Best tool for automation Though we have some other tools in th market.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of usage as the commands for drag and drop commands. Good features, easy to understand, It will take less quality time while learning the AA tool compared to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automating citrix applications is difficult in Automation anywhere. few features are missing while comparing with other Tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation commands are useful for the web extractions, Loops & for all the major scenarios AA is most helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Scripting is easy, IQ BOT 6.5v is giving good accuracy rate for standard documents . Insights and analytics help in managing the production. Its a very good feature
What do you dislike about the product?
Manual recording facility is not available in Automation anywhere where as in UiPath its available, seperate citirx recorder is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving multiple issues related to process, saving time from doing routine mundane tasks

Great Improvements In AA11
What do you like best about the product?
Using Automation anywhere since AA9 and now working on AA11. Since AA9 we have seen a great improvement in overall functionality and ease of use. Object cloning and IR seems to be more accurate with added speed. Overall great tool to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think transitioning from AA10 to AA11 some controls like Web recorder and manage windows control are not like the same especially the Web recorder as in my case it is taking longer time to open an URL in internet explorer. Same in AA10 was lot more quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Off Corse FTE benefits for the organization as i am working as a developer do my end result is to check each and every aspect of AA in order to automate as much as possible.

Yes, i think while releasing the new software the in house testing should be good otherwise for us to testing at the time of migration is big pain if there are 100s of bots running in production

I have been working on automation anywhere from past 2yrs . It was the most easiest tool to learn.It has many useful feature such as Metabot that help while automating application where ddl are used for certain function which are not possible using traditional approach

Bot insights is not that mature as compared to other analytics tools

Currently Automating a account receivable system, where user used to take more time analyzing and entering data manually,performing various calculation and used to take time.Now bot performs all this calculation in fraction of seconds saving time and increasing efficiency.

Automation anywhere helps to reduces the time for work, it helps's in to do daily target before the time. Its a new learning and a technique which helps for all the part of department.

Because of it's new technique and whatever new learning in automation anywhere its hardly to say any dislike. i would rather say need more of automation anywhere to understand more.

while running the task we cannot use mouse clicks, while running the programs we cannot use simultaneously other task to run,hand written except image type of documents & hand written documents can be extracted.

Sometimes we cannot extract the documents correctly based on the quality is low
