What do you like best about the product?
it is good for using in order to process of robotic work task. it develops and helps to identify the rpa and it makes me to understand and use efficiently. also, this platform really gives me feedback in short time. so, even though I have some question, i can be given answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes, i feel difficult to utilize and mobilize it because I was not familiar with this platform in which all is going on with the robotic process. Also, all is for the work task that needs technology so that it does not allow me to work the analog thing through this platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it can also working for paper works and also with the human capacity this intelligent process could be more working in the future,
Great experience with AA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
AA is the best tool to automation process and easy to learn the codes and workflows. It can able to automate the simple and complex process automation. AA metabot is used to work offline of the target application. Work queue concepts is very helpful to reduce the DBA team efforts. It can increase the productivity and Attended & unattended BOTS are give the more productivity and good ROI to the clients. Bot should run for 23*5 support in production environment. We can able to create the re-usability components and custom activities in the task bot. We can cognitive idea about IQ Bot. Checkbox fields can able to extract using IQ BOT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to write the c# code in metabot itself. Unable to filter the array variables. Cannot filter the multiple parameters in work queues. Scanned PDF extraction would be improved in further updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that AA have the best solution design, Cognitive ideas and amazing solution in IQ Bot. We can able to extract the PDF and Word files with checkbox, dynamic tables also.

Its very simple! Anyone can automate with the simple tool and enhance their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are several API lines which i need to modify, i have to open each and everyone one by one to edit and modify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to save several FTE per month enhancing business process and reducing time to action them with less errors and accurate results. Which also resulted in happy clients and customers.
We implemented it across several business lines from service desk to identity access management. The integrations and commands helped to perform several tasks.
There was also a big ROI on implementing automation anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Its one of the best automation tool which is available in market. It has various features/commands with which most of the manual and defined tasks can be automated. It helps in getting ROI in very short time. with its accuracy and efficiency productivity will get get noticeably increased Cognitive RPA helps in doing all the repetitive and tedious manual tasks in a easy way. Its easy to create both attended and un attended bot with this tool.It is easy to learn this tool, a non technical person also can learn this tool with out any difficulty. we can even re use the components created for automating one task with other. We can run sql queries using this tool to connect database and get output, run scripts in unix plat form. Its an amazing tool with most advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with citrix server the accuracy goes down a little, like the data extracted is not 100% accurate. Anyways its a minor thing which we can leave, its a very good tool with powerful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it for automating most of the tasks in my organization like generating account reports quarterly and mailing them to the concerned teams. We have automated the data entry task which should be done by reading a PDF. Bot does this job on daily basis at scheduled time, it reads the PDF and fills the application with the data available in the PDF. This was a routine task where this tool made our lives easy.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all Automation anywhere has gave enough study materails in their website which helps the people to scale up in the automation anywhere based on their skills. It has meta bots and IQ bots which can be used to reduce the manual intervention in a process and enhance the process automation. It can have both attended bots and unattended bots running in the same process.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I did not see any dislikes in the automation anywhere software

I am using the automation anywhere to automate the routine and boring process which is being done on a daily basis.

IQ bot has helped in extraction of data from PDF and images with the highest accuracy and less human effort applied.Keeping track of development work among team memebers is enabled by the bot insights dashboard that gives a clear status of each stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for where loops started and finished is clearly difficult in the liner flow of coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has automated web scraping process unstructured data plus Excel.We have been able to extract data from various integrated applications to activate events based on rational thinking.

Automation anywhere is an unique tool available in the market. It is easy to learn and implement. We can automate numerous tasks using this tool. This tool has many inbuilt commands which we can use for automating tasks. We can customize the commands using some programming languages. We can work even on mainframes application using terminal emulator command. we can implement both attended and un attended bots using this tool.We can record the activities done by the bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is best in the automation market, i don't have anything to dislike but it can improve in getting values from an scanned pdf attachments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used this tools for many projects, every project is successful and clients are amazed with its accuracy and performance. It reduces time to complete the work and it can be scheduled a time interval to complete tasks. My recent project was comparing two pdf file from different quarters and mark the changes in to an excel. We have implemented a bot using automation anywhere for this project where we have compare more than 100 thousand pdfs in very short span of time and its results are very accurate. I simply love this tool for its capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
i have been using automation anywhere for over 6 months for my online commercial store. me and my sister is eventually using this software because somehow it saves lot of time and lots of manpower which costs a lot and space too.
What do you dislike about the product?
i didn't like the complicity of the coding in automation RPA. rather than this, process design must me simple as compared to the present, which makes it annoy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as i told you earlier it helped me a lot to work alone as i don't have hire any employees to preform tasks which is automatically handling with the help of RPA. and one of the best thing is i can allow anyone to get moderator access to work behalf of me whenever i'm busy.

i would happily suggest this software to my friends so that they can also save their time and their money which they will pay to their employees.
