One of the amazing robotics process automation tool in the market right now
What do you like best about the product?
Low Code Features, Control Room Facilities, Easy To Learn even for someone who has less knowledge on Robotics Process Automation, Training is very good and easy to learn., Easy to implement with other tools like IBM business process management and rest API implementation is really good , Exception handling is one of the best i have seen in any RPA tool as you get multiple options to get the error details including screenshots.
Smart recorder and object cloning is one of the best feature in Automation Anywhere which distinguish it from any other tool currently in the market.
If you wanna use reusable code or any other DLL in the project then there's an option of META bots, if you create metabots you can use that in other procsses as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Work Queues management and handling can be better. Also it gets little difficult to understand code for a new person who is added to the process of development when there'e bulk and complex code as in task editor everything is in just one flow

As a developer I am working with multiple clients projects.

Most of the invoice, excel automations we are doing and its reducing repeated work of scientists , HRs. And also its time saving for them, they are utilizing this time for some other useful stuff. It made easy for HR by automating the journal postings, Payroll automation, claims processing, Payterm calculation, monthly revies. And for the scientists its saving lot of time in documenting things. And it is helpful in sales order process. It is of doing the collating the data from the different locaiton and save it in single place. The comparison of these sales orders making easy with the sales orders. And lot of invoice processing made easy by the automation anywhere. We are looking on many aspects to develop the process in automation anywhere

Ease of doing automation. Good automation tools for current requirement. In the competion world want to a step ahead then use AA for your automation. Why beacuse easy to develop and Easy to maintain the things. This is a good tool as we have seen. And they are cominng up with a new revolutionary package A2019. This will realy change the automation world. Even business people can become developer for their own products. Good to see the improvements in the A2019. As of now AA released the community version eagerly waiting for the enterprise version to work on. Good to see these products in the market.
Great learning experience of the future technology need
What do you like best about the product?
I have started learning the courses of Automation Anywhere out of my interest in Automation and believe me the they have built the courses in very easy manner and all the details are self explanatory. Courses includes BOT creation which was very useful and interesting. Simplicity of the courses. Examples used in the courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Passing percentage of the course is 60%, i think it should be reduced to 55% at least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere have helped me in seeing at any problem in Automation way. In day to day work you can Automate the manual work to save your time which will result in improved productivity.

Automation Anywhere tool combines robotic process automation solutions with intellectual elements like natural language understanding and reading unstructured data. Automation Anywhere allows organizations to automate everyday processes which are performed by the staff.Automation Anywhere API can be used from a wide variety of languages: C++, VB ,net, C#, VB .net, and Delphi are just a few of them.

Sometimes not connected to server and need to restart the services in regular interval.

Task BOT - I like task bot because it helps in all the automation stuff very efficiently.
Meta Bot - The auto updating property of meta bot and the collaboration is really amazing.
IQ BOT- The Cognitive capability to extract data from unstructured stuff is really very helpful part.

Exactly I don't dislike but yes I think that some enhancement required
1. In some of the cases if we need to apply some pivot in excel then we cant.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually I working from past 3 years on AA so I have solved a lot by the help of Automation Anywhere like I have worked on Excel Automation, Email automation, SAP automation etc.
So Basically I have experienced lot of benefits of this tool like - if we do SAP automation we don't need to use VBS we can use Meta Bot very efficiently.
Overall I have feel that its good to automate all the automation stuff by the help of Automation Anywhere because its reliable, accurate, efficient and I am feeling confident using Automation Anywhere.

Powerful RPA Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of the most powerful RPA tool. It is completely user friendly and easy to learn. There is no need of coding knowledge. But anyone can easily learn the tool within short span of time. I was thinking to learn something in short span but analyzed various tools not able to purchase and use. This tool help us since we are having community edition,
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, There is no dislike things, Tool is not used full fledge. One suggestion is, if we have any sample code template or each component user flows by default, which will help to user to understand more efficiently and quickly implementation to apply and use in real time world. BOT creation currently using in public forum. Similar to the community edition installation on individual laptop, if the BOT is creating in local machine. then that would be more helpful to get experience and implement the automation stuff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will help us to automate the regular day to day repeated activity which is really helpful and saving lot of time. BOT is initiated the code package and deploy into BOT in user friendly.

Ease to learn and quickly understand the process. Ease to install the tool and manage. There is no performance impact of the system. Some of other tools when we install. Machine performance will go down and it is tough to use for normal activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Most interestingly i like in AA is working with Meta Bots and later working with control room. It makes challenging while working with those activities. All the activities are easily understandable and easy use.

I feel it is good to have forum/community to discuss about AA and now it is available. So there is nothing to dislike this RPA platform.

I mostly worked with web browser like extracting data tables, updating the data and storing them either in excel or database.

Good to use and there is a wide space to explore things in Automation Anywhere and Robotic Process Automation.
