What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides the easiest way to implement RPA and IQ bots. You don't need to know any programming or have prior experience to create your own bots to automate tasks. For both web and desktop applications, there are over 500 commands in total that you can use to create tasks for the bots to perform.
You can also learn more about RPA through the Automation Anywhere University after signing up. The support team is very friendly and helpful to all our needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes as Automation Anywhere was there when we needed a good RPA tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Automation Anywhere RPA to automate tasks that are repetitive and tedious. It can be really frustrating and tiresome to do certain tasks that can easily be assigned to bots such as comparing two PDF files for missing data, errors, etc. We also automate tasks such as extracting data from Microsoft Excel files and entering them into our database, sending routinely emails with our reports, converting Excel files into PDF for emails, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend Automation Anywhere for implementing RPA. It is easy, hassle-free, and works excellently with no issues.

What do you like best about the product?
AA in itself is a complete tool. Right from creating simple bots, to publishing it, to controlling from remote locations, everything seems seamless here. The best part here is that the automation anywhere university is so elaborate, you can go and be a master of RPA yourself. They have not only focused on the tool but also on the training part of it. I can see many clients preferring to use AA within my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the elaborate training however I wish the training were more of human voice and not a digital voice since that makes one feel uninterested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating certain reports from SAP and external portals. We are work in progress but we are trying to automate a task which takes up to 15 hrs. a week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation is to first spend enough time in the automation anywhere university courses and then go for actual implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere RPA plat form it matured enough, can easily automate Windows, Web, mainframe applications , have many screen scrapping options, many work arounds to automate the host applications, simple , robust, customizable, user friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere have some technical hurdles where the tool fails to automate for simple things. e.g. it gives wrong output when you compare blank or null variable with the variable having value, fails to recognize colour, etc. AA CR dashboard can be more interactive and informative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating business processes which uses web, SAP, windows and mainframe applications. AA benefited us in terms of adding virtual resources and replacing the FTEs , it also helped to reduce the process AHT and accuracy level.

Learning automation anywhere is easier with the support of Automation Anywhere community, learning portals, documentation which is available in portal. Webniars will give you more details about new products and new features. Custom templates and existing bots from bot store which will give you more details how to implement and where to implement. coding standards reference documents will help you to develop quality standard codes. you can easily evaluate the security standards followed in Automation anywhere products. Veracode will help you to analyse the security and vulnerability standards followed in automatio anywhere products. Attending events conducted by automation anywhere like imagine and bot games will help you to innovative few more technologies with the efficient way will give more ideas. Learning new things with market standards and new generation skills will help you more.

In depth knowledge and the test to check how much took it and further gonna use it in our daily routine.
it has many features and we learned to make bots which are further most useful in document management, it services and anything for tracking things or record keeping.

Lengthy studies, If the file is in PDF format it is very useful to read and understand much rather we have a look in the video.

Incase of shortage in staff the Automation can keep the work flow smoother. What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Automation Anywhere is very good. Currently i am using this tool and finding very helpful to automate my processes. I was not from the technical background but this tool gives me opportunity to learn about its uses because to work on this tool, a person from no coding background can easily work on this. And also the support from its technical community is very good. I am very happy to working on this tool. There are some amazing features like IQ Bot, Image Recognition, Meta Tag that makes AA great in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked this tool most but there is something that about dislike is concept of queues is not clear. Sometime debugging is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extract data from the scanned pdf, excel data automation. This tool enhance my work productivity and also saved my time too. AA helped me to reduce my redundant task and reduce the error rate.

AA is recommendable because it requires less coding and a person can easily learn this and also can easily work on this.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly liked this software because this tool is very very user friendly compare to other tools, why because by using this tool anyone can learn and anyone can automate the process without any background coding knowledge just basic logical thinking is enough.
I want to share one more thing as my personally can't move into other tool because the way of providing automation anywhere functionalities and very flexible from bot frame work to till end.I tried to learn BP and UI Path tools as well but that both are complicated to learn and also need more coding knowledge is required like .net.

What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience i have some challenges like in Command prompt sometimes we are not able to automate due to cursor positions not appeared.In this case we are using Keystrokes but for this we need one fixed solution that to it should be 100% accuracy needed.
One more challenge like some of java applications due to some security issue while we are capturing the objects and performed something on that object after some time we ran the bot then application got closed automatically.
For this am suggesting need to fix the issue asap,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yes I resolved captcha code issue in Java Application one of the biggest client and I realized for one application which is CREO View designing tool but which is very difficult to automate but after i tried tried spent more time on this and finally gave best solution for this and I received best appreciation from my client as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the greatest RPA Tool ever. With the help of Automation Anywhere i was able to complete my work on time as per client requirement. Automation anywhere is easy to learn , it has a very user friendly interface. Someone from with less coding knowledge can easily learn the Automation Anywhere. IQ Bots is the very helpful from which we can automate the unstructured Data. Support from the technical community is also very quick and good. Also it has Image recognition feature. I also like the OCR technology which is helpful to read the data from the image.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my experience there are something that i dislike in Automation Anywhere tool is sometimes its does not support the chrome, also its unable to connect already opened excel, sometime object cloning gives error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this tool for Bot designing, email automation and excel automation. Using this tool, i found the scalability of this product is very good, reduction inn error rate, great efficiency in work to used this tool.
