Good experience with Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere helps to automate the daily repeating tasks . Tasks related excel, SAP and web applications where data needs to be updated , read etc can be done by AA using cloning, scripting,meta-bots and db commands. Bot insight IQ bots.
Excel and csv files can be used as db by using db commands. Password for all kind of application can be placed in control room
Run script command is very helpful and can be called in any applications like SAP, excel etc., this makes bot to run faster than expected aht.

What do you dislike about the product?
When environment changes, cloning commands fails and the not flexible with web application.
Whenever application upgrade happens even minor change will be not captured by the object cloning and it will fail.
When Microsoft upgrade happens few drivers will fail to connect as we connected to database with driver ID and need to do rework on the same.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While working with web applications, so many errors while retesting.

AA is a very strong RPA tool that helps in automate business processes with high accuracy.
What do you like best about the product?
I am enjoying work with AA tool. The amazing user-friendly and with enterprise architecture enables a quick learning process by any developer. The features of it is good. It provides free courses as well.
If the developer can know very basic programming logic's like variables, string manipulations and loops they can make extremely powerful processes that pays off quickly.
Technical support also very quick and efficient. They were able to address all our queries very satisfactorily. Automation Anywhere Bot Store also very helpful for reusable processes. Impressed with scheduling and Metabot logics. Connecting to any web services and also calls DLLs. I like the feature to run scripts.

What do you dislike about the product?
As any platform there are pros and cons, As I observed, we are not getting desired output in some citrix application automation. Tool is depended on screen resolution of PC, My default screen resolution of my laptop is 150% so I am not able to identify controls position accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the features of Automation Anywhere tool like Control Room, IQbot and Metabot. I am processing PDF documents, it validates all the form fields and table content with high accuracy. It saves our manual work and time as well. It helps to increase the productivity. IQBot which is super-efficient. It has great control room that is easy to use. Screen recorder is very useful. The ability to securely store passwords in the control room vault that the bots can access with secure and encrypted way. Interacting with SAP applications is great and efficient. Automating Mainframe applications with Terminal Emulator is lot of time saving and accurate. We implemented custom logic with script coding.

Automation Anywhere is a very strong RPA tools that help in automate business processes with high accuracy in less time, I will always recommend everyone to use AA tool. As it is best in RPA, now the tool is available in the cloud environment also with Enterprise A2019.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the best RPA tools available for Automation. It is simple, flexible and easy to learn, understand and work. The upgrades done at regular intervals of time helps the product to make it more stable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere help received from engineers to the users can be more better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating in different PDF's files was challenging. IQ bots have helped the process to be automated with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere can be recommended as the most acknowledged RPA tool. It is well positioned in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. In terms of innovation and product enhahcement, AA has taken a leap. Introduction of A2019 had made a big difference in the market. The strategic collaboration with Microsoft products has given automation a new business process definition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part holds not with the product but it holds with the alliance partners in terms of support for the aquisition of prospects and converting them into customers.
Possibly one demerit could be migration from one version to another is tedious.

Close to perfect tool available in market for the enbarkment of your Robotic Process Automation or intelligent automation with bots options like attended bots, unattended bots, meta bots which makes deplyment and development more agile
Reliable RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
IQ bots are very useful in automation anywhere. We can configure them to work intelligently and even take decisions at run time. The activities have a lot of customization's and a lot of functionality when can be configured to the user's need. When deployed in production managing the bots from control room is very effective and scheduling them is also very easy. There are multiple triggers within the tool and helps for business process automation. Desktop and excel automation are very easy using this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of the tool seems old and needs to be changed compared to other tools in the market. Creating a bot and scheduling is lengthy but once its done its very convenient. The cost of the tool is a lot compared to other tools in the market. The IQ bot is very costly but if u can afford it, it is a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems Solved: OCR - To read the receipts generated by client and on-board the data into the finance tool so that the invoices can b raised via mail, Employee On-boarding - On-boarding of new employees into Slack using API, Sales-force, AD Account Services, Finance Receipts auditing and excel Macros

Best tool in the markets and gives a lot of flexibility in terms of bots and control room and configuration. The activities are at par compared to other tools and works flawlessly in the production environment

licence cost is bit high .sometime i feel slow while locating web elements .in community version control room if setting is present like enterprise version ,then it is good for learner .That's all from my side .

i solved many problems with AA like Email process , Excel Operations , pdf operations , invoice process .earlier its very lengthy and time consuming ,but with the help of AA ,it's just a cake piece .

What do you like best about the product?
AA tool has many features and now the A2019 is addition to the like a cherry on the pie. A2019 has many features and the best one is to integrate scripts with the bot.Can be used to automate manual tedious process and save human efforts and capital.

There's nothing to dislike, but OCR feature should be more reliable.

Same, we are facing issues with the process which needs to detect captchas from the government websites

I have been using AA from more than a year and the most useful feature I found is Image recognition which helped me a lot for my client project.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like this tool and I have so many reasons why I do. For one thing, users like me are given a number of options when it comes to cloning. I can perform keystroke-level cloning, object-based cloning, as well as screen cloning. It also works really well at automating Excel. We've taken reports that we have to do routinely and used this to automate that whole process, freeing up a lot of our time. Another thing that I really appreciate is how I can download this tool for free if I choose to, and I'm pretty sure students will really appreciate that since it makes it easier for them to learn how to use this tool. The developers even provide developers with certification. Added to that, there is also a vibrant community where you can ask for help about any problems you may encounter using the tool. The tool also has a mobile app that lets users monitor their bots even while they're on the move.

The two areas where this tool has been incredibly helpful to us have been in bringing down costs and in improving our efficiently, both horizontally and vertically. This has allowed us to work better and service our clients better.
