Best robotic AA AI Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very easy to understand the code and logic. The materials are available in official web sites. AA metabot have a lot of commands to implement in 11 version. Advanced A2019 features are mind blowing design and great idea. to avoid the AA client installation. Dot net 4.9 is enabled on the latest version. UI designs are really nice and easy to drag & drop commands on the web application. work flow also implement the high efficient levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
IQ bot need to extract the scanned pdf and custom integration is need to fine tuning. Multiple unknown popups are not implement in this new version, Parallel process activity is not present in the new release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA has best architecture and RPA design framework can adapt all the environment for across the organization.

Work queue is the best design to automate the complex process. Rule based activity can able to implement in the complex process.

The best thing in automation is that it's error free & less time consuming with a effective manner & the outcome is excellent with descent quality.

It does the work of a group of people itself, thus making crisis in.employeement.

Where thare chance of human interference is very dangerous, there automation should be adopted. For example radio active elements handling.

What do you like best about the product?
1.It does justice to its name , as we can do automation anywhere everywhere.
2.Loops help to iterate through large volume of data
3.Object cloning, PDF integration , web control and manage windows control functionality.
4.Collaboration with CyberArk or credential vault
5.Great tool with lot of features even AA2019 will help us to do automation from MAC as well as it is all cloud based
6.Coming back to my experience I have worked on metbots , iqbots and task bots.
7.we use single code which is mastertask and same code base is used for different regions. From control room we deploy on multiple VDIs and same code runs on different machines
8.I created single SAP metabot which has different logics. I am using same metabots for three different processes. So, reusability is really helpful for me here.

1.Quick mapping should be managed by AA. developer should not manually do this.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a unique automation tool while compare to other automation tools existing in the market. It has various commands inbuilt with which we can automate most of the tasks that are repetitive and time consuming. We can automate tasks like reading emails, extracting data from database, downloading attachments and comparing data with other source. We can automate tasks in windows applications and web applications. Using third party tools we can automate other operating system applications as well. We can automate main frame applications using terminal emulator command. We can integrate other third party tools to enhance the results. We get training for the new updates that's a good point from the makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don,t have anything to dislike in this tool,I have faced some issue while comparing data in scanned PDF resource, but that is minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used automation anywhere in multiple projects in our organisation. It helped us in automating many regular tasks which needs an FTE to work on. It saves time and effort also ROI is assured. We have used this tool in a recent project where bot runs a query in database and extracts the data from it. Bot identifies the emails with a defined subject and downloads it. Data comparison is done in the tool between these two mediums and it triggers an email if any discrepancy exist. We have saved our time and effort in doing this task

Most of the things that I disliked about AA were resolved and addressed in A2019. :)
However, the product documentation should be in more detail for the users to understand.

A lot of monotonous tasks can now be automated. Helping users free their time from the same job and focus on something that's innovative and new.
