Overall, a very satisfactory course.
What do you like best about the product?
Content is very precise and the instructor is very clear with his concepts. The arrangement of content is very logical. The examples quoted in all the sessions are very practical and easy to relate to. There are multiple template one can download which is extremely helpful in the process automation. Visual editor is good to create automation models. Workflow recording is excellent. The steps performed by me were easily recreated by the bots. Organization data is very secure with automation anywhere. As of today, I haven't faced any issue with data privacy. There is very minimal/no human intervention after a process is automated.
Also, the pricing is very cheap when compared to other platforms in the market.
I recently used to automate an entire business flow for one of my clients and it seemed to be a cakewalk, provided you have your fundamentals cleared, which is again very convenient with all the open source tutorials on Automation Anywhere

What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced level information is not captured. It's good for beginners though. Navigation is little confusing. I found the videos a edgy, could be because of the network. I personally found it difficult to reuse their process automation and communicate with other team members around automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it in my current project. It pretty much aligns with my current role wherein I am using Automation anywhere to automate my day to day business processes. As of now, I am using it for small deployments which has helped a lot of time savings. Time consumption is reduced ensuring more work scope to be accommodated in a release.

What do you like best about the product?
In Automation Anywhere, we have a good number of inbuilt features and actions to get our work done very easily. What I like the most in Automation Anywhere is, it's Cognitive capabilities (IQ Bot) and Meta Bot. Using these capabilities we can perform some challenging tasks easily which has been a challenge so far in RPA world like we can deal with the images and PDF files with the IQ Bot to process them in a cognitive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Automation Anywhere, I found that it's Control Room is bit complicated. It needs to be bit easy to understand and manage, and little bit more user friendly. Additionally, it's UI layout and it's debugger needs to be more user friendly as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not been able to deliver one of the invoice processing project, after using Automation Anywhere for it, now I am on the verge of delivering this project successfully. This is the impact and benefit that I experienced after referring Automation Anywhere for my RPA work.

metabot is fastest as compare to other in market like blue prism ,UI path.

There are very less things to dislike just waiting for new version IQ bot which can read handwritten values.

its best for automating any service it will save timing and costing.when we done automation for any process for example excel we can input data of excel to any application using it i reduces human time and also percentage of failure of error occurrence will significantly down.

it has some complex things to understand such asIQ bot implementation and to execution for it, IQ bot is very hard to understand and execute

What do you like best about the product?
Specially no coding required and also AA 2019 has web interface , which is also very unique feature which does not require any installation,
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using AA version 11 where there is no command search button, i need to check this is AA 2019 release.

Now all the automation is developing via AA, which saves our time and the feature like work load management easily handle to job to complete on desired timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Robot can run without error and it does not ill, does not smoke. It is ready to work every time. It does not affected from the rainy day or it can not have the heart-breaking love story.

If we want to use the robot without any error, we have to standardize the all documents.

Mostly Human Recources departments are using the robotic process automation to automate their processes. For example one of my clients use the RPA to check their application documents. ID cards, the result documents of the exams they are acces the websites via RPA and they compare documents with the result that in website.

Some client think that the bot should more cognitive and self learning. May be the bot can provided by artifficial intelligent more. For example client want to use the bot for receiving but they think the bills are not standarts. Therefore they do not want to buy base package of the Robotic Process Automation. But the other think they say the other packages are really expensive. So, if base one has the AI and cognitive specs clients prefer it more. In Turkey the industries are not ready to use Robotic Process Automation (IQ Bot) Unfortunately they think the software or the digital transformation is too expensive and we can improve our self solutions with scripts. Therefore price is little bit high for my country. There are two ways to solve that prejudice. One of them reduce the price and the other one is increase properties.
