What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere helps to reduces the time for work, it helps's in to do daily target before the time. Its a new learning and a technique which helps for all the part of department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of it's new technique and whatever new learning in automation anywhere its hardly to say any dislike. i would rather say need more of automation anywhere to understand more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in the work what i am doing now, it surely reduces the time effect to do the job also it's technically reduces the manpower somewhat.

I like IQ bot for training the documents, We can extract any type of documents like notepad, PDF, excel etc documents can be extracted,.

while running the task we cannot use mouse clicks, while running the programs we cannot use simultaneously other task to run,hand written except image type of documents & hand written documents can be extracted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes we cannot extract the documents correctly based on the quality is low

Not sure about the dislike, because it's advantage is so high that minimal point to be say. Automation anywhere is so fast and helpful that it can replace manpower. so may be this is what i say a dislike. Automation downsides is the work which are doing can easily manipulate or robot does what its been keyed in his system. so what man can do if there is any changes or rectification he can do with ease. But robot does what his program has been doing.
