Automation Anywhere - An excellent platform
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is an excellent platform which helps to create bot that performs all type of task that reduces human efforts. It is very easy to learn and once can self learn it. It is amazing and a very user friendly tool. Great Software to help Automate
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that i came across which made me dislike this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
while working some project work using excel which used to take long hours with the help of automation anywhere tool it helped me solving my project business problems including report generation and it saved a lot of time. Also, this tool does not require any coding experience or any commands to memorize . It has better scalability and enhanced performance and also faster development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere can help users to automate end to end business operations for their companies.It is a very easy tool to learn for the beginners. Learning this tool is very easy for anyone who is interested to do it at the start, I will advise others to use this tool and learn bot as it will help save a lot of human time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The RPA-a-Service offered by the A360 is the most promising feature/service I liked, it enables us to set up it easily, it's easy to use, and easy to manage and scale-up
What do you dislike about the product?
Too frequent updates and releases, if having on perm setup, but for on cloud all good. I would recommend having some easily installable packages or hotfixes for the on-prem version of A360
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using A360 we saved a lot of business hours, we automated repetitive simple, as well as complex processes for different sectors, like insurance, banking, oil & gas, and in the pandemic era A360, created its foot prints in health and care industry as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend the A360 RPA tool because it's easy to work on even a business person can automate processes using A360, no programming skills would be required.

Creating DLLs and other automation techniques which are really skillful

Not much..but sometime i feel screen recording is slow

Benefitted in so many automation of my manual work.As a result I reduced by manual work by half.Redundant work is reduced.

Please improve screen recording and UI can be improved as well

Automation helps in less human work which can be done by machine with more precision and accuracy and which leads to higher productivity and less errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you have to do a lot of procedures and things to start the machine its hactic of less amount of work.

we are solving many problems around us like payments, and timely schudeled mails and etc.

As automation headed in right direction it is going to next big thing in coming years i would like to recommend that do make it more reliable and trust worthy because with time people will learn the to use it and one more thing try to make their habit of using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is easily the best RPA tool out there. I can say this, because I have previously worked on other RPA tools like UIPath and Blue Prism. It is easy to learn and easy to use. The newly launched all-web based version is visionary. Also there are integrations with third party cloud services for adding machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities to bots. Bot Insights is great feature/tool for business users to track ROI and bot performance
What do you dislike about the product?
Only complaint is with the Control Room. There are so many settings that it is sometimes confusing and takes time to get used to. An easier and simpler interference for Control Room will be a welcome move
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization we are using Automation Anywhere to business problems in many different domains for various organizations. Account Receivables management is one such process where we were able to use Automation Anywhere to achieve exceptional results for one of out client, based in the US in the retail domain. Invoice Processing is another process where we used AA. We have used IQ Bot to extract data from various different formats of Invoices easily
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. It is easy to use and learn while being powerful. They also provide free course on AA University. It doesn't require any technical background or programming language knowledge for building bots

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I like is IQBot which we can train them according to our documents and also cognitive solutions for the problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing is pricing of the IQBot and also we don't have inbuilt packages just like in UIPath.

Cognitive solutions for the problems and the IQBot which is used to extract the data from images and pdf's very good

There is no inbuilt packages as we see in other RPA tools

Reading invoices using IQBot it is able to extract data from every pdf file

Automation Anywhere provides a simple user interface with a bunch of various inbuilt activities. It helps to automate daily routine and repetitive tasks with less effort. One of the advantages of this RPA tool is that it is easy to learn and implement with less programming knowledge. We can also write scripts along with the inbuilt activities.and also it has many useful commands and features like email, excel, OCR, Object Cloning, Scripting It can be also used for virtual machine tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared with other tools it's an efficient and flexible tool, but it had got some limitations like:
User Interface - Can be a little more user-friendly.
Training materials are not much effective. - Can include more quiz and samples.
Variable management is not proper
OCR is not much powerful so that Citrix tasks may not perform accurate.
Click activity doesn't allow to select a specific area.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating repetitive and recurring tasks using automation anywhere. One of our usecase scenarios where we used automation anywhere is for comparing the pdf data which we get via email or from the user portal with the source data and if the comparison of data is successful then the data is entered to SAP.

Easy to use and learn as well. Quality of this product is very good in comapre to other tools. and it is ver good part that it is cloud based.
