AA in real life
What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps automate pure transactional and repetative processes easily even for a non technical person.
It would be great if AA can add features of reporting automations as well as this will help simplfy and apply AA tech for operation processes as well as this forms major part of any reporting operations team

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs that come with every updgrade of the software and this impacts the process already automated , leading to recoding at times. Maybe it is better if the assessemnts are done befire an y new patches are done. Also the resolution time on tickets raised needs to be imporoved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of repetative process saving valuable time . This time is used for better decision making for the process owners

What do you like best about the product?
The way you explained each and every topic was very useful for beginners.Test at the end helped us to know more about AA.It was a great learning experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you include more hans-on activity ,it could be better to explore more and know about ourself.Control room could have been expained with more details as that is the core for AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.As of now we are unable to launch IE 32/64 bit in Admin mode via AA.We are using vbscript for the same.We are facing few issues after migrating AA 10.3 to AA 11.3.2, As unable to view the logs,unable to extract the time data from excel etc..

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere seem to Have checked all the right boxes in developing a RPA tool that can handle real life projects with consistency and reliability.Its Flexibility is what i like the most. We can Integrate C# or VB scripts for functions that are not built in via "metabots " ,This feature has helped me the most in my projects. The second feature I like is the control Room which I can use for deployment and management of bots from one place .Also the credential Vault and lockers feature in control room has impressed many clients and reaffirmed their trust in RPA. Coming to the AA Client Enterprise , its an easy to use software With many useful function inbuilt. Best suited for programmers as bot generation is similar to Writing Codes(except you don't have to write any code but just drag and drop the functions according to your logic).
It also allows use of API to Interact With other software With ease.
last but not least The AA support team is quick to Respond To any queries You have , which Is simply brilliant.

What do you dislike about the product?
The place where i want to see Improvement is in using Queries , its sometimes hard to detect errors in Queries you write on AA as the error message doesn't have features like you find on SQL IDE,so debugging Queries is hard and the window to write the queries is kind of small. So you have to write a proper query on Access and paste in AA every time. Secondly the use of keystrokes can be risky Which can be frustrating if you have multiple windows for your bot manage.

so far I have worked on Banking reconciliation for a media company and automation of invoice generation For a machine manufacturer

One of the most attractive features is the ability to create bots and upload to a centralized platform so that it could act as a template for any kind of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole thing is a bit difficult to understand. To make our jobs easier, we have to learn a complicated tool painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, this is helpful while testing. Any kind of UI testing could be achieved with the different features provided by Automation Anywhere tool.

This is a very good tool which could be used to achieve automation in almost all kind of repetitive tasks. A bit difficult to understand the concepts, but once you mastered on this, it really worth.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Automation Anywhere, lots of our IT work which is manually doing is reduced to 90%. It saved us time and make the work to do faster. All the frequent tasks are automated. By this all the headache is gone by doing automation instead of doing the same exercise for all the systems. As a system administrator, I love to use this Automation Anywhere which ever company i go.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the difficulty i faced is with the scripting. Though i am an IT Administrator, i am poor in developing and writing scripts. I struggled a little to create a script to execute. It is great help for me if you provide some predefined scripts for most frequent tasks for systems.

It is the most required thing to use in every industry who all required to simplify there daily tasks and work in more even better way

What do you like best about the product?
The RPA tool is easy to configure and simple to use. The recorder is straightforward and intuitive. Most of the scenarios can be covered effortlessly. It can potentially reduce a lot of manual effort and speed up tedious, mundane work. The OCR feature is very good, it easily identifies text and numbers and processes it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The programming complex flow is a little challenging. Editing generated code is not easy and at times cryptic. I would prefer a better code support in upcoming versions. The developer should be able to code entirely without using the drag-drop support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to smoke test application using AA. The aim was to smoke test the large application after major releases. This is a tedious, mundane job. Using a bot will help complete this work faster, efficiently and with less errors.

If you want to get some automation done very fast and efficiently, go for AA.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn, i just started using the software about 3 months now and i think i am ready to take some real life business cases and automate them. Additionally the recorder feature helps ease the process of coding and understanding the logic behind the sub-commands in each category.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have weekly reports to send to my leadership and generating those takes a lot of time. Using Automation Anywhere, i am able to save at least 70%~75% of my time and i an focus on other creative tasks.
