What do you like best about the product?
Its very user friendly tool as compare other automation tool. We learnt lot of things from certification.
Workload management concept is the best way to divide your data do automation in quick process.
As All commands are easy drag and drop. Easy assign role using admin access. As we I gone through multiple automation tool this tool is very flexible to do the automation. Handling in AA is easy step to tackle the exception. Excel As database makes very easy fetching and updating the excel without opening Excel which is best in automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
IQ Bot is not available easily to learn and work. If community edition not get disabled within certain time then its best platform to learn the automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP automation, UI automation, PDF automation, Excel automation are solved with automation anywhere. Excel as database concept makes more faster as compare to other tool. Metabot is the best bot creator for SAP and Authorized sites.

abby tool or any other OCR tool made available then scanned pdf reading is easy. If we integrate AI tool then Artificial inteligence got recovered in AA.

Automation Anywhere is very easy to use and understand. The development time is less as compare to other RPA tools. It is very popular in market and support is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every new release coming up with fixes in previous release and with lots of enhanced features. In latest version didn't find any issue and it is working fine. Improvement in OCR is always helpful for future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All rule based task are automated easily and save time. That effort can be used in doing some other valuable work. Very much useful in excel operations and SAP automations.

It is very user friendly and helpful for quick development. It is good for finance related automation and ERP system. This tool performance is faster than other automation tools available in market.

The object cloning is not too reliable, changes with the change In pixels or resolution.
Sometimes the UI of object cloning hangs while capturing an object that is unable to capture.
Also the logics of one metabot can not be copied to other metabot's logic which increases the time effort.
Also same version of a metabot can not be uploaded again in the control room if done once.

Faced problem such as making a Global Mail box(GMB) as primary mail box in outlook or was unable to use metabot for selecting another profile or account .

AA is an easy tool that requires a good knowledge of logics and basics such as OOPs concepts and if-else conditons but doesn't require coding knowledge and is user friendly

A2019 release was a game changer in Automation Industry. Web based automation is the best thing I have even seen and imagined.

There is no command to start the excel session in background.

Easy to use tool and easy to learn. Lot of videos are provided in Automation Anywhere University and covers from basics to advanced concepts.

Meta bots is a good feature of AA as it reduces our work in case there are updates in Applications we work on.

The machine or system becomes slow sometimes while working with the bots.
Control room is extensive. It becomes difficult to handle all the settings sometimes.
It is bit expensive especially for smaller companies who cannot afford that much amount.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently I designed a process using AA. It involved SAP Automation where I had to connect to SAP, download current day file and prepare a report based on the field values in Excel. With AA, I could do achieve this within my timelines and I am happy about this.
I also worked on Email Automation where I had to read mails on a daily basis and check for mails based on the subject and sender. Once the mail was available, I had to download the attachement and place in shared drive followed by updating the status in database.

It is a very good RPA tool and it has got many Actions to work with. We can automate any process with AA. It also gives us to integrate our code. It has got every possible feature to automate scenarios which we experience in our organization and everyone must give it a try to realize the potential of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere tool enabled us to implement numerous activities which requires lot of human effort. It has comprehensive training sessions where you can download and experiment lot of bots. It is helpful for basic and also proficient learners. Tool is pretty much stable. Very useful in daily reports through mail automation. Is supports for several technologies through plugin. Task versioning is effective. Various context passing through multiple tasks. Meta Bots can increase ROI. IQ Bots can solve invoice Automation problems. Easy to deploy. It reduced the implementation time. It has greater user experience. The built in security and error checking features are highly effective and allow to build resilient bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere has limited ability to automate Microsoft Office features like Excel Power pivot functionalities. It can increase the scope of Artificial Intelligence capabilities. While doing Web application integration, API is hiding some functionalities. Interface to SAP can be improved. It has no fit to size object cloning. The tool could offer a bit more configurability to address frequent situation and personal efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked with portable web applications to speed up my workflow and to get rid of repetitive task for example processing internet bills which are submitted by employees. Automation Anywhere saves FTE time from doing repetitive tasks and it is highly accurate in terms of doing complex task. It is little costly.

I request them to go through the whole training provided by Automation Anywhere. More flexible and stable tool. The interface is very easy to use and maneuver without requiring programming background.

Automation Anywhere is the best in market tool due to its simplest coding technique, as other tools require a lot of coding knowledge but one can develop a bot even by minimal coding experience. A fresher can start his carrier from this tool and can also implement sql queries,scripts call macro etc.

Code reusability of automation anywhere is very good , Metabot plays an outstanding role for reusability, to implement DLL and for off network coding also this can capture screen on network and code earlier without being on the same network is a plus point of automation amywhere.

No option for step by step debug a sub task, debug does not enter into called task from one to another, it treats called task as a single line of code(Run Task). Support team is not so technically sound, some times code stuck in If condition for more than mentioned time specially for if object property found command. Error handling can also be enhanced.

Automate complex process which have to read unstructured data in pdf file, main frame applications, SAP automation (Finance processes) and high speed work on heavy excel files as database.

Use this as its most user friendly and stable tool in market, it is ease to use for freshers and for experience developer too.
