What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about RPA for me, i never bored when doing automation. Once you jump into automation you are more attracted towards RPA.
This software is a boon to save time and money. Human resource is the most important resource in the world.

What do you dislike about the product?
Browser is mostly restricted to IE(Internet Explorer) but now they are willing to incorporate other browsers as well.
Economic limits. Certain tasks would cost more to automate than to perform manually. Automation is typically best suited to processes that are repeatable, consistent and high volume.

Task which consumes time along with human efforts can be easily automated and done in minutes. Email sending command helps to send email notification along with attachments to hundreds of IDs in minutes.

I always suggest to go for automation. It helps to increase productivity and quality. Things are in your fingertip. Great platform to learn various new thing regrading automation. every thing is going automated now a days, so its great chance/ opportunities to learn automation anywhere.

The best part of the tool is it saved a lot of time and recursively did the repetitive works. The learning experience was worthy as on ground it actually helped in performing tasks more efficiently and productively.

There is no such huge aspect of disliking in the tool as it is carefully curated.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly everyone can easily understand usage of this tool.It encroach the efforts of human .It does'nt need any programming language to learn.It also provide safety for our information.Beside other RPA tools,all the recordes,PDF Integration,Email Automation and Excel which became very easy to use. This helps in providing insight and recommendations as to which areas of the business and improvement.predifined looping concepts and variables are easy to automate.It has better scalability and enhanced performance and also faster development.usage of IQ Bots and Meta Bots are very good.Bot insight is very good option for viewing the status of bot runs.AA having control room,this control room helps in bots execution.we can schedule that bot to work at particular time.

ErrorHandling with pop-up has been one of the major drawback.Debugging is not so potent in automation anywhere.Automation Anywhere License is very expensive.object cloning sometimes it will not work properly

Web recorder to retrieve the data and copy to an excel file.we can extract huge amount of data from database and can store them separate csv file.we can implement different business process.It enhances productivity.In email automation, there are no specific command for downloading attachments.It reduces employess efforts in automation.we have options for scheduling the bots,it is very helpful for extracting the data from docs using IQ bots.

What do you like best about the product?
Different bots for available for different scenarios- Based on the user story, AA offers three types of Bots- Task, Meta and IQ bots. User can choose according to their needs and requirements. Task bot offers simple, rule based processes to be automated easily whereas Metabots offers the concept of Reusability and helps to automate complex processes. IQ bots has cognitive ability and it enhances its skill by continuous learning. All these three different bots makes designing of the process very simple and user friendly. With the addition of cloud based interface, it has increased its accessibility. Now we do not have to depend on system, we can open our AA tool from anywhere. Management of process which gets UP and Running through external event through Trigger Manager is an important feature in AA which I find very useful because not all process are to be scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Control room is little difficult to manage and understand. It has got number of settings and also the dependency of client over control is not good because we have to connect to control room for client.
OCR does not work properly in some cases. Accuracy is not 100%.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been solving problems both at easy and complex levels. Processes such as connecting to share point and downloading the file made available on a daily basis. Analyzing the file content and extracting importing fields to store in database and send report to client.
Sending reports over mail, manipulation of excel data, invoice data extraction through PDF actions are some of other cases I have worked on.

I would recommend everyone to go for Automation Anywhere because it is a very good platform to automate simple as well as complex processes as it takes care of all the scenarios. Learning the tool is also easy because there are online training materials and videos available. It has free trail versions for people with interest in RPA and this tool.

Amazing product to automate your repeated work or activity
What do you like best about the product?
The tool UI is simplistic and easy to use . Creating a Task bot and scheduling it very easy. The metabots in automation anywhere provides lot of flexibility and distinguishes it from other RPA tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chrome is not fully supported and would have been better if it had bulk read or write operations via Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently evaluating the Automation anywhere capabilities to see if we can incorporate in our daily redundant tasks.

Automation anywhere is an excellent RPA tool which also provides IQ bots along with Metabots which is very unique compared to other RPA tools.

Its very helpful to use with less stress, I feel amaze to do script for automation, it thrills me when run the task.

We cant use cursor when bot is running, I am expecting when the task is running without harming the task can we use cursor for other work?

The centralized web based AA 11 Dash boards, Workload management are the two main features I like and the built in OCR tool, Terminal Emulator and Web Services command makes the AA top in my list of all the RPA tools.

Below are some of the areas of improvement I feel:
Exception handling in Sub level bots can be improved, Go to statements can be included and Excel more commands to be added.
Adding SAP commands tin AA client will make the AA un beatable.
