What do you like best about the product?
We mostly work on Pdf invoices of the seller and analyse the quality.
Using either IQ bot or OCR techniques we are much relieved as it doesnt take much time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Control room dependency on the variables
The lockers and credentials though it increases security but sometime if the admin leaves the company without revealing password to other admin, the entire work is struck

Using PDF commands, mostly pdf to image or text command it makes life easier

The tool is total bliss for the people who are from other backgrounds like Mechanical, ECE or EEE
I too hail from EEE but it is easy for me to use and train the bots using IQ bots and other task bots

It allows users to configure their workflows, even people with no programming knowledge can automate a process.
Email automation and database automation are great ways to help to reduce the time and effort

No Programming language knowledge is required to create bots. It's easy to use commands to automate scenarios.

Installation and troubleshooting should be more simplified.
The user interface needs more stability and mode screen options.
Lot of work needs to done on the development workbench to make bot creation more sophisticated.

With Automation anywhere, we have been able to create several automation for reading and sending e-mail, registering and transferring products and analyzing various data. With this, we were able to reduce the amount of rework and account for all the demand of our customers with Bots working 24/7.

I like most in AA it's cognitive automation and IQ bot facility.
There are other tools available in the market but intelligent automation of AA is fab.

Control room facility.
It Will be very good if we can get the option of control room in client application itself like blueprism providing the control room facility.

Currently I'm automatically financial and insurance problem for our clients and it's providing a great experience and benefits to me and my organisation.

It has very limited free license for learning

Have found many solution time to time for complex problem, after developing the automation robots, our clients are quite happy and would like to continue with it.

The ease with which we can use Automation Anywhere tool is really appreciable. The drag and drop method which completely depends on logical approach without entanglement into any language syntax also boosts creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from the plus points, the Automation Anywhere tool could really be dominant if it had a more reliable OCR system which would be helpful for working with scanned documents

The ease of drag and drop and color defined steps helps in making last minute error corrections and code improvisations.

What do you like best about the product?
RPA saved me from daily frustration, downloading attachments and doing manual entry in Software. In which mistakes will definitely happen and get scolded by your seniors. In this manner RPA saved my time also.

Right now i haven't found anything to dislike but if i will definitely let you know if i find some.

Downloading attachments, Entry in web form and software, Downloading Backups from server to local automatically, Extract data from PDF then fill it into web based application.
