User Friendly, AI embedded RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
There is continuous learning in case of IQ bots as and when new data is fed. This feature is extremely helpful in problems dealing with structured data and dynamic web Applications.This makes AA as a tool very efficient. This feature is still lacking in most of the RPA tools available in the market. Creation and working with multiple bots through Bot Farm is also very useful capability of AA. The Auto- login feature of AA is just awesome. Bot can even proceed with the task if even the computer is locked so there is no waiting time. The tool has a very vibrant and colorful GUI which develops interest in the users while designing a bot. I got a lot of help from training videos from AA University so that is also well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Object cloning does not work at times.
System starts to hang at times since there is over cpu utilization while running AA bots.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Downloading Reports in form of excel sheet from Power BI tool. The excel report contains IDs for commands which have to be discarded in client's tool. Getting IDs from excel one by one, connecting to Client Application , navigating to page to discard the command and sending status report about each ID to client through mail. Handling all the exceptions related to IDs through Error Handling command.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The AA University has training materials which can be understood by even a small kid. They have visualized all the concepts so nicely that anyone can learn the tool easily. If anyone is interested to take up RPA, please go for this tool since it is code free and very easy to learn and implement.

Best RPA tool for AI capabilities(For documents extraction), mobile aps are very good,A2019 version is entirely cloud-based,IQ Bots.

As of my experience i did't faced any issues.

Used in finance process and HR process and web based repetitive tasks.

It's easy to automate web applications using Automation Anywhere as compare to other automation tools .

Automation Anywhere does not completely supports OCR. It needs to be improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are extracting data from excel files of different formats and put it in SQL database. Then
get the data from the database and perform operation on 5 applications,3 of them are mainframe applications and 2 are web based applications.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working in Automation Anywhere Tool for 1 year, and its been a very good experience as Automation became easier than earlier. The master certification helped to cover up all the missing points which were not available in Advanced Training. Automation Anywhere is boon for Automating Repetitive tasks. Metabots helps to Automate easily. Metabot are having some reusable component that are in form of Dll that can be used by multiple projects.various metabots like Excel metabots in store that can easily perform various operation of adding editing saving of excel data . the particular sheet that must contain the data and the filter must be applied is easy. Database connectivity using automation anywhere is very easy as it work on both backed and front end with out any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the image is not identified properly is a very time taking job. The IQ bots are a little difficult to get it in use. Control room access would help people to deploy bots and learn and get hands on deployment, monitoring, access more precise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked on Web Automation and Excel Automation, all types of automation are very helpful to automate, especially metabots.

The tool is extremely user friendly and has got elaborate training materials and certification courses.
The bots developed through AA are highly scalable as they can be scalabled from Desktop to Cloud and to Data Centre as well.
AA supports built in integration with other tools and software like Active Directory, CyberArk, Excel,PDF, Email etc.
Management of process which gets UP and Running through external event through Trigger Manager- This is an important feature in AA which I find very useful because not all process are to be scheduled.
The bots developed through AA are highly scalable as they can be scalabled from Desktop to Cloud and to Data Centre as well.

We are solving problems involving data entry in various Desktop Applications. Input data which is stored in database is queried and data entry is performed in various Desktop Application existing in Client Environment. Once a data is supplied in the Desktop Application, the form is submitted and the status is captured to ensure the process for each data is successful.
We are handling the process the Purchase Order Management by using ERP tool. Getting quotes from different vendors and sending out invoice to chosen vendor.

It is a very nice Automation Tool. Features such as IQ bots which has cognitive ability is not available in other RPA tools. It has user friendly interface to help beginners and experts design bots with ease. The features are well Documented so we can take help from there also if we get stuck in anything.

While performing the excel operations I have faced the issue for copying the large amount of data , as it is not possible by using Automation anywhere.
Debugging feature should be improved in Automation anywhere.
Automation anywhere only supports the internet explorer browser, it will be much better if it supports the Chrome browser also.
Apart from the above issues I have no other dislikes which I came across till now in automation anywhere.
So I would recommend everyone to use the Automation anywhere tool.

I am using automation anywhere in SAP,for mail monitoring and for performing various excel data operations.
I have used for processing different forms in the use case.
In SAP for executing the different Transaction codes(T-Codes) and fetching the required data.

It helped me to reduce the manual effort of my daily support work by automating it and now i am able to do more work in less time which is really helpful. earlier i was using blue prism but now i have switched it to automation anywhere.

I have not faced any issues so far and it is working smoothly.

I am working on customer end support work and use servicenow, whenever they have some issue they raise the tickets, which are auto assigned into my queue so response SLA is not getting breached and it is 100%.
It is user friendly and helps me a lot to reduce my manual effort for the work such as Group Management, email group creation and managing the access rights for end customer.
