It helps in data entry and validation in excel sheets through automation.
All clusters are checked for their smoke test and in case of any failure , clusters are rebooted as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The best tool which can be learnt in very short time needless of any prior programming language. Even if you are a basic level programmer or learner you can learn this tool very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI part is little complex when compared with UiPath.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked on a invoice generation process and as everyone knows the capability of reducing human efforts is the main benefit and the ease in which the process can developed is an added advantage.
Fast and accurate processes
What do you like best about the product?
AA provides fast actions on the repetitive and boring processes that people have to do every day, month etc. AA bots make it easy to performs these jobs. Customers of my company are very satisfied with the results. One of them even get prizes thanks to bots my company have developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a business analyst I have trouble with using the interface. It can be more simple for the non--developer users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use AA for our repetitive, boring and time-taking activities/jobs such as filling an excel or word document. Our customers also use it for invoice applications, preparing excel documents, controlling different documents for verifications etc.
As far as I observed, people reduce time to spend the jobs they have to do, more accurate results are obtained, for times that are out of working hours, they don't have to stay at the office thanks to AA robots etc. These are very satisfying benefits.

AA is a very helpful software to make the jobs easier. You can use it anywhere in your daily life! I hope I can write bots for myself in my daily routine jobs, even at home :)

the different commands because its easy to use and understand. very powerful and robust. highly recommended to most of our clients. The different dashboards in the control room that can monitor the robot status and also the credential vaults where I can store my Credentials Secured. the control room and client was user friendly.

to develope a code you need to have internet connection, hardware requirements to install the Enterprise edition is to high.

Extracting text to PDF and dump to excel, its easy to use and very accurate. you just need to have a clear and correct input.

The email automation command does not support the ISO set of emails until the 11.2.3.3 version. Which is a barrier in terms of end-to -end email automation

The "IQ bot" enable the business user to experience the power of advanced artificial intelligence technologies. It offers enterprise massive gains in productivity. The "Bot Insights" feature enables to analyze bot performance in the system. By this feature we are able to judge which bot is performing better. The "Workload Management" feature fulfill the demands of enterprise-class SLA which in turn helps the user to prioritize high-value transactions. "Smart Recorder" feature provides more flexibility during recording tasks that involve various technologies like Java, HTML, and Flex.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I run he bot, my system hangs. I check the task manager and see that the CPU utilization has reached 100% . So there is overloading of cpu because there is encryption and decryption going in the bank end. If this could be improved it would be great.

Collecting multiple sheets from client over mail. Pushing the data to database using "Read From" Action under Database and producing a consolidated sheet and sending the sheet over mail.

Getting Employee mail from HR and on boarding to different legacy applications in client environment.Intimating the same to the HR after successful implementation.

It is a great tool with lot of training material and video available on the Automation Anywhere University. There is continuous upgrade in the tool and the team always strive for improvement. It is a must try for a person interested in automation. Community version is free for one month.
