What do you like best about the product?
Its a unique automation tool while compare to other automation tools existing in the market. It has various commands inbuilt with which we can automate most of the tasks that are repetitive and time consuming. We can automate tasks like reading emails, extracting data from database, downloading attachments and comparing data with other source. We can automate tasks in windows applications and web applications. Using third party tools we can automate other operating system applications as well. We can automate main frame applications using terminal emulator command. We can integrate other third party tools to enhance the results. We get training for the new updates that's a good point from the makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don,t have anything to dislike in this tool,I have faced some issue while comparing data in scanned PDF resource, but that is minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used automation anywhere in multiple projects in our organisation. It helped us in automating many regular tasks which needs an FTE to work on. It saves time and effort also ROI is assured. We have used this tool in a recent project where bot runs a query in database and extracts the data from it. Bot identifies the emails with a defined subject and downloads it. Data comparison is done in the tool between these two mediums and it triggers an email if any discrepancy exist. We have saved our time and effort in doing this task

Most of the things that I disliked about AA were resolved and addressed in A2019. :)
However, the product documentation should be in more detail for the users to understand.

A lot of monotonous tasks can now be automated. Helping users free their time from the same job and focus on something that's innovative and new.

Licensing cost is too high.Unable to use OCR effectively.

Daily repetitive Excel Tasks. Web scraping data from Website and pasting it in Excel.Processing it further by applying certain logic.

What do you like best about the product?
1. I have worked with UiPath before there i have faced so many selector issues but now with automation anywhere i have not faced any such selector issues.
2. It is easy to learn and can self learn it.

While indicating the screen pause button is necessary. If this pause button is there then we can work around the tool easily.

1. Email automation can be done, like filtering the mails based on subject.

What do you like best about the product?
The Best thing about Automation Anywhere is that it has pre-defined variables for some commands and it's simple to understand and develop. The Drag and Drop of the commands makes it easy to develop. sending the emails, PDF integration, looping through files in the folder, API commands, Integration with different environments and also it is providing trial version for one month. The process implementation is pretty much easy in automation anywhere. It has quick executions and less UI (Image) interactions, Less selector issues, Excel automation is easier when compared to other tools and also it is providing free certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing i dislike about Automation anywhere is that it is script based although with a bit of practice you can make your experience easier. The price point of automation anywhere is a bit aggressive than other tools. UI (Interface) looks a bit older than other tools, the command panel is too clumsy and difficult to search the commands. I would suggest a search bar to search the commands in the command panel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working on Web applications, Desktop application and VM applications. PDF integration, sending mails and VM development is easier using automation anywhere. RPA with automation anywhere is Robust and deployment of use cases is pretty much easier when compared to other tools. It has Meta bot to do back end operations like sending outlook emails and also has IQ bots which are used to find the patterns in the data

RPA Automation with ease and good User Interface.
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly the User Interface attracts me, and especially while automating the PDF, Mainframes, and Web applications Automation anywhere is quite good. The additional features in Object Cloning and SAP command in the 11.3.3+ version are very helpful. A2019 is quite impressive with added features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve in the areas like Excel application(we have very few options, so we depend on macros). A2019 bot running performance should improve.

1. As I informed earlier, w spent more time on Excel related work.
2. For some of the popups on web applications are not recognizing by AA which is showing as Canvas.
3. For chrome conditional popups not contain the header, at the time we are unable to clone the objects.
