An evolving do it all tool

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate the tool with almost every app. While most of the work in an organization happens on excel and web browsers. But the ability to link with almost any database, application and website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I expect more customization with apps wrapped inside virtualization tools like citrix or Vmware. Right now, the customization is wrapped inside the default settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my daily monotonous tasks have been automated. This gives me an ability to do "something extra".

What do you like best about the product?
Nice course and improves the knowledge. great to be part of it. Can be the future for many business cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
need more hands on for this and advanced level course. Needs more details on the appications and reference links and advanced courses

so many cron jobs and manual efforts are ligthened through this

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the only tool which is resolving all enterprise architeucte solutions in RPA world.
Most secured and flexible evironment in the automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations like based on the colour if we want to perform certain activity we need to indule vb scripting ..etc,,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All repetetive tasks which client partners operations teams are going through on a day to day basis.
FTE reductions and cost savings , early ROI are the benefits .

What do you like best about the product?
Reduces a lot of Manual intervention month after month every year. Payroll deductions and calculations at a faster rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
payroll automation software, like any other IT system, can have certain potential weak-points such as Data security, Loss or Theft, Cyber security and Fraud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generation of accurate payslips.
Reduces the burden of compliance.
Eliminates the need to understand complex tax legislation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is the future, unlike manual processes automation is fast, accurate and highly stable if implemented with care.

What do you like best about the product?
AA I used in my email plannings and regular email task where a daily email on speciic time was required And a screenshot of a dashboard hourly needed. AA helps me doing it within 1 minute and helped me to actually save approx 40 mins in my shift.

This is highly recommended RPA solution, it is a must try and once you try, you will fall for it... Absolutely Incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certification is costly, this needs to be make free atleast for next 2-3 years and must be given 3 free chances for Certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving
Daily tasks can be easily manage
Healthchecks on hosts done and recommendations set

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a robust enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation tool that provides RPA, AI, ML and analytics capabilities. Automation Anywhere provides its users scalable, secure and resilient services.
Any processes which are mundane, repetitive, whose volume is high in nature can be automated.
Automation Anywhere allows you to create automated tasks with ease.
Its user-friendly interface provides you the essential features to record, modify and run tasks that range from simple to more complex ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There will be a reduction in the labor force, with resulting unemployment. It is logical to argue that the immediate effect of automation will be to reduce the need for human labor, thus displacing workers.
Automation will reduce purchasing power. As machines replace workers and these workers join the unemployment ranks, they will not receive the wages necessary to buy the products brought by automation. Markets will become saturated with products that people cannot afford to purchase. Inventories will grow. Production will stop. Unemployment will reach epidemic proportions and the result will be a massive economic depression.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product is improving our company in a number of different ways through the automation it helps us to create. I would say like the AR function is completely automated right now, but we are in the stages where we are looking beyond AR, beyond finance, and beyond support functions. All this time that we were using the product in the beginning, we chose to work on individual processes for automation. We are working in small pockets. We were identifying a project or a process as a small chunk of automation and we looked at opportunities within that particular function or a process and automated it step-by-step. For example, within the AR invoice process, there are different types of invoices that we do, like project invoices, manual invoices, past invoices, and other invoice variations. We had started building solutions for these things in isolation. We automated the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) function first and then the project invoices. Then we saw an opportunity and made a change to bring all the invoices into the same platform. So now there is a bot which identifies what kind of invoice it is and it triggers a respective sub-rooting function what we have built-in. This is much more efficient. The AR function is something which we have automated end-to-end right now. When bots start interacting successfully with each other, that is when we will see a true enterprise RPA (Robotic Process Automation) evolving out of using this solution. So we have benefitted a lot now, but expect that we will benefit even more in the future as we get better at using intelligence. When we automate, we deliberately kept some manual toll gates.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the new interface of AA A2019 it is now very user friendly , any new RPA developer can easily understand the commands of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike in this software really ..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automated daily running processes in the organization and with with the help of IQ bot 500+ invoices are processing on a single run . Its is very great experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't go for UI path or bluePrism go for Automation Anywhere its great and more useful then others.

What do you like best about the product?
I am from testing background and the best features is that in Automation anywhere No programming knowledge is required. You can record your actions, or point and click the action wizards. It Increases transaction speed and allows to save time and costs
Quick Time to Value.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience has been that if the person who codes the bot is not very well-trained, then they might create unstable bots. So, it's not the platform. It is just how somebody has coded the bots which can bring lot of instability to them. I recommend that when you are using a coder that the person well-trained and have a good amount of experience already working on bots. They shouldn't be newbie or beginner who comes in to code because that will impact the quality of the code itself.

I am developing a chat bot for my project which can help to new joiners to learn fast. And to understand their problems and suggest good solutions
