What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is helping organizations by empowering employees to think strategically for the betterment of company rather that doing the their daily repetitive tasks.
We have already automated certain tasks in marketing department at our organizations which is saving lot of time & resources.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge was to feed the information that AA required during the initial stages of implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had manual process of uploading leads to our Lead Management Tool which used to consume lot of time. Sometime the tool used to throw errors because of format issues in the template. By using Automation Anywhere, uploading leads has been simple and effective.

If you have certain repetitive processes at your organization on daily basis, then Automation Anywhere is the right solution

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Automation Anywhere for multiple processes within our organization for more than a year now. It was the best software where even my nontechnical employees can play moderator to some extent. We have suggested to many of our professional peers about the advantages of this software and how it saves costs on manpower to a large extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes applications takes a little time for loading and UI interface is not very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is easier to achieve as it doesn't require high coding skills or designing a specific framework.
Exception handling is pretty decent. We don't have to worry about process being stuck as it moves to the next iteration on its own.

What do you like best about the product?
For the current volatile market conditions, business should have an edge, they can't afford to monotones jobs, repetitive jobs are not only time consuming but also boring and kills the creativity of the Employees. We should free the business team from the mundane tasks and allow them to put their thinking hat by freeing themselves from repetitive tasks .So RPA ease of use and very user intuitive UI will help to achieve and will make more efficient business teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any features that I don't like,but rpa can provide a option to embed codes that currently automated macros etc can be run. WE don't want to reinvent the wheels.

automating many of mundane boring jobs done by business team and freeing them from these boring repetitive jobs and letting them use the thinking cap.

The working of bots and the way they automate the process is really awesome.

Nothing much to dislike, but will suggest to provide us cloud infrastructure for hands on and training.

What do you like best about the product?
I think AA is good tool through which we can easily automate our process and its easy to learn.The best part of AA is its tutorial and support which is not provided by any tool in market currently.Also its simple to understand and build which is brownie point for its consumer.The second best thing is regular updates and addition of new functionalities and upgrading with changing technology.Totally loved new features of A2019. Addition of scripts, changing its design to workflow is also very good feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel AA should launch its new version after thorough testing, I felt in previous versions there used to be glitch but they just release new version too early or without proper testing, which was sometime problematic and they have to then release hot fix which was sometime hassle some to convince to client.
I hate the fact that AA in variable is tightly mapped, when I am changing variable in one task it should change automatically in other task like in UI Path.
Queues is good but it still lacks features that we have in blue prism; i.e. manipulation and utilization of bots.
Also it requires lot of hardware hence making it expensive, so hardware is other thing where it should be focussed.

i have been using it to make life easy of many people who were previously used to update excel on certain formulas and rules.Also email automation has also been easy task.It was saving , lot of FTE and time.

That's it easy to use and really efficient.Try it and its community edition is the best thing you can start with

Like the user friendly nature of the tool and all possible features being available on a single click. This helped developers build BOTS as per TAT and helped us as a business to live upto clients expectations.

Custom activities option not being available.

The automation tool can be used extensively, and its very helpful for implementing the automation. We did use the automation anywhere tool in our project for automating the patching.

The knowledge sessions/ Training's are not detailed, would like to have the detailed training's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the patching in the server, which earlier we used to do manually, now we are doing with automation anywhere and we saved lot of man hours.
