What do you like best about the product?
I must say that AA have the best solution Design, Machine Learning Approach And amazing solution in Metabot,IQ Bot etc. It has multiple useful commands to capture/Automate any type of process.
Now in latest version of AA the functionality added i.e AI sense in MetaBot which is amazing. I must say Automation Anywhere is the best RPA platform for all industries from the RPA prospective. I am proud to be a Master Certified with latest version of it and proud to be a part of Automation Anywher's successful journey.
My best wishes with AA fr future as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Due to automation anywhere we can easily do automation for the work which we do it everyday. Its very simple and friendly to use it. Also single tool can use to automate the applications which are web-based and desktop based.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes for Automation anywhere, Automation anywhere has every single thing which people would need in tool. It would be better if we can run the bots on every single server or machine without having botrunners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the workload has been decreased due to automation anywhere, Here we are doing multiple types of automation which are much time consuming doing it manually.

Automation anywhere is excellent tool, The one looking to do automations in their Company. I would suggest to use Automation Anywhere tool which is very easy to implement and use.

What do you like best about the product?
A one pitstop solution of RPA enterprise + Cognitive + analytics = Digital workforce. This fantastic combination will never let any client hit the ceiling and it's an absolute scalable solution.

Difficult to say as have not come across to any situation which leads my perception to be a dislike.

Being an agnostic solution, helped not just my internal team to being in efficiency along with ROI with its scalable capacity but also to my customers..

What do you dislike about the product?
The competition is stiff and the costing is always going to be a big game. If you compare to other automation platform the costing of AA is not very high but sooner you rolling into the Enterprise model, the costing is drastic. Also, the support from the sales team in not very much and are reluctant in helping partners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of really monolithic age and tedious process. Automation is not just doing something on excel but reading data from banks website, third party tools , ERP and that is really great.
Saving cost is important but saving time is must. Data Entry problems, Duplicity in work, Connecting different application's together can be easily done by AA tool to exchange the relevant information.

The ROI on RPA is very quick, it is less than a year or even 6 months. Number of man hours saved are tremendous. The data security, ease if implementations, change management, scalability, in-depth insights of data etc. are features which anyone is looking forward to start the automation journey. And though Automation Anywhere you are 100% confident and safe to start the processes. The platform is available 100% over the cloud that saves lot of infrastructure related costs as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really amazing how easily you can master this Automation Anywhere. I am an IT employee and working in a support project, which you would think offers no growth. But the scenario changed when I got my hands on this software. Now I'm automating the repetitive tasks very easily. My leads are so happy with the progress I have achieved in such a less time. Must have software for IT companies I believe. Gives your employees wings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about the feature, but I wish I could get in touch with some AA expert who can help me in automaing the tasks, by suggesting what features to use.

Access provisioning that uses working on Maimframe application.

Do engage in forum. It's very interactive.
a2019 is good but it can be made great
What do you like best about the product?
The actions in a2019 are easy to use and improved. They have continuous improvements in the packages for each action. Custom packages can now be built with Java. Python is now supported. Some of the limitation of v11 are resolved here. I like the 3 installation options(on cloud, on prem and cloud enabled)
What do you dislike about the product?
Migration videos from v11 to a2019 should be shown. a2019 name should be changed to something more generic. Certification answers should be provided if one passes the exams. New upgrade/release or new feature should be notified in an email. More examples of Java based custom packages should be given. AARI and discovery bot uses cases should be made available for the developers to try and understand the concept clearly. IQBot should detect checkboxes more efficient. The run time window doesn't show the which step is running accurately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of time and cost has be saved by making the business process efficient and robust in the AR, AP, Banking sectors and so on.

1st RPA platform to be on the cloud. Hoping this reason is enough to go for this tool

What do you like best about the product?
all possible commands are visible on the left panel where as in other competitive tools it is not equally visible or quick pick to build automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
one feedback on AA to improve is, it doesn't have strong data types which makes us to do many work-arounds or metabot. for example we are not able to find the date difference directly which is a simple requirement. if AA introduces a strong data type, it might take AA to next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used AA for salvage status in insurance domain, payroll process in finance and many other processes.

I strongly recommend AA with multiple reasons. Developers can be quickly upskilled with AA and no prior programming knowledge required. AA support team provide quick response and resolve the issues whenever required. apart from all, AA improves year on year.

I have learned other tool also but Automation Anywhere is best because it is very easy to use and very simple while developing the bot.
For learning automation anywhere no coding background is required anyone can learn this tool with ease.

Best tool keep improving its bug amd i have also look Automation Anywhere 2019 and it looks like make automation more easy and i am very excited to see that version amd keep improving bug.

Automation Anywhere product suite helps in entire lifecycle of building digital workforce and running it smoothly. It has intuitive features which helps people with minimal programming experience to visually build bots. Features to extract relevant from various documents are time saving. This is a futuristic end to end solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much of downsides of AA product. Only issue faced was during installation on Windows which was resolved quickly by searching documents.

It greatly reduced manual repetitive work to read data from PDF, word documents and fill in spreadsheet. Improved productivity and accuracy to great extent.

Few tasks are still needs manual intervention, like three strike rules. The cost could have little less. Little more user friendly features needs to be added.
Types of variable (List , Array, Value, Random) are not enough. I need some more complex types like Dictionary, DataTable
The way to read/write data out/in Excel file is not convenience. I want to bulk read/write data to/from user-managed variable like DataTable, not through system variable like now.
