Best RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
commands are very good work bench looks better and variable creation is easy. and scripting is very easy and training videos are very good to learn and certification factor is very nice. Advanced certification and master certification there are two certificates which will add value to the developer. Such a nice tool compare to all other RPA tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling of control room is little difficult. its better to get one more command as go to particular line in whole script. and improved functions will be better coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mortgage, Accounting and HR projects. It work very fast and good.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is great tool for RPA development. There are more than 550+ commands which are so easy to use. The new version of web based Control room is awesome feature that Automation Anywhere team included in 11.x.
Automation Anywhere also improved Metabot functionality, Web based Control Room, IQ BOTS.
One can develop BOTS without having any advanced knowledge of Programming language like C#.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are nothing to dislike about Automation anywhere tool. But in few area Automation anywhere need to improve like one cannot use Other browser except IE in metabot.
Another point is It's unable to extract data from Scanned PDF.
OCR unexpected behavior also caused issue while extracting reading data from image.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I develop some complex BOT using AA. It's great to work with Metabot for application like SAP. It's process really fast by using SAP DLL available on BOT Store.

What do you like best about the product?
A great thing about the automation anywhere is anyone can register on the automation anywhere university and start learning to code by downloading the community version and become a pro.
When it comes to the product overview, The Automation Anywhere has a wide range of functions which include, The reusable components such as meta bots and AI integrated cognitive automation (IQ BOT) which used to automate the unstructured data. and also great commands like Object cloning, Email automation, and excel automation. These are very helpful commands which I used most of the time in my business automation process. There is also a pretty good error handle is there to handle the errors.
And one more great was the control room functions to schedule the BOT and the credential vault.

2. Need to look into another approach (Implementing the DLL), just to change the date formats
3. Though, Automation Anywhere has launched the Mobile app we couldn't able to see all the BOTs which were there in the repository to executes the BOTs.
4. The version control system SVN repository doesn't have a direct option to change or select all the BOTs to the latest version as a bulk edit.

Ease of Automation with Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy with Automation Anywhere to create bots, no coding experience is required as compared with other tools in the market. Metabot is a good feature to use DLL and interact with different applications. Now with AA 11.3 in workbench both Metabot and task bot has got good features to automate the process where in 10.7 Metabot had very limited features.In AA all commands are easy to use even loop, conditions using different features like object, ICR etc. Use of DLL and supporting scripts strengthen the Automation even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen that AA has got the feature of metabot but if any change is required in DLL then we need to go to Visual Studio to make those changes, It will good if AA can support the C# script directly in instead of using DLL. also would like to add that sometimes object cloning does not work at some places, then direct script can assist on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It becomes easy with Automation Anywhere to work on different domains, as it has got the integrated feature of the mainframe technology which is very easy to access just to put the host name and port number to access, which is not there with other tools, where we need to purchase separate Mainframe application like bluezone or micro focus etc.

I would recommend Automation Anywhere to use as it takes very less time to learn and no programming background is required as well as develop the complex bot in few weeks only

In my 4 years of journey in RPA I found AA as the best tool in automating because of following reasons:

When we start to work in AA then it's is very user family to work for RPA developer. there are many feature which help to reduce our code like: Excel - in excel command , file folder commands and if/else command , if we will do compare with another tool developer has to spend more time and code for those command bur AA we have there type of command very good for development

In AA there is not one command very popular command is run script where can write our script but AA is not provide any debugging tool for run script.Another one is some time if we want to copy and past our meta bot one project to another another one it's give error so it should be in corporate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems which we got in our RPA development this is only excel validation, some time we have to write long script for that but in AA with the help of excel commands we reduce our work another one in one metabot for email reading and sending replay this very useful for us

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is feasible in both as back end and even on the front end.If is user friendly and does not require any language specialization to work. Building Bot is very Easy as it use only command that can be easily drag and drop from the tool bar. Different bots such as meta bot that are as a part of reusable component , IQ bot all are very useful. Further the concept of scheduling the bot as per requirement is also benefit able for monitoring. Control room that is the room to monitor all the bot status has the vast control option. Control room can be easily used to integrate,Schedule, Stop ,run or trigger any bot when ever the condition it satisfied as per the request of the user.the developer find it further easy to use it to develop the bot as per requirement without any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to use any command the only available option is drag and drop. There should be a search option to find the required command easily. Regarding Excel operation i found difficulty when to apply filter as we need to work with different third party script to implement the required operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email monitoring to get all the mail, Trigger based automation,Excel Validations, SAP Various operations , Database operation with various data.

Automation Anywhere itself is an amazing tool to work with. it is user-friendly, reliable to an extent and requires lesser efforts from the developer side.The feature of AA11.3 of using metabot that provides with the reuability of the metabot and it's logic is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA does not work well with unstructured data. Sometimes the object cloning fails. The recent issue I faced with AA is that the bot was unable to select different profile in Outlook using Outlook DLL too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I, using AA solved a good numbers of problems from working on SAP, OutlookWrapper DLL and other applications on which taskbot may fail at times. I also integrated vb scripts in the projects of AA .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would surely recommend AA to my other friends who are ready to switch in RPA field. The benifits of AA are they reduce the time invested in the task performed manually and also reduce the FTE which furthers acts as an additional benifit to theorganization.
Plus this is more reliable and cost effective than other existing RPA softwares such as UI path and blue prism.

In control room now we can easily identify the Scenarios of different bots through multiple graphs,
like we can see dashboard where we can check all the activity in bot insight also we can check the process bot, schedule bot or history.

1.we cannot use the same id in multiple system which is lack i think because for running multiple process by a singe we need multiple license rather than a single user can run the same id on multiple system.

1.AS THE BUSINESS MARKET IS GROWING VERY FAST FOR REDUCING THE ERROR AND MIMIC THE HUMAN INTERVENTION IS THE BEST PART OF ANY RPA TOOL.
