Coolest Smart intelligent tool in the RPA industry
What do you like best about the product?
AUTOMATION ANYWHERE is the best tool in the industry, in which we can automate many daily basis operations from a start-up to an MNC company. Excel automation, Document intelligence, web data intelligently reading automation, Cloning in a legacy system, OCR engine, IQBot are the major characteristics of Automation anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
some issues are with image recognization command. Capturing can t be done as we expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
May industrial problems can be solved like automation of report gathering integrating calculation process. uploading the updated integrated documents on the websites etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I am actually very impressed about the process automated in this RPA tool , the jobs are handled and automated and get rid of manual intervention. I am just blown away and thanks to the team for building the magnificent tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike for the multiple instance which makes sometimes complex, but long run to go and sure it will be simplified in coming days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assignment to team and reporting to stakeholders etc.

What do you like best about the product?
-Automation is easier to achieve as it doesn't require high coding skills or designing a specific framework.
- It can achieve PDF editing and automation, which in our case of policy documents has been valuable.
- Built-in tools like FTP, SOAP / REST integration and native database connection through ODBC.
- Process inVision - Process inVision helps users to document the process, users can record their process just once and then convert & share the entire process captured in a video, storyboard, PDF or PPT.
- It can achieve PDF editing and automation, which in our case of policy documents has been valuable.

- Difficulty in interacting with main oracle system (EBS) . May be they can look into this and get it fixed.
- Run time data and analytics can surely improve as it's not very easy to follow.

- Integration between legacy systems, that provide some actions only through the UI and on boarding the
data in those legacy systems.

It is a nice tool with good features and it is easy to try and design bots. The GUI is very attractive and easy to understand and use. Presence of Smart recorder is an added advantage as it handles complex scenarios. RPA is a must try and Automation tool in RPA is definitely something RPA developers should go for.

Automation Anywhere is one of the best tools that are there in the market now a days. the features of automation anywhere such as commands,meta bots are the best to capture the objects correctly so that the automation goes completely well with no issues.This is easy to learn tool without any background knowledge required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is little expensive and the trail version is having only 30 days access which is very less for the beginners to adopt to the technology. Also in trail version there is no meta bots feature enabled with which the learners cannot understand the meta bot and uses without hands on experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Automation anywhere, many excel issues can be solved and the huge data issues can be handled firmly. Also apart from that PDF merging and splitting issues came to end with the usage of this tool.Many web based application issues was handled by this tool very well.If the process that takes much time for the human to finish,the bot will do it in no time and this Issue the best solved ever by this tool. Benifits of automation anywhere are the effort of human can be reduced.

I highly recommend automation anywhere as this is very easy to learn tool and this will solve much human effort after coding all the process carefully.As this is having a trail version of 30 days for the beginners to understand the concepts very well before using the enterprise edition so that the users will get used to it.

What do you like best about the product?
In Automation Anywhere, I like it’s cognitive capabilities, IQBot and Metabot. Using IQBots we can automate the PDF documents also. Using it’s Metabot, we can perform completed automation easily. In has good number of inbuilt templates to get our work done easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s Control Room is bit complicated for the beginners. Automation Anywhere’s UI interface is not very user friendly. It’s Variable Manager is also bit complicated for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one of my project I was facing issues in order to read the PDF documents. By referring Automation Anywhere’s IQBot, I was able to automate PDF documents very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the developing team was able to create bots that handle all the complicated processes and also processes that are repetitive. These bot are able to learn how processes should be run by us feeding them data, their intelligence is just mind blowing. Further more Automation Anywhere runs reports that show how the bots are performing and the impact they have had on our organization, this helps us see areas that are doing really well and those that need a bit of improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very expensive and also took us quite a while to learn how to use it, the learning curve is steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is helping us carry out tasks that are repetitive in nature and also those that are complex and would otherwise take us a long time to complete but these bot can complete them within a short time and more accurately too.

Automation Anywhere is the best thing that ever happened to us a an organization, we no longer have trouble completing complicated tasks thanks to the bots created in Automation Anywhere.

IQ BOT is something which i liked but i hope it will increase limits for testing and also i like how AA tool provides options to choose actions

I hope if somehow the UI can get better because it looks more traditional and the control room is bit complicated

By using Automation Anywhere unable to automate the complete data of unstructured data but able to automate the partial amount of unstructured data by using IQ bots.And trail version don't have meat bot and IQ bots concepts.Helpful to add meta bots and IQ bot concepts in trail version.
