AA is Great! simply Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about AA! I love AA! I love that it is a linear GUI instead of drag n drop. Plus there are more commands as compared to other tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Cant connect to already opened excel
2. We need an action for 'Go to' Any Line Number In The Task File
3. Testing of large business modules is hard
4. Use of Text/CSV files to save environment variables doesn't seem very secure. Find another way for it in the software itself
5. IQBots do not seem to have very high IQ. Its hard to create, train n use them. Plus they dont even work that well.
6. Left click action doesn't work in Prod, Have to use Click only.
7. Object cloning gives error even if control don't change ids
8. For no apparent reason, the tool stops working for a while if used continuously for a long time
9. The login/relogin with windows credentials never works and sign in with creds also takes many retries
10. Focus on making it friendly for developers, they go through more headache than end users
11. Create multiple calendar schedules so that bot can be scheduled easily
12. The AA Player window doesn't show which line number is going on inside metabot action when metabot is called by a task
13. The AA Player window has to show some better graphic view. No one memorizes what line number does what.

Most easiest way to create BOT
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has may great features and functionalities. One of the best thing I found in the Automation anywhere is "Ease of creating BOT". This not only helps developer to create faster BOTS but also to organization to get ROI very early. Automation anywhere has many BOTS built in for developer to re use or customize from there BOT store. This feature makes the Bot creation even easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of queues and credentials manager in community edition. I wanted to use work queues and credentials manager from control room but unfortunately this feature is not available on community edition. I understand this is possible in Enterprise edition.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization HR process were not very well defined. I have taken up to first define HR processes and then implement Automation using Automation Anywhere for these process. This will not only stream line process but also streamline all HR related process. So far we have implemented Automation anywhere in Automating Offer management process to potential candidate for the organization. Further plan is to automate All possible process as such separation management, performance management etc. This will help us to get better streamlined process and reduce effort and errors caused by human.

Automation Anywhere is one of the best tool for RPA. It is easy & Fast to implement, which has potential to give pfaster ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Cloud concept is very helpful part of product. Cloud concept is help to save cost and maintains of Automation Anywhere application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no word to say any downsides of using Automation anywhere. As per my knowledge and experience it’s save time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDF, CSV, web recorder is a very helpful part of Automation Anywhere. Easy to manage by control room and client server response.
Quantum process, Best BOT, Automation Anywhere target shots
What do you like best about the product?
Simple as much important option, Capture data any type of invoice correctly and speedy. Meta bot designer, logic, screen capture, and specially CSV/Excel command. when execute bot and stuck anywhere. there is also option to insert Error Handling Command
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime bot also capture csv/excel header and insert, and there is no option to logout. If i switch to other new computer my id not working on it, i did not see any where to reset system of user.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is user friendly and it upgrades itself every year and makes the customers upgrade their skills in parallel. The only platform which is cloud based now beating all its competitors. Its great working with Automation Anywhere. Any person without the knowledge of coding can start developing the bots, its such ease of developing. Its a great tool for the non technical persons to start developing. The cloud has the dual feature which lets the business users and the developers to sit and work together. This will reduce the change requirements and any miscommunications. I would recommend the tool to other users as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Must have supported all the browsers to automate by providing plugins. The client server configuration was a backdrop but was overcome in the cloud version.Once a user logs into a system, the same user cannot login to other system even when logged out. There are situations where we need to delete and recreate the users again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the burden from the operations team while processing maximum files by bot and freeing up the users for other tasks. The FTE in the organization has reduced a lot and helping the company to invest the same in other places.

Definitely would recommend others to use this product since it is very user friendly and the community editions helps then to get familiar with the tool before starting up with the real time project.

What do you like best about the product?
Work Load management - from this we can able to utilize the runners more effectively, also we can complete the task in more efficient way. One more added advantage is queue management in WLM. Queue management is well organized portion of WLM

More analytics required in BOT Insight which is helps to improve our business

We are worked on invoices which was reduced 3 to 4 man power's work

What do you like best about the product?
As AA can be used for all kind of application i.e,. like Windows,Web etc . It is the best tool in Industry and very easy to use. No major coding required and anybody can use tool. The best part of AA is controller can be assessed form anywhere from any machine. From single controller I can operate complete Automation. It just work with Click and what else you need in this busy life. It is best tool in quick learning. Easy to learn and you can self learn too.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I didn't find anything which I cant do with Automation anywhere. But one thing which i observed with AA is that it directly integrated with Internet Explorer while doing Web testing which is not case with other browser so We have to install extension for that particular Web browser. If this dependency can be removed than AA is unbeatable in the market. After using for a while I have observed it is quite heavy as an application. It would be great if it gets light.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our Project Major task was Reporting and it was taking lot of time. After AA now all reporting work is done using AA. Which saves around 3 hours per day for reporting on which we are getting big benefits. Our project currently using AA in Reporting work which is giving so much benefits now slowly we are trying/creating framework for our functional level testing we already started with POC and we are seeing using AA we can complete 6 hours of task in 3 hours. In AA there are lots of option to do optimization which helps you to keep work on AA find new ways. There is no single day where I didn't work on AA now a days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend AA to be used in every area of business it will give you all possible benefits and you can see ROI of that tool as you implement in your project. Certification of AA tool is more advantage in the market as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Specifically I used Automation Anywhere product for bot designing. I can't believe that months of work got finished in just few weeks. Scalability of product is fantastic. Integration with you preexisting application environment is very easy task. They provide very easy ways to learn about there product and Automation. As per My opinion Automation anywhere is one of the best RPA tool. If you got master in using this tool then you can automate your whole existing framework or even project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only few things to improvised the performance. Sometime I faced insufficient privilege error while uploading the bot to control room. I think AA need to enhance the debugging system. If Automation Anywhere works in virtual systems then it will be the best RPA product in the world.

Generally I used this tool for Excel Sheet Automation and bot designing. Benefits of using Automation Anywhere product is its business intelligence. Scalability of the product is great. Number of inbuilt functionalities help me to reduce development efforts. In Present I am learning about AISense which ease automation in complex applications.

This product can enhance your preexisting business products. Especially if you want to update your redundant code and daily monotonous work.

I have used RPA ( Robotic Process Automation ) under Automation Anywhere for automating the data inputs at industrial controllers and inserting validation points at sustainable output. The tool has much more to do and is an effective measurement for industrial sector targeting IT automation. Integrated controller data is pretty assured passed to the required eminities with the help of AI bots. Implementing AI bots and cloud integration allows the user to provide many efficient solutions as per the requirement of an industry. Time optimization and quality deliverables can be efficiently achievable.
Image processing system was developed to validate and verify the provide answers in the answer sheet. This solution was provided for an education industry where we tried to automate the evaluation of answer sheets to the context of efficient answers provided by the students of an academy or an industry.

Integration of Bots does not allow the custom handling of Jobs. Dependency on Cloud integration is highly contextual.
The accuracy of validation where both the answers are in different grammer meanwhile the meaning of both the answers is contextually same.

Demands and requirement for the industry have been taken into consideration and with the integration of AI bots and cloud computing we have assertained a process within a single job to note all essential alerts and alarms. This is a major time and cost saving asset for an industry.
Another solution tried to process was for Education sector, The bot was designed to overcome below challenges.
1. To read answer from the answer sheet.
2. to scan the answer as an image.
3. to convert the image to contextual text
