Best RPA tool in Market
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Error Handling features and app integration features very much. These features have widened the scope and robustness of the automation. The drag and drop features help concentrate more on logic building than worrying about syntax and the debugging features help a lot in bug fixing. The metabot feature also adds a lot of ease to the development. Security being a major concern while dealing with multiple applications in a single automation, the credential locker helps maintain the security standards effortlessly. All of this without compromising on system performance is the best thing a developer can expect from any tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the object cloning to be more robust. It works 90% of the times but the other times we need to rely on workarounds. Also at times the PDF integration-PDF to text conversion feature introduces some unreadable characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating standard procedures and repetitive tasks performed by mid and front office professionals in core banking domain. Significant hard dollar savings and more importantly it helped shift the prime focus of these professionals to attend to strategic demands as their standard procedures are taken care of by automation anywhere.

Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool in market. It's easy to use, code and maintain. It integrates with almost all major applications used by professionals in their work day. This feature widens the scope of your automation . The error handling options are very helpful in developing a defect-free automation.
Really a Magical Tool in the Process Automation domain
What do you like best about the product?
I have used this tool and found very much interesting for an automation perspective as this tool has all drag and dop option, this tool has very much simplicity and reliability. the best part of this tool is that we may use it with MS Excel and MS word, I personally feel that on this planet whether technical or non technical guy, he/she will be able to use this tool with lighter training and that much simplicity is there in this tool, which is hardly find in any automation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any dislike in this tool, the tool is as per our expectation as whetever we wanted to implement we could able to implement with easness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used this tool for our accounting system and HR system. and this tool has given us faboulous results.I personally feel that on this planet whether technical or non technical guy, he/she will be able to use this tool with lighter training and that much simplicity is there in this tool, which is hardly find in any automation tool.It has saved our lots of money, time and resources and efforts.

Automation Anywhere is one of the easiest tools to have worked on till now. The mouse clicks and smart recorder make the mundane worksheets and email accesses easy to automate without a fuss.

The fact that AA cannot be used conveniently inside Citrix and other remote desktops.

Automation Anywhere Enterprise RPA platform is easiest to use. No coding knowledge is required it has drag and drop feature. AA can also automate complex/complicated task. It increases efficiency and reduces human errors. Create automation tasks like recording keyboard strokes and mouse clicks. We can deploy multiple bots with a single click and manage them across a single machine or multiple machines. Auto-login runs scheduled tasks on anytime, even when the computer is locked. Centralized control room that makes it easy to maintain automated processes, users, and client machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA sometimes does not work in Virtual desktops.

Remote Agent was released where none of the customers are ready to install it on citrix network due to security obligations

Easy tool to learn, has advantage of OCR tools lie IQ bots, Metabots for offline recording etc. Anyone can automate with having strong technical skillset.

What do you like best about the product?
As used AA for copy data from Microsoft sheets to web application, I like this functionality as it saves a time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we create a BOT to copy data from EXCEL sheets then whenever new column added to sheet we need to make changes again in BOT, I didn't find any dynamic solution here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data entry we are using currently, It saves time and increased accuracy.

Definitely. I recommend AA to use, as it saves time as well as man power and improves accuracy in tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
When I first used Automation Anywhere, I wasn't expecting that there would be a PDF Integration compared to other RPA tools that I have used. So it was a surprise that PDF is already part of the objects in Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am more adept to flow chart style of some RPA Tool, I have to adjust to the scripting style of Automation Anywhere
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solved my issue in clicking links in a web page on a pattern which is not available on other RPA tools.

Its easy to use drag and drop ui which allows you to create the complex automation scripts in fraction of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the features of the app should be in one centralized place two three modules of the application are there which sometimes cause issue for the new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making the smart automation from office 365 and monitering the processes Automation Anywhere has done miracle for us its smart workflow are doing work of 3 monitering staff and has took the office 365 nofitcations and automation to a next level.

If someone feels that creating the automation script is huge task i recommend them using Automation Anywhere so they know that how much easy it is.

What do you like best about the product?
A2019, which is next generation RPA tool where a bot can be developed anywhere, anytime. Bots can be controlled/managed within a minute without logging to system which opens doors for IAAS in RPA. Super move by Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. As you are consistently improving.
There is a drastic change from v11 to A2019 which makes people in dilemma whether to adopt to it or not.
Anyway change is neccesary at some point of time.
