Outstanding experience with AA
What do you like best about the product?
In AA 11.3 version there is no need to copy variables from one task. It automatically gets copy pasted which saves lot of time.
AA11.3 metabots has taskbots features which help to build logics inside metabots
we use single code which is mastertask and same code base is used for different regions. From control room we deploy on multiple VDIs and same code runs on different machines
I created single SAP metabot which has different logics. I am using same metabots for three different processes. So, reusability is really helpful for me here.

Quick mapping should be managed by AA. developer should not manually do this.
Unused variables should get highlighted to maintain proper coding standards
Should have Asp.net features like UI path.
Fails in unattended mode. For eg; keystrokes

Dynamic delays are really helpful for web applications
Metabots calibrate functionality help me to understand if there is any change in particular control.

Definately go with AA as this is easy to learn and use for freshers as well.

What do you like best about the product?
when we use any command it shows the suggestion to use the system variable and suggest to use the loop for that alternative command. SAP automation is also the best feature in Automation Anywhere. The commands are very easy to read and easy to use. The log file feature in exception handling is also the best feature in AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't Like any dislike in this tool. only the GUI of this tool has to be more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel read and to get large number of data in small number of time it benefits us. also the OCR facility also gives us the idea about the hand written doc or the scanned doc .

in automation industry if you want to overcome the workload pressure then you must use this amazing tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally have found following things which have made a developers life very easy:

What do you dislike about the product?
While working with files on shared drive, the BOT just gives an error and does not run the next line of code if the file is not available. Which has to be handled manually. Ideally it should throw an exception
IQ Bot: Personally speaking it is not that reliable and robust. Looking at other great features, my expectations from IQ Bot were very high.
Also while generating workflows, there are not much options

Excel based automation is very easy comparing to other tools therefore it becomes best to use in the processes which involves data massaging

Being a developer, I would say AA is the most user friendly tool
And from client's perspective, the solutions build on AA are very robust

What do you like best about the product?
We can use Java script codes and call it to automation anywhere task bot and we can use sql code which makes our coding easier. We have implemented IQ bot in few of the process where it helps us to extract the data from PDF files which minimized the human effort.

Web attribute part is not available and custom recording is also not available

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere helps improve our organization by allowing us to automate processes that should not be manual. This has also motivated those who had to do the tasks manually to automate it wherever possible. The best thing I like is the ease of integrating it with multiple systems without any struggles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may sound a little funny or weird, but one thing that we are thinking is we have to go to various websites and pick up relevant data from various websites using the bot. That is something we have seen that none of the bots have been able to really do it because the back-end of those websites do not allow bots to scrap through all these websites and get the relevant data in one place. We would like to see how the bot companies would crack this idea. But, that's why I said, this look weird because of the legal reasons why this cannot be done. This is something that I am looking forward to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a business validation associate that has to test the data export from various sources by putting them together. Using the Flat text file to Excel converter bot, I have been able to reduce the data exporting duration.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using this tool for multiple purposes in our organization ,till now i can tell this the best tool for automation in RPA. Where ever my non technical employees can play moderator to some extent.It is highly accurate and gets up running in a very short period of time.we can keep the bot running by feeding more and more data sets. It is highly accurate in terms of doing complex repetitive tasks.Exception handling is awesome in this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing dislike every thing are awesome with this software till now .But no dislikes but improvement in OCR is will be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been doing with many usecases each use case is different to different which each other like we have been using for Sales order processing ,payroll processing and daily reporting ,conveting pdfs,data extraxcting, more over for we are using Agility in process.We are using for most of the repetative tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere tool is very good in terms of ROI compared to other tools we can automate different types of web applications and also Windows applications. Using the tool we can automate the business process more efficiently. there are around 500 plus commands to simplify the automation and the best part of the tool is IQ and Meta bots. we can create the IQ bots to work on the complex and unstructured PDF documents and Meta bots for the code Re-useability. using automation anywhere we can run the macros, VB and java Scripts also we can work on Files and Folders , Email, Excel and different application tool is very flexible and supports the multiple browsers like IE and chrome. there is an option of Repository in the control where we can push the code for the backup purpose and Automation Anywhere tool comes up with the new release that we can develop the task in control room itself which fabulous overall it very effective tool we can make use of it very easy and easy to learn and developer-friendly tool
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few negative in the tool 1)Tool supports only Windows Operating system and automating the Task or the process on different platform like Linux is very difficult
2)working on the unstructured data is very difficult and OCR engine results are not accurate less Excel Automation options

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere tool, we used to automate the health care domain patients void claim records which include almost 5 to 6 applications like database, FTP, Putty tool, Outlook for notification which intern saved lots of time resource and automation of above process was impossible using the traditional automation approach but with the help of Automation Anywhere tool we achieved it successfully

Actions available under Automation Anywhere are very ease of use and can be used to automate any business process.IQ bot feature of Automation Anywhere is the best one where invoice and pdf data can be extracted easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email Automation commands should have been better improvised with commands like replay all, reply etc..Architecture of Control room is bit complex to understand like assignment of roles, users , permissions etc.. instead it would be direct approach of user allocation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Automation Anywhere, able to automate all daily manual routine work done by team like excel, word pad, word docs etc... With that able to achieve very good amount of savings and cost benefits.

Best user friendly tool in RPA industry
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is an excellent platform which creates Bots that performs all types of tasks that reduces manual efforts. It provides many inbuilt features to us. The best thing I like the most is it validates all the PDF documents with high accuracy and less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
High cost for the tool. Manual recording option is not there compare to uipath. Go to option is not there i n commands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR projects. Its faster and accurate results we are getting.We can save time, reduced human work.
