Automation Anywhere - A Booming & a must try technology in RPA world
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has the best solution design, Cognitive ideas and amazing solution in IQ Bot. We can be able to extract the data from docs, PDF integration command is very helpful. Overall, I had a good experience with this tool and it will be growing faster. It has a great OCR feature that gives 99% accurate results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing which I dislike in this tool, every tool is not competent in every field so this tool also various limitations among which I have experienced few which is stabilization issue in object cloning command otherwise the tool is very good & one should try it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of manual task at the backend office is solved with Automation Anywhere with 100 % accuracy so it has been proved as a boon for back-office work employees. I have also used Metabots which are just awesome as they can be used for the various repetitive tasks. It also offers a smooth integration of the different applications with automation anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One must try this tool as it offers a very friendly interface that is easy to understand and develop bots. It also carries with it cognitive capability which other tools lack it right now. It is more secured for environments like BFSI as they offer secure recording features and a more secure credential locker with its vault. Automation anywhere has a great feature of assigning roles and using which one can limit the access of individuals to different things based on requirements.

PDF comparison is much effective and the technique used to grab elements is quick and easy to automate in quicker ways. I like the Way of handling the BOT in Mobile is trend and adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Parallel Orchestration is not available with KI to learn and explore.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDF comparison helps me in reading the multiple images in pdf to read the text and compare the data and achieved 100% automation in manual task.

Please opt for automation anywhere comparing to Pega Open span to reduce the efforts in terms of License Cost, grab the web elements path and easy of automation and Time conumption.

What do you like best about the product?
Bots are very useful for time efficiency, decrease the large amount of manual work and it performance very fast to automate the things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very useful tool but reducing the developer coding knowledge. Less coding we are used in this tool compared with other technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA tool is playing very key role in Business process.
I am working with my Client with AA tool.
I got the huge amount of data from client in XL sheet. Then I will automate the process, Then data will enter in to web application with using AA commands. Then it will match with web application data and If any miss matched data is there then mail will trigger to that correspondent team with miss match data.
If we did this process manually it will take more time and need many resources. By this AA tool single resource can automate this process.

What do you like best about the product?
If I could describe Automation Anywhere in three words, they would be powerful, simple, and very diverse… I find Automation Anywhere very powerful to use. It's definitely one of the best things I've bought in a while. It is well designed and user friendly. can create different automation tasks such as mouse clicks and recording keyboard strokes.Offers intelligent business for IT and business tasks . It uses SMART Automation technology. We can do distribution of functions to multiple systems. It offers scriptless automation. Good programming practise. We tried the top three vendors and realized quickly that Automation Anywhere is the only one that could meet enterprise needs. The highly responsive team gave us flexible licensing options and we were sold on the customer success program!
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any dislikes of automation anwehre tool as such . If you are new to the tool, you may require experienced individuals for assistance but not that much assistance is required as this is a user friendly tool if you want to have the grip of the tool by your own, you can get that if you spend a little time with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use Automation Anywhere for testing the Agile Methodology such as in the case of Continuous Integration. However, when you have complex documentation, and when there is no need for frequently changing the needs of Agile Testing, then you cannot use Automation AnywhereFor invoice processing and auditing in the Financial/accounting department.
For automating tasks in the HR department, In creating lead generation reports in the marketing department, In the manufacturing department for ERP integration, For populating subcontractor forms and automating daily reports in the Government sector, In the retail industry for gathering product details from the manufacturer’s site.

Duplication of work will be minimize and focus on actual production.it is 100% safe & work load can be easily cleared even in peak periods time and company profit but other end employee may loss their jobs. it is very good tool to use. it is minimize work and duplication and focus on production. learning many good thing do work easily. you can done work on time because of automation tools. we get result in few time

Even if dislike can be overcome in some time. It is little bit costly. it is reducing manpower capacity because of all done by auto populated. Automation may effect on process if system issues occurred, if backup is their then also some time take to resolve.

it can changes every ones mindset when start auto robo work fast and easily in minimum time. Automation anywhere save time and we will be focus on other works. Manpower capacity of work will increase double with the help of RPA tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best Automation tool which offers Task editor, web recording, Desktop Recording. We can Automate Web and desktop Applications. Excel Process is also Automated Accurately Fast and Accurate Automation tool. We can even take Screenshots for Errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a free Application. we have a licensing cost for Automation Anywhere. In the world of updating technology in the market it has the high licensing cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have implemented the excel related Automation's and used XML related. I have implemented Email and Error Handling.

It is best tool to automate the repetitive business process.The majority of RPA customers prefer this tool. The best thing in Automation anywhere is we can easily process the Invoice processing,Reporting,auditing.Here we can reduce our human error.It reduced our human work.Mostly i worked on Meta and task bot .Easily reusable the codes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times I would confuse with some similar activities.I will feel some complexity while connecting different system with same control room.We can improve our tool by automating extra tools like other coding technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As i mentioned above Invoice processing,Reporting,auditing and all SAP related activities we are solving. Not only SAP web related form filling also we are solving within a minute.Now in my team we are reducing the human error with the help of this automated process.This a latest automation software which we are using in our company.

There are few that I dislike in automation anywhere those are: (!) program is difficult to understand when code is large (2) automation anywhere's license is very expensive its difficult to afford by common people (3) there should be separation or some differences in syntax as it will be hard for any bigginer to understand the code. (4) Debugging system is not so effective in automation anywhere as debugging is required for any developer at some point of time so I feel debugging is required for any developer at some point of time so iI feel debugging concept can be improved a bit more.

One of the feature that we have used in an Action in workbench is object cloning. We find that very reliable and very useful for implementing different business processes. Also, we are able to extract a huge amount of data from a database within seconds. And store them separately csv files. We can extract tables, pdfs and many using simple drag and drop command. I have realized that using automation anywhere we can get the data very easily and effectively it decreases human effort and bot performs every tasks very effectively.

It is very good to use. I would definitely recommend to go for Automation Anywhere as a lot of great features are built together in the development of automation anywhere enterprise, but it is still a simple application that users , even those without proper IT training , can easily use. It is user-friendly software that helps increase productivity and seed up operations in the workplace. Its stable functionalities, enterprise security and comphrensive feature set always recommends the users to use automation anywhere forever.
