What do you like best about the product?
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) has the power to increase operational efficiency, provide fast and personalized customer experiences, and re-allocate human resources towards high-impact activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing to disliked except that it really serves the purpose of business validation not the end to end testing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unstructured data presents a challenge in implementing and scaling RPA. The documents (emails, scanned files, images) needs to be extracted before it can be read and ingested by RPA systems to execute a task. Before investing in RPA, it’s essential to convert unstructured data into high-quality structured content that fuels process automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Iq bot saves lot of time and effort which can be used directly for unstructured data. But still there is required to performed update in work queues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less functions as compared to blue prism and work queue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performing process automation bots. Lessen workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend Automation Anywhere as it is so easy to learn. Compared to the other RPA applications, Automation Anywhere is above the rest. i've tried a lot of RPA tools but this is by far the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The license fee is fair with all the features of Automation Anywere but it would be great if there will be a license fee for students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automated a manual task, the automation was able to save about 300 hours. With the automation, I was able to repurpose my time to other equally important task.

I don't have any dislikes because the use of AA is very easy for implementing logics

Initially learn completely aboit of commands and automation anywhere tool. Also they are providing free certifications, so that you can practice and excel your skills.
Great software with a steep learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Very versatile and easily customizable. The recorders are very easy to use and make creating a bot simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training does not adequately prepare you for building or maintaining a bot. I really liked the "TryMe" sections of the training and I wish there was an actual version of AA that I could use while training. That being said, there were numerous typos within the training and the exam. Some of the content was written in broken English, which made some of the questions on the assessment a little confusing. I also do not think 40 minutes is long enough to take the assessment. That only leaves 1 minute to read and process each question, with some of the questions being a paragraph in length.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Automation Anywhere to build out use cases to help our company sell RPA work in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The examination at the end of the training is very difficult and includes questions that were not covered during the training. I would suggest playing with a trial version of AA before attempting the exam.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation decreases the effort of manual work that has to be done by the user, every process can be automated up to certain extent the best features includes such as saving time which is considered as most important and accuracy in the work flow and speed of the work that could be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation has various benefits the place where it lacks is the most important factor as any automated process work on certain set of rules and if the situation is not matching the power that a human has to apply his own knowledge has apply that lacks somewhere in robotic process automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a employee working in the BPO industry earlier it was all about the typing speed that you had for completion of work since the process has been automated a lot in this recent years now its all about applying the ideas to decrease the manual flow of work and to attain maximum productivity.

I have not got any part of RPA which has been disliked by our team

Not much downsides, but I personal felt Smart Recorder won't be much useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is lot of benefit with the Automation and I am solving the problems with Windows web control and object cloning which place the most part of my daily problem solving.

Having some challenges in Training the Invoices and having the Learning instance. Have seen challenges in Classification

We have submitted Xome Bots to the bot store and now are working on Digital workers for AP And Oder Management. This will improve Productivity and E-2-E Transaction
