Great experience and learning!

What do you like best about the product?
The automation obviously! It has helped us to save around 5 hours of manual effort each day and increased our efficiency and accuracy more than 30$
What do you dislike about the product?
I work on a client system, so I do not have access to work on the tool myself because of the license. I am pleased that they launched the A2019, I can use it for my own skill growth as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processing claims on a windows tool. We have the runtime license on around a 100 machines and have been able to save more than 5 hours per day.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use drag and drop command, metabots, IQ bots with vision capabilities, AI and what not! AA is adding more to the bucket. Its taking automating task easy and fun. The way AA is expanding, its has something for everyone, may it is finance and banking sector, manufacturing business, Human Resources or health care. It has captured market because of all this and is continuing to grow and more to its bucket. They provide good customer support and spread knowledge through partner portal and other sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as such, just at times citrix automation is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dollar saving! and better employee morale. It eliminates human error and increases effectiveness.

Best RPA Tool in the Industry !

What do you like best about the product?
The ability of the software to automate mundane and repetitive tasks without putting much efforts is a major change breaker.
Even business users can easily understand the usage of the tool within shorter span and quickly build bots seamlessly and automate their own mundane work.
Users will be rid of repetitive work and will now be able to do better stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility of the tool, Since quite a few programming abilities are not present its version 10 and 11, It would be easier for developers to easily build bots if the ability of programming and features which could help the developers are present in the tool.
However the latest version of Automation Anywhere A2019 is suspected to have all the abilities including cognitive abilities as well.
The training programs. certification exams conducted by AA , I feel, could be more focused more on practical implementation and not just theoretical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping Business users realize the potential of saving FTEs and cost cutting is one the major benefits of using Automation Anywhere among their enterprise applications.
Seamless integration ability with other applications is also a major plus.
A lot of manual errors and SLAs can be reduced in organisations which have their revenues driven from Operational Sectors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is one of the most recommended tool in the market now for Robotic Process Automation and is headed in the right direction after its latest release and going on cloud completely without the hassle of needing the install the software's locally

What do you like best about the product?
we work on EMR serving different US healthcare client and each of the client have different maintenance activity across different sectors or modules in EPIC. Many of these maintenance activity has been automated and tasks that take 1 day are taken care with 1 or 2 hours without problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't really felt a problem as such compared to other automation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I stated above we are solving lot of maintenance activities of Hospital workflows as part of EMR like med load unload, provider record update, payer eligibility checks.
I am part of India and we cannot provide any screen shot as AI is implemented inside clean rooms. Hence marking current user as NO
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest anyone trying to automate anything to give it a shot. you need not be technically strong to work on AA.

Simple, Insightful and Forward Thinking Software

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful with the software is the logic behind the commands within the software. They have a simple layer of view to see what may be needed but when used, there is a deeper menu of functionality that often surprises me how well and deep it can go to get the data I would need in the method I would need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times just like any software, i find things I don't like and really that boils down to functionality and potential enhancement opportunities. I am not a fan of the way the SQL command handles SQL queries. I often find inconsistencies between MS sql and OR sql and AA doesn't account for that within that command. For example, ending an SQL statement with a ; will cause an error to occur but operating the sql say with SQL developer application, it accounts for either with or without that ;.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving several but currently, extracting data from a report, creating a formatted email, sending that email, archiving files from it and then cleaning up that drives those temp files were stored. This process wasn't currently manually done by the business so this is a new automation and process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Address the AAU assessments and the classes to be a better learning experience after the class has been taken. The assessment should be PART of the learning and allow the user to learn from the mistakes. This currently does not take place and the user is NOT able to see what was missed and learn from that mistake. Often those questions are specific to a rather vague learning class meaning the user has a hard time with the question b/c it was too specific without that being covered in the class itself.

Great Tool, Easy to learn

What do you like best about the product?
It has very user friendly UI. Anyone can learn to use toll in short span. Has great features to integrate with custom .NET DLL. Also has IQ bot features which is the best for invoices processing. The new version A2019 is great we can use it anywhere on browser, its client is also cloud based. The Botstore of Automation anywhere is a plus point you get many pre built bots which are easy to be configured on your system and major chunk of your code is already built.
What do you dislike about the product?
To the downside of automation anywhere is that when compared to other tools you do not get floating runner license. Features are all great you require really less coding skills to use automation anywhere. Web automation extraction is little slow compare to other tools. In A2019,the loading of packages takes a lot of time for dependency downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many manual process is been solved using Automation anywhere like invoices processing, data entry, data extraction, UI automation, Reporting, Data processing, Order Creation,
Email to Ticket creation etc. are many uses cases which has been Automated. Benefit of Automation anywhere is that it is easy to configure and tool works independently of other software's and tool which does not hamper existing systems.

It has solution of most of the problem, if AA fails then IQ bot will be taking it's role ahead hence no one can reject AA as of now since of feature might not be suitable to your business then you must not look for another option since AA has next feature which will fulfill your requirement

AA is moving in the right direction however needs to be more causitious on AI implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Reduces lot of time and does the work lot faster and more accurately than a human
What do you dislike about the product?
Not fails for no reason sometimes. While using object cloning, we will have to donmultiple times to capture an object and achieve the exact result,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps getting disconnected from the control room. Restarting the services helps to resolve this issue

What do you like best about the product?
AA is one of the most affordable yet very user friendly RPA solution that has been used within our deal. We've automated several hundred-hours of capacity and is continuously driving efforts to make our process more standardized and error prone by injecting AA into areas within the process that have repetitive steps and mostly require manual efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is mostly device/machine centric it would be beneficial if cloud deployment is well known and well applied globally for AA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've created E2E Process standardization by injecting AA solutions to process steps that are repetitive and error prone. With that we've also generated several hundred hours of capacity within our deal and most importantly we've strengthen the ties with our client proving that Accenture can deliver quality solutions via Automation Anywhere

Keep innovating and hopefully it would include machine learning model in the future of AA
