Great company expanding our technology forward
What do you like best about the product?
I love the different products they have to offer that will suite the needs of your company. They partner with you to provide which “ bot” suites your company to make it profitable. It also always for new softwares to be installed and they always keep you current with their products and research they are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site makes sense to me, but for an average person I do not know if they would quite understand what the company does. Again. They are targeting specific people and companies- not the general public being pleased with how it looks and readability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using their analytics bot to help uncover process work flows in our hospital system. We are phasing out individuals who tend to make mistakes and instead replace with a system that is faster and more efficient and correct.

It is very secure. We can collect data from any databases. Easy to use.

It has an amzing user community where one can use to collect and share automative ideas.Collaboration among employees is effective and they can execute data without being limited with rules from their company.

It is expensive to buy and i wish a discount iss given fro every new user or long term clients.

Intutitve task dashboard for showing the status of each project which enables one to gain isnghts on what is to be done.

AA is extremely easy to use software that has an immediate effect on your business.
What do you like best about the product?
I wasn't specifically a programmer before using AA and just after AA University and a couple months of practice I am very fluid in automating processes that benefit our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the software object cloning can seem finicky. What I mean by that is the same exact command in one process may not work the same in another for some reason whether that's an HTML or a window issue is hard to identify and fix at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating tons of manual processes and we knew that we would. What we are doing that we didn't expect is building tools and reports that people otherwise wouldn't have to manage their business due the time to build reports or the availability of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is best robotic tool to automate the simple & Complex process. We can store sensitive data and security recording option also to stored client records. We can create the custom dll files and import to the metabot and use the custom codes for the serializing the data. We can automate the structured and unstructured data with help of c# code. Coding standard which AA team suggested to us to improve the code efficient. Interact with the multiple web pages and window application. Incorporate to multiple BOTs models. Designing the solution architect to entire process is very easy to reuse for another process. AA Materials and blogs are very useful and improve our knowledge. AA 11.3.2 is more flexible to adapt the another activity also and reduce the human efforts.. Work queue concept is very efficient and it helps to maintain the bot records with the high secured and reduce the DB team efforts. So clients are happy to stay with us. Notifications mail is help to business SME to monitoring the BOTs in production.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to filter the array variables. Unable to create the dynamic variables. Unable to pass the dynamic variable in the credential vault attributes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that AA is the best solution and it capable to automate the multiple process with out any human interruption. We are deployed around 80 BOTs without human interruption.

Automation Anywhere is best automation tool and its very easy to learning the AA Code. AA reference books are available in official web site. Its very helpful to understand the logics and commands. how to create the standard structure codes.
1) AA Taskbot is very easy to drag and drop the commands.It helps to automate the complex and simple automation process,
2) AA Metabot is very easy to captured the screenshot and work on the offline sites. We can able to change the screen or assets name and titles.
3) We can able to extract the word and PDF document with help of IQ Bot.
4) IQ Bots are cognitive ideas to extract the input document in my process.
5) Work queue concepts are very useful and reduce the timing for accessing the third party components.
6) Credential vault is the managing idea to managing the sensitive data with high level security.
7) Attended and Unattended BOTs are very useful to my client process.

Nothing to dislike the logics. But Scanned PDF Documents are not able to extract the radio button and checkboxes in the dynamic html tables.

I have realized that AA have best architect design and good solutions. we are deployed 50 BOTS in production with high volume process, its stable and good ROI with high accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides non developers with a condusive environment for building workflow process using codeless and drag and drop systems. It records actions performed by a human within a software tool that can be translated into workflows within the RPA product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that it is easy to implement and that all repeptitive tasks can now be avoided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save time and eliminate the need for human employees to do time-consuming, repetitive, and tedious tasks.It allow users to build workflows for said bots to follow, via development environments or recording capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is the best tool for implementing Robotic process automation for any on going manual process or new process which has defined routine work. This tool has various commands with which most of the processes can be automated such as triggering emails, downloading attachments and extracting data from it. This tool can help in automating windows applications as well as web applications which is considerably great. We can also automate mainframes application using terminal emulator command. Its easy to schedule bot to perform activities on a regular basis. Its very user friendly, easy to learn and implement, no programming knowledge required. Increase transaction speed and saves time and cost to your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to mention any dislike for this tool, its great tool. It can improve while working with citrix automation, results are accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps in automating most of the routine works like sending mails, generating reports. We have use it in automating our HR department work of adding newly on-boarded employee details in to company database. We used it for a project where we automated data entry work, like the bot downloads attachment from email and inserts in to the website record by record sequentially.
