Ease of understanding
What do you like best about the product?
If there is a chance to rate 11, then Ill go for that.
Being as a developer, I would recommend this tool for ease of coding and monitoring. very much interested to do automation with this tool. I'm trying to integrate with WhatsApp which can be very easy with this tool is my basic suspect. hoping for the same.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would refer this tool to integrate with many other technologies like UI appearance, Hadoop etc.. and as going forward with impediments, UI appearance should be like customizable like themes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
configuring the bots and centralized controlling is 2/3rd advantage with the tool. with these automation tool many things can be integrated with platform independence, robust, ease of architecture modulation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
as explained earlier, many technologies need to integrate like hadoop, facebook etc..
Great Exposure towards Automation and I am likely to move to this area in future.
What do you like best about the product?
The learning makes easy to understand the tool and the community edition gives great way to start working and exposing yourself to the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much it was very adaptive and easy to learn for who have basic programmatic skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to automate the manual task which SharePoint Admin used to do in there daily life.eg Getting Logs and identifying any exception.
Also once server shutdowm it will be automatically turned on..

I am excited to see how it can handle large number of data in easy way. Also help to solve many cognitive solutions.

I don't feel anything bad. Everything is fine and user friendly.

It helps me in handle multiple data like Microsoft Excel.

We can create bot to monitor the mails automatically perform the certain tasks.

Nothing like that, first it's complex to learn but after experienced with AA it's very likely.

I have faced lot of issues, that's all solved by my friends, with that I had learned new things from my mistakes

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best tool you will find in RPA area. I have worked on multiple tools and found AA easy to use with ability to handle complex processes. In BFSI where every number you share with customers is sensitive, AA helps in building automation that can look through guidelines and do a quick compliance check. AA feature of building Metabots helps in creating resuable components and consistency among tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere does makes the life simpler. However, unlike other tools, the final BOT process looks more like line of codes rather than a process itself. If we can put in the graphical interface it would be much more easier to understand and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the problems solved are in BFSI industry related to voucher creatons, passing entries in banking system, creation of reports, etc. Benefits are in terms of both money and efficiency. Resources are free to get upskilled and work in other areas of the Bank

->Automation anywhere still lacks some functionalities that can be implemented by it in future

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm automating by day to day manual task in support project mainly in E commerce and banking domain wich took around a week to complete.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool and it is continuously updating. There is lot to learn in the tool and if anyone wants to go for RPA, they should start with this tool. It has got a very colorful UI and awesome and elaborate training videos.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about automation anywhere is that it blends to whatever level or style you may already have if you have a programming background. In my case I have several years of experience creating advanced macros. Automation anywhere brings it all together and becomes an orchestrator while error handling for caution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the main limitation that I see, is there is not a Move File Function. Have to Copy/ Paste and then Delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere has automated some weekly reporting for our off shore team in Jamaica. This allows the reports to be automatically built/transformed and e-mailed on time on a weekly basis free from human error.
A2019 Release Updates
What do you like best about the product?
The new updates were awesome with almost endless capabilities with more commands available. And the client being on the cloud takes off the big burden of the system requirements making it platform independent. The new upgraded features show a very bright path for RPA. Now currently with the latest launch this has been the best tool compared to the other and in contrary to the older versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the older version I would say the limited capabilities on Excel manipulations and client and control room frequent disconnects. Failing while identifying few UI Automation developed object but I hope are taken care in A2019
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating most of the financial process which need lot of labor with most repetitive work. Also automating the reconciliation process so that the bank details are validated and the audits are made easy.Now we are also trying to integrate the chat bots with the RPA and see what problems can be solved in the BPO Industry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dont look at the older versions but focus on A2019 which has almost the best features that any RPA tool can provide. Try focusing on the AI integration part as that would help in improving the scope and area of use for RPA there by increasing the ease of use and also decreasing the manual efforts required thus helping in working on better things.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the robust features of automation anywhere. It is very versatile and can be used for a wide range of applications
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface can be a little confusing and the giant wall of text when you drag and drop and activity into the workbench.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing invoice reconciliation. I've found that a lot of finance related tasks can be automated using Automation Anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would make sure that you do the training's prior to trying to develop on Automation Anywhere as it will speed up the process and allow you to avoid common roadblocks as you start.
