It is costly and not easy to understand for beginners. To handle complex code, it is difficult.

I am solving the lead management system automated and benefits are wonderful. It works automatically without interacting with the system.

Use it; it is a very powerful tool, but a piece of advice to you is to work on the interface of the tool, which has been helpful to help others and is easy for others to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like in automation anywhere is (1) It doesn't need any programming knowledge (2) It also eliminates human efforts as everything is done automatically (3) this also increases traction speed (4) saves a lot of human effort and time in rapidly automates complex and complicated tasks.(5) with aa enterprise we don't have to worry about safety of our information. It is backed with top-notch security protocols which assure you across multiple locations. (6) AA enterprise takes pride in its state of the art analytics and reports allow users to control and monitor the performance of their RPA bots. (7)This helps in providing insights and recommendations as to which areas of the bussiness and improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few that I dislike in automation anywhere those are (1) program is difficult to understand when the code is large (2)Automation Anywhere's license is very expensive, its difficult to afford for everyone.(3)There should be separation or some differences in syntax as it will be hard for any beginner to understand the code. (4) Debugging system is not so effective in automation anywhere as debugging is required for any developer at some point of time so I feel debugging concept can be improved a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the feature that we have used in action in workbench is object cloning. We find that very reliable and very useful for implementing different business processes. Also, we are able to extract a huge amount of data from a database within seconds. And store them separate csv files. We can extract tables,pdf's and many using simple drag and drop commands. I have realized that using automation anywhere we can get the data very easily and effectively it decreases human effort and bot performs every task very effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very good to use. I would definitely recommend to go for Automation Anywhere as a lot of great features are built together in the development of automation anywhere enterprise, but it is still a simple application that users, eeven those without proper IT training can easily use. It is user-friendly software that helps increase productivity and seed up operations in the workplace. Its stable functionalities, enterprise security and comprehensive feature set always recommends that users to use automation anywhere forever.

Using available commands development of Bot is simple compared to other tools.
IQ Bot is the advantageous of AA with which unstructured data can be extracted.
Bot Insight is the best option for viewing the status of Bot Runs.
Compared to other tools,less coding knowledge of other programming languages required.

Customization of commands not available in Automation Anywhere as in UiPath.
Use of Excel operations is bit complex compared to another tools. Writing of Bulk Data requires a lengthier code.
Sequential execution delays the bot run when compared to flowchart which is not available in older versions of Automation Anywhere.
In Built templates with best practices is not available with exception hand-lings.
License of tool is costlier compared to other tools as we have Automation Anywhere as a package of Control room, Client, Bot Runner. For training purposes package of three makes an organization to incur more amount. So for training purposes a different package of community edition is required.

Unstructured Data extraction is complex in other tools where as using IQ bot, data extraction of unstructured data with more accuracy.
Primary level validations can be done easier compared to other tools using in built commands of String Manipulations.

RPA has Surpassed many Expectations
What do you like best about the product?
I have been learning this RPA technology in my free time since 3 months when my colleague had suggested me to learn and expand my knowledge.Using this Automation Anywhere has got many advantages.I started working on all the recorders,PDF integration and Excel which have become easy.All these drag and drop commands are flawless which helps in doing the tasks hands on.This tool helps for the Processes which is included with more complexity and large automating code. I now started learning Email automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inconsistency with the Object cloning commands that when an image is captured some of the properties need to changed. Error handling with the pop up has been one of the drawback where a hangs up and does need a human interaction which can be improved using a Time out facility for the error handling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Worked on PDF to excel integration.Web recorder to retrieve the data and copy to an excel file.

It is very useful in automating tasks that are highly complex.Effortless for everyone in learning and understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
Since I was working in Automation world Selenium Automation but not RPA automation so this RPA was quite interesting for me to start. The world is moving towards Automation industry and there are quite a few vendors in the market but AA I like the most.
The reason is mentioned below.
1. Very Simple UI, Easily understandable commands.
2. Can be used with huge data
3. Easy to perform monotonous and repetitive tasks.

In the initials versions there were few cons that was found but they kept improving with newer versions which is A2019

1. Automating huge chunks of data was very difficult in the past with high potential of getting error but with RPA tool like AA this became very simple and easy

The constant need to connect to control room for the client to establish connection particularly for runner license.
