What do you like best about the product?
IQ Bot works as Smart OCR.
I like the combination of simplicity and intelligence which has been provided by AA. Features like metabot and IQ bot make it best in the market. Most importantly AA keep their tool and its users up-to-date with latest technologies and improvements.
AA provides the way to automate processes offline with Metabot, which none of the other tool provides. IQ bot works as Smart OCR, which is truly amazing and works perfect for invoice processing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Thing I don’t like about AA is multiple times developer has to rely on writing external vb script. E.g. AA does not provide method to interact with date operation.
There should be options to remove/add commands as per requirement from central repository. Having all commands available which is not being used, takes addition space in development window.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Development of logic with AA is easy to write and understand. Credential lockers are very beneficial to restrict unauthorised access of credentials by another group of people in same organisation.
With Automation anywhere mobile app I am able to monitor and trigger bots anytime anywhere.
A2019 version is made things quicker by avoiding AA desktop application installation.

I'm automating Oracle database application and not able to use Object cloning because id isn't getting. So here I am using keystrokes, Metabots and Image recognization.

What do you like best about the product?
Have being used other tools and then switching to AA has indeed been a revelation for me. To have learnt it by just simply following the online tutorials was something which i could have not asked for. Concept of variables , error handling etc has been made so simple. So early to comment since I have been recently introduced, but am sure my experience is going to be smooth as far as my initial days experience.
