What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere have the best and advanced features when compared to other tools in market.
its interface is completely different easily understandable and even non developer or who is from business can also build the bot by him\her self .
Also the good part is even fresher can learn from AA university with no cast involved and get certified from the same. this is something very important to improve their skill set especially people coming from different domains.
I as a Business Analyst, had observed use of application within ease and whatever the application from the client we can automate all the tasks involved in the process.
Feature which I like the most is the ROI status, No other tool is having this feature. this made my work simple and reduced lot of time in showing savings to the various business units.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, I figured out that there were no queues to perform actions taking input from same spread sheet and simultaneously performing the bot, But this ha been resolved in later versions. Cheers

we have saved almost 10K USD approx and not only that we saved lot time which is critical in our business . we are happy to collaborate with AA all the time.

Just as a suggestion , if we would able to access AA university and AA community from the mobile (I mean as an application) we can learn new things on the GO !!

It can scale on demand and enables developers to develop bots easily.Bots are flexible and intelligent as they execute tasks fast and with high accuracy.

Bots operates on 100% accuracy rate and its performance is high.Yet to see faults.

Automation anywhere is the best tool for automating any repeated tasks.
It is simple and easy to learn as it does not requires any hard coding knowledge even a person having basic programming knowledge can create a bot easily.

What do you like best about the product?
In PV Industry, we have deployed the 6 automation process to be automated with using AA Client version 10.3 to 11.3.2. AA is the very easy to learning the codes and AA materials are helps to understanding the logics and ideas. Work queue concepts are very efficient and flexible to use in the development phase. Attended and Unattended BOTs are very efficient and provide the good productivity. It can able to extract the html source and html table html objects in web management commands. We can able to directly execute the javascript function if needed. we have the cognitive solution for extracting the word and PDF documents. We can able to create the reusable components and easy to incoporate the custom DLLs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are unable to filter the aray variable. we are unable to create the c# code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that AA have best design to implement the complex process and larger process. We need to persist the lot of information in in-memory variables and store the encrypted and decrypt files. Extract the structured data and unstructured data.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a pretty good tool to work with and automate tasks which doesn't need manual intervention and can work effectively. Good thing in this tool is like no prior coding experience required and easy to lean and get expertise. The tool itself has many inbuilt commands with which we can automate most of the tasks like sending emails, extracting data from pdf or images. control room is very much secured. We can connect to any web application or any windows application and execute the tasks like filling forms or clicking any buttons in the application. With this tool we can do tasks like filling forms so we dont need to give our database access to any vendor they can do it through this tool from front end. Both attended and un attended bots we can create and the results will be amazing with excellent accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything but i had faced some issues with data accuracy while extracting from scanned PDF. It depends on the quality of the image as well.

We can automate many manual and repetitive tasks with this tool. We get claim forms and we have to enter the data from claim form to our application and its time consuming and repetitive task.We have automated it using automation anywhere, we have created a bot and scheduled timings for it to perform this activity. Bot downloads the attachments from the mail and reads the pdf file and fetches the required information and pastes it in the excel, once all the unread mails are completed bot will upload the excel file in to the main application. This happens thrice a day with which we have seen quite accurate results with less manual resource. Its really an amazing tool for removing manual works.

Automation Anywhere is most popular and widely used RPA tool it is very user friendly and more flexible we can create different types of Software Robots to automate the manual task we can also automate web and windows applications. Automation Anywhere tool supports multiple browsers and scripting languages like VB and Java scripts.using the tool we can create the IQ and Meta bots for complex task. using control room bots can be scheduled and it can run at any scheduled time without manual intervention. and we can also use macros to automate the complex Excel task. we can Run the macros very easily using the command Run macros. we can integrate the tool with multiple applications using the tool we can work on both Scanned and Digital PDF documents also we can Automate the DB related task we can also execute the SQL query's and using Terminal Emulator command we can Automate the Main Frame application.performance of the tool is very high
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere tool doesn't have any Inbuilt framework which make initial stage development quite difficult and time consuming and automating the scanned PDF using the inbuilt OCR Engine leads to less accuracy and Excel and Email Automation as less features compare to other tools to perform small complex task we should run the VB or Macros and working on Unstructured data is difficult

Automation Anywhere tool is more efficient in automating the DB activities and it is very faster. tool helped us in Automating the few DB and server related manual task which reduce the manual intervention and time
