What do you like best about the product?
We are able to automate similar tasks in a quite good manner which is more trustworthy and provides optimal results.

It becomes a very complex task when we are working with MS office files like Excel, Word etc.

We are pulling the data from different applications to trigger some events based on logical reasoning.

Best tool of all RPA tools comparing to compatibility, flexibility, efficiency, etc
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly i like about product or service is many updates or upgradations will be added in every 2 or 3 months. This makes us to explore new things and gives more comfort to use. This is the best of all tools available in RPA. This has a very good feature like "we can types of code or script from Automation Anywhere". This provides 100% efficiency. Ease of usage. Simple to understand and learn.
One of the features that we have used the most is an action in the Workbench called Object Cloning. We find that very reliable and very useful for implementing different business processes.
Security is a top priority for us. To be allowed to automate different processes, we need to have a good set of controls around who is allowed to do what, and what credentials people can and can't use. It allows us to manage access make sure that we have full control.

I tried to automate legacy applications with this tool. This helped me lot to automate easily without facing any issues. In SAP Integration also, it helped a lot with ease process
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give first priority to Automation Anywhere while automating any application. This will give best experience in automating with any type of applications. Applications may be based on .Net framework or Java Applet or any other.

it buildup my carrier to peaks, it was a self satisfactory, fuctionality of user interface is excellent.

methodology is quit diffcuilt because we start learning this tool without having any basic concept on robotics,if we do have it is quite easy.

is a graceful work tool that allows you to perform bots and control automatic processes in a few steps and compresses the time in the operation of operations with bots, it is an incredible tool because it is used for the automation of all products with a few clicks, it is Very intuitive and easy to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other products have robotic functionality, but MetaBot is a type of functionality that creates the code. And also the cloning of objects that is used to capture objects. It captures properties such as coordinates, which helps to locate elements with greater precision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it could be more interconnected with api directly to more complex tools so as not to configure so many permissions on the bots, automation reduces a lot of manual effort, since it is easily automated from the use of the configuration panel anywhere. The cloning of objects allows to discard the entire web page in a controlled way, the truth is that this is perfect if it improves in any way in its updates, this functionality can contain and would be a more excellent tool

I recommend making more content for the study of the tool as a virtual academy with many laboratories

The best solution for the product function is Object Cloning that could be used to capture data, type process then navigation/intervention in the application. It is really intuitive to choose the tool by choosing the relevant window title and drag and drop. The product that we want to do most was the quality service that we offer in establishing the RPA framework that is very capable and effective in size.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any windows which appear when a task is dragged out and have a variety of functionality and options to enhance their usability. It is challenging in the declaration of variable data type and list. As it is more programmer-oriented, debugging tools are insufficient to test automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel automation, Citrix environment automation cuts a lot of work intervention as it is instantly automated from anywhere from automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great tool to eradicate manual work process which involves time and resources. This tool is easy to learn and implement. We can reduce time consumed by a manual work and increase the accuracy and productivity. This tool has many inbuilt commands with which allows to automate most of the manual processes like sending emails, consolidating reports, extracting data from email attachments or PDFs stored in a particular location. We can create a bot and schedule time to run, bot will perform rest of the activities. We can record the activities done by the bot as well. We can use other tools with this to copy folder from one location to other or run tasks in linux server.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is very useful for implementing RPA, I didn't find any challenge with this tool. But when we try to extract data from citrix servers accuracy is bit less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented Automation anywhere for many manual processes in or organization. We have recently worked on a project where we have created a bot to perform the following task. Bot downloads the attachments from the unread emails. It separates the attachments with the required name mentioned in the code. It consolidates all such record from the attachments and stores in a repository. The actual task starts to find out a particular record (batch ID) from the application and need to add values for it which should be taken from this repository. This was very time consuming task earlier implementation of this tool made this task easy and the results are very much accurate. We have implemented this tool for many other processes where bot compares PDF and extract data from it, we have used it for filling forms from the data we get from e mails. Its very helpful tool and we can get ROI for sure.
