What do you like best about the product?
Integration with source control is very refreshing and the concept of Attended BoT's which now helps to automate tasks by interacting with humans.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we can have the opportunity to automate hand written documents , nothing better than that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performing Tedious activities on a daily basis make employees bored at work and no time for new learning. By automating task for my team which saved 400 hr per month and now employees are spending time on new technologies and are satisfied with their work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a starter to AA you may feel difficultly in understanding the concepts, However AA is very helpful and need minimal requirement of trainer to get started.
Good platform to automate things in a better way.
What do you like best about the product?
Best part of my automation project is that, I don't have to write that lengthy codes, it makes my work very easy and fast. I just have to write my logics and it will create your project in the way you want.
Also we've got so many tools which don't let you to switch to some external services. Great platform very impressive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is nothing to dislike about automation, but one thing it lags is that it can be applied to the functions which follow same steps repetively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had solved my Email automation problem through Automation Anywhere, benefits I have got that I can scan my every email I got repetitively and perform action accordingly.

Automation Anywhere tool will be helpful in the automation of the repetitive task as well as help in minimizing manual effort.

Not applicable. Since I used Automation anywhere tool very less can't comment on the dislike part for now. May be in near future will recommend.

Created a bot which will helpful in monitoring Signing Authority mail box and process the request accordingly.

For repetitive or redundant issue you can use this tool and also for other complex task as well. It is user friendly tool.

Metabot is the best part in Automation anywhere. You can access the DLL functions using Metabot. In my project, I'm using SAP and Outlook dll to process task and it's fantastic.
Not only simple repetitive task but one can develop Complex process also using AA.
Web based Control Room, Work Items all new features are great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not found anything which i dislike. I worked on both version 10.x and 11.x.
There are some issue in 10.x like In Metabot you can't use other automation anywhere command but 11.x improved a lot.

Thanks to Automation Anywhere for solving my SAP related issue.
Also worked on repetitive task like Excel task to process thousand of records, database operations, Data extracting from Web based application and send email.

What do you like best about the product?
Low Code Features, Control Room Facilities, Easy To Learn even for someone who has less knowledge on Robotics Process Automation, Training is very good and easy to learn., Easy to implement with other tools like IBM business process management and rest API implementation is really good , Exception handling is one of the best i have seen in any RPA tool as you get multiple options to get the error details including screenshots.
Smart recorder and object cloning is one of the best feature in Automation Anywhere which distinguish it from any other tool currently in the market.
If you wanna use reusable code or any other DLL in the project then there's an option of META bots, if you create metabots you can use that in other procsses as well.

Work Queues management and handling can be better. Also it gets little difficult to understand code for a new person who is added to the process of development when there'e bulk and complex code as in task editor everything is in just one flow

Most of the invoice, excel automations we are doing and its reducing repeated work of scientists , HRs. And also its time saving for them, they are utilizing this time for some other useful stuff. It made easy for HR by automating the journal postings, Payroll automation, claims processing, Payterm calculation, monthly revies. And for the scientists its saving lot of time in documenting things. And it is helpful in sales order process. It is of doing the collating the data from the different locaiton and save it in single place. The comparison of these sales orders making easy with the sales orders. And lot of invoice processing made easy by the automation anywhere. We are looking on many aspects to develop the process in automation anywhere

Ease of doing automation. Good automation tools for current requirement. In the competion world want to a step ahead then use AA for your automation. Why beacuse easy to develop and Easy to maintain the things. This is a good tool as we have seen. And they are cominng up with a new revolutionary package A2019. This will realy change the automation world. Even business people can become developer for their own products. Good to see the improvements in the A2019. As of now AA released the community version eagerly waiting for the enterprise version to work on. Good to see these products in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
I have started learning the courses of Automation Anywhere out of my interest in Automation and believe me the they have built the courses in very easy manner and all the details are self explanatory. Courses includes BOT creation which was very useful and interesting. Simplicity of the courses. Examples used in the courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Passing percentage of the course is 60%, i think it should be reduced to 55% at least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere have helped me in seeing at any problem in Automation way. In day to day work you can Automate the manual work to save your time which will result in improved productivity.
