Great AA Automation Experience
What do you like best about the product?
AA is the best automation tool and it easy to learn the AA code and easy to develop the code for simple and complex automation process. AA Reference materials are very useful and its available in official web sites. AA Exports are awesome service and provides the good solutions.
1) Work Queue concept is very useful and good idea to reduce the database support. It can reduce the human efforts.
2) AA Metabot can easy to create the reusable components and Create the custom logics with help of custom DLL. We can flexible to work offline application.
3) AA Scheduler can schedule to target runner BOTs with the auto login enabled machines.
4) AA Unattended BOTs are very useful and it can increase the productivity to the clients.
5) AA workitem can assign the cases to the target bot runner machine and easy to apply the filter conditions in the work queue.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to write the C# or VB Net code inside the AA Metabot. Unable to extract the PDF Check boxes and Radio buttons from dynamic Html tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that AA have best architect solution to achieve the complex automation process and easy to incorporate the AA Code to another modules. We have done 8 process to be automated and it provides the 100% productivity and good ROI to clients. My clients are very satisfy from the automation BOTs as they expected. As of now, they are realized that AA have achieve all kind of process will be automate with help of AA.

The tool is simple and easy to use. Any professional without any coding knowledge can learn and start using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything that I dislike about the tool. I have also used UIPath but I found Automation Anywhere much more user-friendly and easy to learn the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated emails, Capture information from the website, Generate invoice, Convert invoice into excel sheet. Create workflow in zoho CRM and automate tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily state Automation Anywhere as the leader in Robotic Process Automation platform that helps us to build efficient software bots which reduces the time consumed in performing repetitive manual tasks. Very flexible and easy to use tool which blends well if the organization follows Agile principles. If a few automation needs are not satisfied we can use Metabots and IQbots to fill in the shoe. Creation of RPA bots is made simple with an excellent classroom functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of transparency of the hidden settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The feature to record keystrokes to create automation code is way simple and later we can modify the code to make Automation Anywhere to perform as expected. The use of control room makes day to day management of automation easy. A lot of processes existed in the application that consumed a lot of time to do repetitive tasks and through Automation Anywhere automating those repetitive processes have eased the work with a lot of effective time management.

Interactive working time is reduced drastically with a lot of time available to perform various other tasks at work. Automation Anywhere has drastically helped in testing data which consumed days together previously which now can be tested within hours. With database previously a lot of time was spent on collecting information later running and comparing but now within hours report would be emailed through help of Automation Anywhere.

Can't handle minor changes to websites. Specific commands will often decide not to work for no reason

We have been automating processes such as PDF creation for invoices and POs, saving a lot of manual work

It takes a while to get used to, but once you're familiar with the UI then it becomes second nature

What do you like best about the product?
I love the idea of it's statistics being in depth, and the concept of little details such as angles of incidence being recorded, measured, and shown. It's got a simple UI making it easy to browse and use. Wasn't hard to understand when I first started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the UI is basic, there is a lack of features on it. For example, contacting them is a very hard task, and won't be found on the dashboard easily. They also ask for a lot of information such as screenshots, dates and reference numbers in order to review your case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over reliance on a single program. Now we're using programs such as automation anywhere to ensure there's a range of better products in our department.

Its not possible to write the c# code in the meta bot itself. Scanned PDF Checkbox is very challenges of extracting the data.
