Awesome RPA Tool till Date I have used
What do you like best about the product?
I have used around 5 RPA tools till date and I found Automation anywhere is standing far beyond from others. Really a good and handy one to address any type of automation. though I feel there another two tools which can be potential competitor but in automation anywhere v11 we can very very sure to that it will take some time to touch the competitors the level of automation anywhere.
In addition the recent cloud based edition has given an another level of scaling to the product and this feature itself addressed millions of brainstorming use cases where we were putting the 60 percent of our develop time to implement a proper infrastructure. and the most amazing thing is the price is really adaptable as compare to the competitors. Go to be great :)

What do you dislike about the product?
No way to dislike. But honestly Automation any where can be better in some areas like attended automation as compare to other one tool. But Happy to know that Automation anywhere is going to launch a wonderful component which will make the competitors think about it. just a waiting of several days only :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IQ Bot , An amazing invention of Automation any where ever. Got much more client attractions and my business accelerated in 10x speed. Generated more revenue than previous year and it has been done in a very short period of time

Each activity or each line should have error handling feature.
The commands are limited and doesn't have search option
Automation Anywhere is not able to use OCR effectively and has limited usability. Maybe they should try implementing Tesseract. Handwritten documents are still giving a nightmare. Also, it is difficult to handle control room management

Make work easier with Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
All AA activity is user friendly(drag and drop) which help you to achieve your goal and get result in form of good ROI. Automation anywhere provided their control room with dynamic dashboard features, run your boat from anywhere with any devices. I really like the IQ bot as it's solved your PDF related problems and boost you work. Automation anywhere have strong AI and Insight features as you can build you dashboard and show them to your upper level management and client.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can debug in between any of stage it should be there like blue prism have and web scraping needs to be improved as UI Path have. Need to evaluate the tools with other Leading RPA tools.
One more thing which needs to be good is RPA AA forum as UI Path have. Anytime developer can go and find their related answered. AA has limited forum for the same which needs to be more showed on search engines.

AA helps a lot in web based, window based, SAP based and most importantly IQ bots which is most amazing and very helpful for us.

I will definetly recommendate to person who is intrested to make the carer in RPA should start from Automation Anywhere. It's a great platform to learn RPA build logics very easily.

User Interface, easy to code, any person having zero or some coding understanding and good logical skill can directly jump into RPA using AA tool.
Anyone having good logical skills can work on automation anywhere, it doesn't require any developer having good coding knowledge.
Yes for integration of python or creation of DLL one should have coding knowledge.

The training of IQ bot only shows how to create learning instance and train with document but doesn't shows how to extract the outcome/output after the training has been done successfully.
In AA2019, there is a direct option of adding DLL or invoke script which is definately be upper hand in comparison to other evolving tools.

Invoice Extraction
Collect different bills ( food, transport and medical ) over mails through HR. This is done using various actions under "Mail". Once the bill is saved using "Save all attachments" activity, the bill amount is validated with the amount entered by employee on the tool. Mail is send to finance team after successful validation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Error Handling features and app integration features very much. These features have widened the scope and robustness of the automation. The drag and drop features help concentrate more on logic building than worrying about syntax and the debugging features help a lot in bug fixing. The metabot feature also adds a lot of ease to the development. Security being a major concern while dealing with multiple applications in a single automation, the credential locker helps maintain the security standards effortlessly. All of this without compromising on system performance is the best thing a developer can expect from any tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the object cloning to be more robust. It works 90% of the times but the other times we need to rely on workarounds. Also at times the PDF integration-PDF to text conversion feature introduces some unreadable characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating standard procedures and repetitive tasks performed by mid and front office professionals in core banking domain. Significant hard dollar savings and more importantly it helped shift the prime focus of these professionals to attend to strategic demands as their standard procedures are taken care of by automation anywhere.

I have used this tool and found very much interesting for an automation perspective as this tool has all drag and dop option, this tool has very much simplicity and reliability. the best part of this tool is that we may use it with MS Excel and MS word, I personally feel that on this planet whether technical or non technical guy, he/she will be able to use this tool with lighter training and that much simplicity is there in this tool, which is hardly find in any automation tool.
