Simple Awesome and Excellent RPA software
What do you like best about the product?
This is the simplest RPA tool that any one with no or minimum knowledge on it can start working in it. In my view process representatives working in BFS mostly with no programming knowledge can easily apply their logic and make a bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike it in a very rare situations, i think this happens with any other softwares we regularly use.
Rarely with Automation Anywhere, some times Object cloning fails with no reason and in next run it will be successful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with Automation Anywhere since last 3.5 years and automated N number of web, standard applications and created N number of bots which are running successfully till today.
Coming to benefits, we have saved lots of time with the prepared bots and able to finish the daily work much faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Our time is being saved using automation anywhere. And also being brought up to the environment where we do everything manually, it really feels good to see things working automatically.
We do not have to do regression after automating it. I would like to ahead in this field and do expertise.
It is easy to handle. we can go ahead with complex issues in a simpler way because of this.

Excellent Tool in RPA World
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to write a code in AA tool, New User experience is amazing when I've given demo in office for new clients, They felt wondered by developing a bot on their own by simply drag & drop options and various AA Commands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's taking little time in identifying the objects, Once we create a Main Task and it's connecting Sub Task, We don't have any option to Run the code (Since the Variables has to pass from Main Task to Sub Task). Every time we need to start from Main Task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Automation Anywhere for the Banking Solutions, We gained lot of benefits using this Automation Anywhere Tool in Interacting with Multiple client applications and fetching the required information from them and using for various purpose, which made our life simple.

I have worked extensively with accounting and finance use cases and I find the ease of AA adoption and the fact that unattended, cognitive bots (iq bot) are affordable for my clients..

What do you like best about the product?
It has user friendly interface and no pre-requisites are required in order to kick start the RPA journey. IQ bot and meta bots provisions are just like cherries on the cake, which are helping us to process number of PDF docs of various types and creating blueprints of web applications, calibrating w.r.s.t newer versions respectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It already has all the capabilities which are required to automate any task whether it's a simple or complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using AA Platform for network order configuration, provisioning, incident management, data analytics & report generation. AA is playing vital role in getting the exact results and accelerating organizations ROI like anything. In terms of results, we have saved lot of manual hours, got higher efficiency & accuracy.

It's a best RPA tool trending into the market currently. Recently new cloud based version A2019 is launched which is a complete package of RPA, Analytics and AI/Cognitive Services.
So once you bought it, implement it then no need to look for another vendors at all.

What do you like best about the product?
All commands are very user friendly and easy to work with. The most i liked is MetaBot, loop and my favourite OCR.. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not about dislike but i feel queue management features need to be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate almost 50 plus process till now and business are super happy with the ROI they are getting.

This is one of best tool i worked wit. IQBOT and new version of AA 2019 makes a huge positive changes in the world in coming future.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful with the software is the logic behind the commands within the software. They have a simple layer of view to see what may be needed but when used, there is a deeper menu of functionality that often surprises me how well and deep it can go to get the data I would need in the method I would need it.Also automation anywhere provides mobile app, which is very much required these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times just like any software, i find things I don't like and really that boils down to functionality and potential enhancement opportunities. I am not a fan of the way the SQL command handles SQL queries. I often find inconsistencies between MS sql and OR sql and AA doesn't account for that within that command. For example, ending an SQL statement with a ; will cause an error to occur but operating the sql say with SQL developer application, it accounts for either with or without that ;
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving several but currently, extracting data from a report, creating a formatted email, sending that email, archiving files from it and then cleaning up that drives those temp files were stored. This process wasn't currently manually done by the business so this is a new automation and process.

Automation Anywhere is one of the leading Companies in RPA, whenever you want any tasks which is very repetitive and has to be done again and again and requires manpower, we can easily automate the task and create a Bot, by automation Man power, time and money is saved and the work is done very Efficiently and effectively.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere tool is very user friendly to automate the process. We can just drag and drop commands and will customize the whole process. Excel command is most useful command if you are process related to Excel documents. Object cloning, Web recorder are the most useful commands for the beginners. We can use SOAP/REST commands to post and get data from the APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is not compatible with Legacy applications, like Clarify, Mainframe and Salesforce applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We developed BOT for unstructured data content using IQBOTS and it will save 5 FTE work on daily basis
Great Tool to for robotic Automation
What do you like best about the product?
It do not require technical knowledge and non technical user can also create their own BOT. Very User friendly and quick in execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its slow on client Networks. Automation anywhere client freezing was very prominent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Entire Testing was automated using Automation Anywhere. We ended up saving 17 man days, result of which increased testing horizon.

Very User friendly and quick. BOT Creation is easy and huge varieties of BOTs are available.
