The tool itself is very useful and easy to use. It seems like there is a great scope and capability

The scope and ability and ease of use. It is easy to build the robot. The security model is good an clear on how to create it.

training is not as effective as it could be, training control room is not working
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
middle-tier services and coordination of several different monitoring solutions into one location - they might not all be programmable, but the steps that can be automated will be to greatly reduce the stress and effort of configuring monitoring for an application

What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface and the ability to automate anything from Excel sheets to websites and databases, Automation Anywhere has a most reliable solution with automate using anything, anywhere and anytime. Training and Knowledge is easy under this RPA and doesn't need coding practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many commands which comes difficult to understanding in a short time as what is available and what is not. The interface is diversified which may take a longer time on hands on for a beginner to knowledge better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With automation anywhere I have tried automating daily tasks like report generation for the daily productivity, automating desktop applications for testing and QA. This helps in redefining my tasks and helps in utilize my working time much better.
Comprehensive and Revolutionary
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere offers a very comprehensive way on presenting its functionality. Unlike other RPA tools, reading a code written on AA if much easier since it is written grammatically correct. This is pretty ideal for users that were just starting to learn how to code since the instructions are coherent and not only graphical based. Also the addition of Metabots and IQ Bot makes AA excel against its competitors. in addition to this, they also provide free certification
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about AA is direct inability to compare dates. although despite this, Automation Anywhere provides a way to compare dates, like for example using vb scripts or metabot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So much repeatable tasks, which often causes the processors to commit mistakes since they were already exhausted due to such repetition. with AA, such problems are not encountered anymore, increasing productivity and accuracy

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much to dislike but AA can improve on UI. More examples on workload queue items should be given to tell the advantages/disadvantages of using them. Pricing wise AA should try to be more reasonable. Grabbing all the text from a text file and putting it into an variable should be made going further. This will help developers to use string manipulation and get only what is needed from the text. Right now we have to download a bot from the bot store and achieve the same. The bot consists of a metabot which will be a huge concern. It will be a huge concern because AA 2019 is not supporting metabots. So if we have projects that uses this metabot then we won't be able to migrate this project to AA 2019 because of the above mentioned reason. Hopefully there is some provision made for us to use in AA 2019 to achieve the above scenario.

I am using Excel automation and the commands there are very helpful.
Also the OCR compatible with AA are very accurate to read invoices.
A lot of time and cost has be saved by making the business process efficient and robust.

AA is great to use as i am using it i am getting better at it.
I would recommend it as a necessary RPA tool to all the RPA enthusiasts out there.

Amazing Product with lot of Potential to make life easier by automation
What do you like best about the product?
The Ease of Tool and generation of Return on Invest right away is the key feature for this tool, this helps Management to understand what $ Potential are we talking about by Automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
License is linked to one machine is causing some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated at least 30+ processes for the Business, Accounts Payable/Receivables being the most important.

What do you like best about the product?
Tool is very user friendly and make all kind of automation. Commands are very clear and all are very descriptive type.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some operations required lots of steps involved and there is some limitations also. Current version we are unable to call the python scripts directly. Date operations are quit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UI automation, Web application and java based applications using Metabots. Email automations having awesome features.

The Best things about automation anywhere is number of tutorial available online and ease to use.Great tool for automation. It can be used to improve the timing of the processes. We need a deeper dive through topics to get in depth knowledge about it. Very difficult to understand concepts if you are implementation of a complex procrss which has many sub process in it. fiest we need to automate the sub process and then the complex process can be automated as a whole. the tool is priced quite expensively when a small company wants to implement it needs to invest a lot of funds and even after that there is slight chances that there will be errors in the final outcome as bot creation process becomes quite confusion many times as there involves layers of complexion

What do you like best about the product?
Being a consultant, I have been involved in many proposals from many clients. I have realized that with our internal evaluations and also with client's evaluation, Automation Anywhere has always come up on top. It is not easy to convince the client for a specific tool but with Automation Anywhere benefits over its competitions, it is very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is always the growth that matters and with time automation anywhere has shown how it can embrace the trends, feedback and different new options, so there is nothing to dislike as long as the continuous growth is maintained.

With Automation Anywhere we have helped clients build 100s of bots in their supply chain management, procurement, several approvals processes, generating reports, support front end applications like chatbots and also automating legacy applications.

The feature of send email through any file or db is very good through this we are able to provide the details to the user.
Although with this i also like the iq for scanning bill which give us a very good experience as well as a environment where we can auto the whole billing system.
