What do you like best about the product?
The screen capturing options in the AA are really good while doing the web based automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the old Applications which is developed in java are difficult to capture the object properties, so it make the developer feel difficult to work on those applications using Automation Anywhere
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The commands in the automation anywhere are very easy to understand and to use, so it is very user friendly to automate simples process using AA automation tool

you can make easy to automate java applications, some times it is hard to capture elements.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of automating applications for non-coder on the tool is what makes the AA a recommendable product for a beginner in RPA.Courses available on portal helps to master concepts in short period.
AA support portal Knowledge articles and the suggestions by the support when we face development or environment issues has helped us deliver Bots and real time use has increased.

More practical videos and exercises on portal with beginner,intermediate,advance levels would be more helpful.

regression testing is always big challenge is for every IT company, with the help of automaton any where it makes simple

What do you like best about the product?
The very first and best thing I noticed about AA is that it is very simple structured and has lots of features that is gift wrapped into simple commands. All we have to do is drag and drop and fill the values.
Lot of operations are already provided out of box, like simple error handling command can send email, log into a file, take screenshots and a lot more. The beauty of AA is in it's simplicity and user friendliness, to even someone who is not a programmer.
One more thing I admire of AA is that their Support team is very friendly and will follow-up with you until the issue is resolved. I personally interacted with them many times and every time they made sure we are satisfied with the results and interaction.

There few bugs here and there, which once reported to Automation Anywhere team, they fix it in next versions.
And, I would like to have an option to increase the font size/choose font and most importantly an option for dark theme in the work bench because we spend lot of time in front of the system, it would be nice to have bit of customization in workbench.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked with AA for lot of processes across domains. Technically, with AA it is easier to do rapid development compared to other RPA tools, we can get maximum output with minimum development efforts.
We were able to increase the turn around time for a support ticket handling process many times by automating the same, also lot of data extractions and data entry processes were automated and were beneficial.
If we want any process with rule based actions, Automation Anywhere can do that easily.

Go for it. AA is the best to get Development done quickly and get maximum output with minimum efforts.

We can add some more features in community edition .The training is issue and bot automation require more training

Though I have been part of the Service Management team for more than 6 years now but since I have heard and started learning Automation Anywhere, I have realized that its truly a revolutionary product when it comes to automation. Best thing I observed about it that it doesn't only make your life easy in the simple tasks that you do on a daily basis but its a great tool in making even complex tasks very easy. As I am not a developer or a technical guy but indeed I understand its importance and thus I am learning this with high focus so that I can make a best use of it. Best rap tool For automation
What do you like best about the product?
Very good tool to automate all desktop contents to a meaning full task. Very good tool for day to day task automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have anything specific like that but may be a guide at each navigation amy help the newly trained use to use the functionality wisely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am scheduling day to day reports to client in to this tool and it works perfectly.

It is a developer friendly tool and its very easy to make complex workflows in the AA environment.

The Ease of Development and line to line debugging and language independent platform which AA has provided.

I am automating websites and excel most frequently. Have also started using the IQ bot and find it interesting.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of this tool is that this tool has drag and drop options to be used. second part is that this tools we may use with MS word , MS excel, VBA. This tool gives maximum accuracy and by using this tool we may save our time,efforts, money. One easily use this tool via integration of excel, you need not to use technology for this. secondly it may also integrate with well know tools/applications which makes easy for everyone who would like to integrate this tool with their existing application/tool
What do you dislike about the product?
i have never experienced any limitations for this tool and it works awesome, the major benefit of this tool is that non technical guy can also use this tool. Rather, i would say that there is very difficult to find any problem in this tool, hence there is no dislike in this tool. One may use it easily.

Automation increase the productivity. It reduce the time consumption. It helps to maintain accuracy. It reduces the manpower.

Anywhere automation leads to the advanced world but it reduces tha manpower so, Employment got reduced. Because of this so many people loss their job so, their survival is more difficult.
