What do you like best about the product?
The way to work with the other fellow colleagues to learn from them and sharing our knowledge what we have and we rely on the Automation Anywhere where the impossibilities become possibilities and using them in real life like converting PDF to Excel ,like more things and making others to think what else can be done to achieve .It make the others to think about what can be done more which helps to improve our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still requires some what help from others to involve in the discussions. and it needs some more time to work on it .it needs to be parallel to be implemented in the work or on other things which to make the things simpler and quite efficient for others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Conversions From PDF to Excel , Control Room and many more in my work saving my time and heavy load on the projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is easy to use and to implement RPA bots. There are various different commands at your disposal to automate tasks with but I like the ones for emails and Microsoft Excel the best. Anyone can use Automation Anywhere because the interface and the commands are presented in a manner that one can create their own bots with ease without prior programming knowledge. This software is very user friendly compared to other automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Automation Anywhere is excellent, it currently lacks the ability to read data from scanned PDF files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We heavily rely on Automation Anywhere to perform automated tasks such as reading data from Microsoft Excel and converting them into PDF files, and vice versa. With the help of RPA bots, we're also able to add data from Excel files directly into our SQL database without human intervention. This increases accuracy and work flow while reducing the need for manual labour which could then be diverted to other tasks that require attention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For automating tasks, I would definitely recommend Automation Anywhere over other RPA tools. It has a much lower learning curve and also offers RPA training programs for free through Automation Anywhere University on their website.

ITS REDUCE THE EXPENSES OF THE ORGANIZATION AND WORKS GET DONE IN EASIER MANNER IN VERY LESS TIME. It helps to reduce the work level stress and man power. It is also helps to reduce the extra expenses which is been incurred on the human work force. Lot of time is spend while working without any automation. It saves time and reduces cost and provides a long term benefits to the organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
MAJOR DISLIKE IS DEPLOYMENT OF EMPLOYEE AND WORKER, AUTOMATION IMPACTS ESPECIALLY THE MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE. MACHINE ARE MORE TRUSTWORTHY THEN THE EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY. A very difficult to understand and time consuming. Takes lot of efforts to implement this feature and it takes lot of stress to train old employees about this new technology.

ITS HELPS TO KEEP THE RECORD OF EVERY EMPLOYEE DATA. IT IS REDUCE DUPLICATION OF WORK AND SAVES MUCH TIME WHICH ULTIMATELY REACH TOWARDS COMPANIES GOAL AND PROFIT. It breaks down every complex problems into simple work.

What do you like best about the product?
The best tool which can be learnt in very short time needless of any prior programming language. Even if you are a basic level programmer or learner you can learn this tool very easily.

The GUI part is little complex when compared with UiPath.

I worked on a invoice generation process and as everyone knows the capability of reducing human efforts is the main benefit and the ease in which the process can developed is an added advantage.

What do you like best about the product?
AA provides fast actions on the repetitive and boring processes that people have to do every day, month etc. AA bots make it easy to performs these jobs. Customers of my company are very satisfied with the results. One of them even get prizes thanks to bots my company have developed.

As a business analyst I have trouble with using the interface. It can be more simple for the non--developer users.

We use AA for our repetitive, boring and time-taking activities/jobs such as filling an excel or word document. Our customers also use it for invoice applications, preparing excel documents, controlling different documents for verifications etc.
As far as I observed, people reduce time to spend the jobs they have to do, more accurate results are obtained, for times that are out of working hours, they don't have to stay at the office thanks to AA robots etc. These are very satisfying benefits.
