What do you like best about the product?
In this competitive world, Automation Anywhere is the need to minimize the repetitive work and complete the tasks within a short time. It is very much helpful to the companies to get the work done within time with quality. It is an on-demand enterprise-grade platform for RPA bot. The platform scales the capacity of the digital workforce by deploying bots anytime, anywhere with a single click. It can create, deploy and handle thousands of software bots and can ensure resilience, elasticity, and scalability. In the realm of the RPA, the automation anywhere RPA is notable for its functionalities to reduce the time taken to meet the processing. With this tool, the enterprise can create SMART bots to perform tasks in various areas of the businesses. And no programming knowledge is required for automation as it allows point & click actions or record actions. Undeniably, the automation anywhere software comes up with plenty of unique features to support the process automation. What do you like best about the product?
The ease of development and control and monitoring .They have a very descriptive control room management console , which has a huge focus on detail . Their IQ bot is also very useful with a very easy learning curve. The development on their platform is very easy and their recorders are top notch as they have very precise tools . The version control system is very well developed with a good amount of features like version compare etc ,
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit dated and could be improved . Their queue management needs some work as the pooling time for the queue cannot be edited and is set very high , thus the bot suffers in terms of being scaled out to many systems at the same time . The software load times are sometimes a bit high and could be improved upon .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document processing and process automation . The IQ bot is very useful in processing unstructured and structured documents and is very easy to train.

What do you dislike about the product?
What is feel it is not much stable , behavior sometime very strangely .I am sure soon it will be very stable tool without any bug.
Automation Anywhere 10.x have more failure which is hopefully overcome in the latest version 11.x.

We have already automated Legacy application , SAP application and also so many weekly or daily task which need excel work ,email sending and some calculation.

What do you like best about the product?
Self explanatory, Easy to use and available for almost all the windows, web , remote applications. Very each to create reusable bots for plug and play.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is this power full OCR command, which some times does not work as expected. Also there is no option to trigger any workflow through other workflow. This sometimes a need of an hour and should be made working and available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete end to end Windows app automation like SAP. All types of applications can be automated and the tasks can be integrated with one another. more than 90% automation is achieved.

Very ease to use and very less maintenance for modifications of existing process commands - just for for it

It is an excellent tool to automate each and every daily activity you perform on you computer with error proof capability. It automates tasks in ease with very less efforts. Very less coding so every one can learn quickly.

I did'nt have anything particularly to dislike. May be the a pop up above navigation menu with details of what action that will do will make it more easy for use and by using this automation anywhere tool it is hard to integrate infrastructure management which can be eliminated

Day to day tasks such as automating reporting. Daily jobs i run with same steps as a routine, and n number of task with n number ways we can automate using this specific tool. Automation any where is one of such unique tool which solvers your daily needs as an software engineer. It has the trick to automate what ever you want to. And if you want to get the full use of this automation anywhere, kindly get trainee and complete the certification provided by automation anywhere

It is an wonderful automation tool which automates everything from cut, copy, paste to complex task which you do on your system. Basically it's a robot which do all your work for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
A proper tool guidance is missing. We easily accessible all the navigation but it is a bit difficult to remember which navigation we need to chose for what type of activity. Which makes it a bit complex to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating my regular reports which I do usually in a daily basis. Automates every task I use to do using my desktop window. Perfectly picks the cursor points to pick the file you place at a particular point on your desktop.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is simple to learn and apply for any RPA solution. I had suggested it to many clients and did POC's and many of them implemented.
I have explored other RPA frameworks as well but found Automation Anywhere better than them.
MetaBot is the most valuable feature. Other products have robotic functionality but MetaBot is a kind of functionality by which code is created. For example, if you log in to the any portal and the MetaBot functionality is used, then whenever anyone within our company has to use that portal, they will not need to code the process again. It will become a drag-and-drop functionality so business users who do not have coding knowledge can drag and drop. It saves a lot of time.
Also easy to create custom code using commands e.g. Email Automation, Excel, Files Folders etc.
Record option also fantastic to automate and ease the few manual efforts quickly.

when services stops for various reasons there should be a plugin or tool to send failures notification.
Control room UI is not good even in A2019.Its very difficult to navigate to tasks folder.
Task bot UI should be updated with workflow concept where we can minimize the block of code similar to other RPA vendors.
when we run the task,task run window should not show up in small window instead it should run only in background.
variables auto mapping works but when we change the path all the variables will get reset this results in remapping all the variables.

1. It is difficult to learn all the possibilities that the product and automation itself offer.
2. It is not always predictable 100% of the time. While it has improved with each version, some unexplained issues still exist.
3. Automation Anywhere is not able to use OCR effectively and has limited usability. Maybe they should try implementing Tesseract.
