Getting Started with Community Edition
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ease of the layout and design. It was pretty easy to navigate and add different functions to my robot's workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues trying to incorporate REST web service calls. I was using Base64 encoding but the length of the string was too long to be accepted by AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to automate invoice processing through the use of data capture and RPA.

There's a new update that is available every 3-4 months making it difficult to retrain the resources frequently

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly tools which is easier to learn and implement compared to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the control got disconnected with client without any reason and repeatedly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many processes like cash ordering, customer sms management etc which save lots of manual efforts and expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Alomost All the componenets of AA is very nice, especially the bot runner to run the tasks in a specified time notifying in an email to the person involved, and hence the person's time is free for useful purpose and need not to sit & execute the task manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Running in disconnected mode sometimes the task fail for some VM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of problems in the project like monitoring client servers, creating client user etc. It has reduced time, saved cost & almost error free and hence the engineer need not to sit and execute task manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and features offered by Metabots. The Bot insight features are also exciting. Automation Anywhere is process agnostic and can help in automating any rule based process and offers good analytical capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Citrix Automation and CR related issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving different processes such as R2R, P2P, O2C, SCF for our customer and we have obtained significant cost savings and efficiency gains.

Automation Anywhere is a fantastic COTS product to automate and simplify the business processes and deliver value to your customers.

To the new version is awesome. All in one solution for recorder. Advanced internal table concept and design was stunning

Some of bugs still remains. Some of the functions not available eg. Multiple if condition with one task conditions

Reduce work hours. Currently working with invoice creations and quotation creation via rpa A2019

What do you like best about the product?
Learning AA and working with the technology helped me find my dream job in UK. Now my whole family is settled in UK. AA not only decreases the complexity of processes, it also increases lifestyles. Cheers.

It was a good experience over all, with good detailing and user friendly operations
What do you like best about the product?
AA is an easy to learn and implement tool. Options like Drag & Drop command is very simple and easy to use. Reading xml, excel, PDF and database are very simple and executing other processes. Attended and Unattended BOTs are very useful and it gives more productivity. It actually over come the human efforts with high accuracy.

I faced difficulty or felt lengthy task in handling the API calls.Also, working with citrix also there were some struggles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So, the major benefit is an area which we couldn't touch through other automation tools and was taking a lot of time in doing the manual work, we some how managed to achieve it via Automation Anywhere. Its a very good tool , with easy to understand, drag & drop, we were able to give KT to the other team members, doing the certification also.Client also liked it, as we were able to manage to automate the one of the most complex area of the project.
