What do you like best about the product?
Ease of development and command line coding. Availability of powerful OCR extraction tool with IQ bots helps with best in the market character recognition tool. Now it being web - based makes it very easy to deploy bots over to client environment and which in turn has made AA a platform independent RPA tool.

What do you like best about the product?
most prominent feature is when we use any command then we get the comments to use the related system variable.and the run from particular step feature is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
dynamic queue management feature has to be there and the GUI of automation has to be some interactive so that user can easily attract to code in that tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
business level workloads,insurance features of client which they were doing manually previously now we just automate using these automation tools.

Migration from one technology to another when intregated with our system is little time consuming.it surely is supportive but migration of few modules is difficult.

It helps easily to run the complex module in smooth on our devices.its very helpful to send the email in case of pass or fail .

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly, You no need to be technical expert. You can automate the manual task and reduce significant amount of efforts. It also helps to increase the accuracy level for repeated manual task. PDF and Excel upload automation, Email generation are some of the great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the steps can be more user friendly. Like Blue Prism. In some cases it can be more simple configuration step that can be easy to configure. Use of variable can be more simplified. In some cases OCR reader does not work and found difficult to read the hand written scan copies. This can be improved

1. Lot of improvements are needed. Huge developer time waste in the debugging code. It needs to be simplified and example need to be considered from debugging method in other programing languages.
2. Great improvement is needed in AA support. As RPA and AA is evolving and we have team of people working with new features, each person finds new standard/bugs/good practices. Strong support team is also needed from AA side who can help actively and precisely so that maximum efficiency can be achieved.
3. There is also a need to improve metabot usage. There are lot of usage inconveniences linked to Metabot interface. Looking forward for Automation Anywhere active participation in receiving feedback from partners and change the functionality to make more ease in usage.

As per working with limited platforms including Excel, SAP and browser interfaces to automate. We made solution for manual works in financial services for the client. The solution made in AA worked well on behalf of the person and it helped reducing the effort and taking out FTE to more beneficial work.

Nothing as such i found as cons , as every thing can be done through it and if possible just add the fearure to set range in excel ..

In AA11 i like Object cloning command which is much better than previous version.

In AA11 there is some discrepancy in pdf conversion. There is formatting difference in AA11.

This tool does not require any coding experience or any commands to memorize . It has better scalability and enhanced performance and also faster development. while working some project work using excel which used to take long hours with the help of automation anywhere tool it helped me solving my project business problems including report generation and it saved a lot of time
