Awesome tool that I have worked
What do you like best about the product?
My friend have suggested me to learn RPA.So,While learning I have worked in Automation automation tool.This tool has all the commands almost 500 which are drag and drop that reduces the work time.I have also worked with the Web recorder and smart recorder which are easy to automate the process in the bots.The PDF integration and excel works have become easy to work with.This hellps us in the case of Large complex Processes that include repetitive works.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no such dislikes.But I would like to recommend you to work on the look and feel of the tool because it looks too old.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will say that RPA is the best tool that anyone can learn without any knowledge on coding.This tool works seamlessly.

It is easy to learn and understand even for non technical employee.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides a number of sub modules that help automate legacy, win32 based applications as well as newer, web based apps. The object finding methods are robust and provide a number of ways to identify the targets. If one way doesn't work, there is almost always a work around or a fallback method to do it. The surface based automation on web has some pre-built modules that help a lot with table extraction or document reading so that you don't end up re-inventing the wheel. Bot store has a lot of meta-bots or basically additional functionality enhanced by the use of 3rd party dlls, that greatly improve the scope of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a bit daunting. While the classification of sub modules is done well, it is often difficult to find the best tool to accomplish a task. Major reliance on the control room. If the instance is not connected to a control room, I cannot quickly modify a rpa script to just test out something or play around or create a small prototype. Source code of additional modules may not be always available and could cause problems in the future. Installing modules from bot store can be a chore as documentation for many of the modules is incomplete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems we are solving with AA are: logging tickets in service now while using the web interface. There are multiple triggers available and that help a lot. Direct connectivity to the DB is a godsend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have legacy apps, automation anywhere is a good option to consider. Its compatibility with older win32 apps is far better than HPE UFT or BluePrism. The user interface takes a little bit time to get used to, but overall given the pricing of the tool, it provides more working features for the price.

What do you like best about the product?
The best i like in Automation Anywhere is "Meta Bot", where i can use the reusable component to various Bots. It is Easy to learn.I have learned the Automation Anywhere in just 2 days. The tutorials in the Website is really good and very much Understanding.

What do you dislike about the product?
I hope if you can add the Pause button in Automation Anywhere recorders. Because there is no pause option in it, I am facing issues when i am developing the Bot or it failing while Executing.
If Possible please add the Pause Button.
I am having some difficulty in creating the IQ Bot in Automation Anywhere, ever time i tried to create an IQ bot I an getting an Error like "Unexpected Error Occurred". It is not explaining what the error is.

Daily Automation like mail sending to the clients, getting data from SAP Systems, etc.
Creating the IQ Bot for reading the Invoice forms and processing the data from it.
I can work with Excel file for getting the data from it and sending it to clients.
By using Task Bot i an working with simple tasks like Opening an application and closing it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's UI(user interface) which is so friendly and easily understand by the user, it is very easy to install automation anywhere product simply click on next to install, it is easy to develop bot and no coding knowledge is required to develop,AA is having another feature BOT STORE which contains pre-build bots for most commonly used applications like sap, oracle,etc and Last but not least IQ bot features which is used to extract unstructured or semi structure data from pdf, images, emails etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product cost is more when compared to other products.Facing more problems in Installing iq bot regarding port number etc and Integration of iq bot after installing iq bot with control room is too tedious process. Mainly with variables, when we update variables after developing code we need to change those variables name in each and every step of code. No option to delete the unused variables from the code. We can't add our own packages. Restrictions in community version for user the in control room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining unstructured data using iq bot. Maintaining daily notifications or updates from email, automating all excel operations, Automating invoice submissions for web based applications and desktop applications.
Leads to time saving because the average handling time is decreased by automation the process, increase in Roi, increase in productivity, increase in quality, mainly increase customer satisfaction and last but not least its accuracy.

What do you dislike about the product?
An experienced person who is looking for learning in terms of professional growth find this a negative aspect as the people promoted do not have the wisdom and exposure. They are no doubt good at product knowledge, but can they enhance your growth as a professional is a question. However, the current Director of Customer Success for Vadodara is doing a good job of managing everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think our internal communication is strong with Strong team that take messaging across to Management for any change that is required by any organization. As we are a very aggressively growing organization there are frequent changes that are required and I think it is already given across to management.
