We are trying to utilize AA for automating the solution of some of the frequently occurring issue for a PLM tool support. Considering that the tool has an complex UI and architecture this is one of the very few solutions we can implement.

Ease-of-use and the richness of tools. You can automate any process quickly. Always updating and bringing new stuff.

I cannot say that there is a thing i dislike about AA.

Daily mundane tasks, and as a sales person, easy live demo ability.

AA Client getting auto logged out at times

The help section doesn't have much useful information.
Other useful built-in functionalities are not visible in the list of commands therefore not known by several developers.

Good product but tech support is cherry on the top !
The modules can be more simplified in sub topics to make it more easier for new person to understand

When compare to other tools it's very lightweight and very simple to learn and start working

I like the way we have features in AA Client with drag and drop based coding which makes programmer life happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no particular to point out, I hope there should be free license for partners with complete features. Even in trial I found many of those features are not working.. Image recognition is one.

Repetitive tasks that we were having in infrastructure and Administration.

Its the most developer friendly RPA tool among others. Anyone can learn and use it to automate any kind of process. And the support from AA is the best.

The installation process is quite complex.

any kind of process related to Banking,BPO,Report generation are very much feasible for Automation using AA. It reduces the manual effort and time.
