Automation Anywhere -Effective and Best RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere tool is very user friendly and using the tool we can automate the manual task very easily.there are around 650 commands which we can make use of during the automation process. we can also work on the folders,file, email,PDF,excel automation very easily using the tool. we can run the VB ,java scripts and for complex excel task we can use the macros. we can control the bots very easily from the control room and scheduling the bots is very simple from the control room. for complex PDF task we have option of IQ bots and for code Re-usability we cam develop the Meta bots and tool supports both web and windows automation. using the Automation Anywhere mobile application we can calculate the ROI from the phone itself. using the Automation Anywhere tool we can work on API services and using Terminal Emulator command we can perform the action on Main Frame applications
there are Inbuilt OCR engine for performing the Image automation overall it is very flexible tool we can integrate many applications with the tool like Outlook,FTP and tool supports multiple browsers like chrome and IE

What do you dislike about the product?
Using the Automation Anywhere tool we cant extract the data from the images in accurate manner and automating the complex excel task is difficult and less option in the Email automation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere tool helped me is automating the repetitive operational task like downloading the files from the FTP servers and fetching the data from the excel sheet and again updating the data into the service portal of the organisation above all task is handled by single bot scheduled in the control room which saved lots of time and resource

IQbot has a special features of extracting data from unstructured data,it has 500 plus strong commands to make it more powerful .Metabot ,IQbot and taskbot with control room are the best part of automation anywhere.we can add terminal emulator . Automation tool have PGP application for security.We can encrypt and decrypt data also

What do you dislike about the product?
Inbuilt packages need to be added like uipath.the trial version should be for 6month so that it will be easy for a begginer to learn and use it.its should have flowchart or framework as a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP and ERP applications,it has tremendous quality to automate data .

This is the best Automation tool as compare to others with beautiful features and strong commands.we can choose it blindly

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of the Automation anywhere client is very user-friendly. Any non-technical person who has very less or no coding background can easily automate any easy repetitive task. All commands are very easy to understand and can be used by simple drag and drop. Online courses available from Automation anywhere is enough for anyone to build simple to complex level bots. Recently they had launched a new version of Automation Anywhere that is A2019 which is web-based. Several new commands have been added inside it and since it is web-based, no installation is required. Repetitive tasks can be automated so that the employees can focus on more value giving task thus helping the organization to reach newer heights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found some place where automation anywhere can still improve
1) Inside automation anywhere client, for sending mail (SMTP), we can only set one email id. On a single client, since multiple bots can be deployed, users should have the flexibility to set different SMTP for different bots.
2) In Email automation's "Get all messages" command, except Port number, everything else such as hostname, username and password can be fetched from credentials vault.Users should also be able to fetch the Port number from Credential vault.

We have created several bots for our clients which have provided value to our clients in many ways. For eg, Our client used to receive several invoices that had to be processed inside an ERP. Due to the number of invoices received, the backlog used to around 4 weeks. After we provided AA as a solution and automated their this task, the backlog has reduced from 4 weeks to 3 days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Many RPA tools are available in the market. But in terms of ease of use and functionality, Automation Anywhere is the best. The best thing is they keep on evolving/updating themselves on a regular basis.

just completed Business Analyst & RPA, certification, this is really a gr8 learning I ever had on this RPA & AI platform. I do recommend this platform to all, if you r planning to enter the field of ROBOTICS & AI, than its a mandatory prerequisite...

Actually we have been assigned a new project for deploying bots in our process, and yes this is really a helpful exercise for me and my team members.

What do you like best about the product?
My friend have suggested me to learn RPA.So,While learning I have worked in Automation automation tool.This tool has all the commands almost 500 which are drag and drop that reduces the work time.I have also worked with the Web recorder and smart recorder which are easy to automate the process in the bots.The PDF integration and excel works have become easy to work with.This hellps us in the case of Large complex Processes that include repetitive works.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no such dislikes.But I would like to recommend you to work on the look and feel of the tool because it looks too old.

I will say that RPA is the best tool that anyone can learn without any knowledge on coding.This tool works seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides a number of sub modules that help automate legacy, win32 based applications as well as newer, web based apps. The object finding methods are robust and provide a number of ways to identify the targets. If one way doesn't work, there is almost always a work around or a fallback method to do it. The surface based automation on web has some pre-built modules that help a lot with table extraction or document reading so that you don't end up re-inventing the wheel. Bot store has a lot of meta-bots or basically additional functionality enhanced by the use of 3rd party dlls, that greatly improve the scope of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a bit daunting. While the classification of sub modules is done well, it is often difficult to find the best tool to accomplish a task. Major reliance on the control room. If the instance is not connected to a control room, I cannot quickly modify a rpa script to just test out something or play around or create a small prototype. Source code of additional modules may not be always available and could cause problems in the future. Installing modules from bot store can be a chore as documentation for many of the modules is incomplete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems we are solving with AA are: logging tickets in service now while using the web interface. There are multiple triggers available and that help a lot. Direct connectivity to the DB is a godsend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have legacy apps, automation anywhere is a good option to consider. Its compatibility with older win32 apps is far better than HPE UFT or BluePrism. The user interface takes a little bit time to get used to, but overall given the pricing of the tool, it provides more working features for the price.

The best i like in Automation Anywhere is "Meta Bot", where i can use the reusable component to various Bots. It is Easy to learn.I have learned the Automation Anywhere in just 2 days. The tutorials in the Website is really good and very much Understanding.

I hope if you can add the Pause button in Automation Anywhere recorders. Because there is no pause option in it, I am facing issues when i am developing the Bot or it failing while Executing.

Creating the IQ Bot for reading the Invoice forms and processing the data from it.
