What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Starting from automating complex business workflow processes to reading data from excel and manipulating data to extracting data from pdf - the range of problems we are solving using AA is really vast.
Great learning platform for enhancing our skills and upskilling to new technology.

Automation Anywhere helped me in getting familiar with the new robotics processes that were very interesting to learn

The question in the certification exam were quite different from what was given in course.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere ecosystem enables us to quickly get started with the automation journey and provides us with all the necessary infrastructure needed to realize the true potential of RPA. Its not just the software alone but the educational material is so well structured that at no point in time you feel overwhelmed. This enables organization to quickly ramp up and hit the road with great speed as part of the automation journey, The product features and its categorization make it easier for people in different roles to look at them in isolation and yet be able to perform their duties without having to learn extra details. For example , an analyst can look at specific sections in control room (dashboards) without having to worry about internal functioning of each bot and yet get a fair understanding from the insights provided on the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well up until recently, I was disappointed with the absence of a cloud based offering but I think that's been announced . So no real dislikes for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are Fintech company and we try to optimize and bring value to the various finance processes. Be it invoice processing or cash optimization or expense management, RPA adds a great deal of value by streamlining these processes and bringing in great deal of efficiency which in turns leads to increased ROI

What do you like best about the product?
Best part I like is Automation Anywhere automates complex and complicated tasks without much programming language knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel dashboard of Automation Anywhere needs to be more user friendly and cost should be reduced a bit,

We are using Automation Anywhere in our IT project.
Overall this is very helpful for the new Automated AI engine driven world

The learning videos, those are very detailed to learn.

it is more focused on the bot developer . Business Analyst like us are facing little challenge to grasp it.

I have excelled in Uipath and started working on AA and truly felt like no code automation is AA . Just configure properties based on business process and publish. Configure , test , publish and run

I liked the cloud version as it is quite very smooth and we can started approx real time on POCs.

Installation is pain and I was not able to make automation anywhere in working condition my own. It require lots of efforts and need system resource. It should be light.

Looking for regular tasks automation , machine learning automation with natural language

dislike in this is objectcloing feature .i have facing lots of issue in this feture.but some how if your internet is so strong we will not face this errors.
