere RPA plat form it matured enough, can easily automate Windows, Web, mainframe applications , have many screen scrapping options, many work arounds to automate the host applications, simple , robust, customizable, user friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere have some technical hurdles where the tool fails to automate for simple things. e.g. it gives wrong output when you compare blank or null variable with the variable having value, fails to recognize colour, etc. AA CR dashboard can be more interactive and informative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating business processes which uses web, SAP, windows and mainframe applications. AA benefited us in terms of adding virtual resources and replacing the FTEs , it also helped to reduce the process AHT and accuracy level.
