Amazing product to automate your repeated work or activity
What do you like best about the product?
The tool UI is simplistic and easy to use . Creating a Task bot and scheduling it very easy. The metabots in automation anywhere provides lot of flexibility and distinguishes it from other RPA tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chrome is not fully supported and would have been better if it had bulk read or write operations via Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently evaluating the Automation anywhere capabilities to see if we can incorporate in our daily redundant tasks.

Automation anywhere is an excellent RPA tool which also provides IQ bots along with Metabots which is very unique compared to other RPA tools.
I feel Automation Anywhere like mobile.
What do you like best about the product?
Its very helpful to use with less stress, I feel amaze to do script for automation, it thrills me when run the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cant use cursor when bot is running, I am expecting when the task is running without harming the task can we use cursor for other work?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time, more efficient, less man power.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere
The centralized web based AA 11 Dash boards, Workload management are the two main features I like and the built in OCR tool, Terminal Emulator and Web Services command makes the AA top in my list of all the RPA tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
Below are some of the areas of improvement I feel:
Exception handling in Sub level bots can be improved, Go to statements can be included and Excel more commands to be added.
Adding SAP commands tin AA client will make the AA un beatable.

Day to Day repetitive manual process can be automated using AA, reducing human dependency working round the clock.

INFORMATION ON BUSINESS ANALYST WAS THE BEST PART OF THE AUTOMATION ANYWHERE.IT GIVES WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS TECHNIQUES TO BE USED IN THE BUSINESS FOR THE GROWTH AND EXPANSION OF BUSINESS.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS WHAT I DISLIKED ABOUT THE AUTOMATION ANYWHERE. BECAUSE SOMETIMES IT IS DIFFICULT TO PASS THE EXAMS IN 3 ATTEMPTS WITH MINIMUM PASSING MARKS. IT IS MINIMIZING THE MAN-FORCE WHICH CAN LEAD TO UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE COUNTRY .

AUTOMATION ANYWHERE IS BEST BECAUSE IT HELPED ME TO SOLVE MY BUSINESS RELATED PROBLEMS AND HELPS ME TO ANALYSE MY OWN TECHNIQUES WITH MORE CONFIDENCE. IT HAS REDUCED THE ERRORS , EXPANDED THE BUSINESS , FLEXIBILITY AND TIME SAVING . IT ELIMINATES THE RISK AND DELIVERS WITH BEST FIT SOLUTIONS . the thing that I dislike is that it is completely depended on machine and manual works which is somewhat necessary in day to day routine

I get more benefit from this application it helps me to minimize my error and also saves time as well

IQ Bot and EXcel advanced commands are great. Cloud deployment is also an excellant addition.

Email Automation has certain limitations with respect to the filters available. hope AA will fix these pretty soon

Done few implementations for the IT equipment ordering and telecom expense management functions of a fortune 500 client involving windows applications as well as external webpages and AA works like a charm.

Keystrokes not working properly which will makes process which are not workable

For excels don't use keystrokes, only implement using Excel command which gives you better output

What do you like best about the product?
There are many features of Automation Anywhere A2019 that I like but some them are ultimate which act as a boon for manual handling ,those features are AI ability, Advanced Excel features, client moved to Cloud, IQ Bot, Credential Vault, Bot Insights, it has excellent scheduling & triggering ability offering flexibility in scheduling at any time as per the user convenience. Automation has also has a very strong feature of queues & workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Email Automation command there is a limitation of Automation Anywhere as it resists the user to read specific emails based on some filters. If this can be improved then Automation Anywhere is the more successful RPA tool than other tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere has reduced the manual work done in back offices, increased the accuracy of results, solved many complex problems of handling documents, reduced complexity in handling back offices work. Benefits of AA are its more secure for handling task at environment of BFSI. Workloads and Queue have been like a boon in handling large amount of data and its among one of the features I have benefited from.

Automation Anywhere is the best tool as compared to other RPA tools available in the market as AA has brought with it the cognitive capability of handling any issue. It has also introduced AI capability of its bots that can really make many impossible task to go live. Automation Anywhere also carry with it the very strong feature of Bot Insight from which bussiness analyst can benifit from as other RPA tool available in the market does not have this kind of feature till now.
