Automation Anywhere is Significant Tool
What do you like best about the product?
not so much coding experience is needed for designing the robots. vastly facile to use it and vastly facile to understand the features of the tool. Robots can do tasks vastly speedy compared to humans.
What do you dislike about the product?
until now i have faced very less challenges with automation anywhere and that are application runs unhurriedly on remote machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it cuts the cost, time, effort with the assist of automation anywhere and Robots can do tasks at any time by using bot scheduling feature which is accessible in automation anywhere.

Easy Tool To Automate UI Testing
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about automation anywhere is the extremely simple to use user interface. You don't have to know how to code to be able to use Automation Anywhere. It features an easy to use drag and drop interface utilizing a flow diagram structure so it's really easy to see what you're doing. This also means that it's really easy for another tester to understand a UI test so they are able to modify it as needed without reading through multiple lines of code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's so simple to use customization is somewhat limited. We aren't able to run certain scripts in the background during a test or implement all of the fail conditions we'd like to in the tests. In other words if a test fails we aren't able to program what data is captured in fail logs and help the test recover if we want to. But if you're looking for a simple testing solution with pass/fail cases Automation Anywhere is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried using Automation Anywhere to handle or UI tests for our application. We chose Automation Anywhere because it's simple to use and doesn't require a coding background. Unfortunately because it's so easy to use it wasn't able to handle all of the use cases we wanted it to. It did however prove to be a great tool for those looking for a basic automation tool.

As I've stated elsewhere in this review Automation Anywhere is a great tool for those looking for a simple Automation tool. It's extremely easy to use and user friendly. The only downside is if you need to run separate scripts in the background and have customized fail behaviors it may not be able to perform everything you need it to.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of the best automation tool available in the market. Its very user friendly and it has numerous commands inbuilt by which we can automate many tasks. We can schedule the bot to perform tasks. We can use it to automate windows application and web applications.Its very easy to learn and implement. Its very accurate while extracting data from PF or word files. Queue concept is best among all. Attended bot and unattended bot functionality is at its top performance. Easy to implement sql Queries while working on any database. It combines sophisticated RPA, embedded analytic technologies to get results accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very easy to learn and perform in it. I don't find any point to specify here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its one one of the best automation tool available. Its easy to learn and implement. We use it to automate our general routine task which can help to increase our production with more accuracy. We have used it to automate manual data entry process for adding any member detail in to the application.We have automated sending emails to concerned teams on regular basis for different tasks. We can use it to automate all predefined works. By excel commands we can read date from websites and can store in the excel. We can handle exceptions very nicely in this tool.

Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool which made Automation very simple there are many inbuilt commands in Automation Anywhere tool we can make use of it for automating the manual task. email, PDF and Excel automation are simple using this tool we can also automate the Database and servers using Database and FTP/sFTP command present in the tool. Automation Anywhere is a developer-friendly tool. for the complex task if we don't fin the commands in the tool till we can automate by running the VB and VBA scripts using the Run script and Run the macro commands. we can develop the IQ bots of PDF automation and also we can develop the meta bots for code reusability. and we can store the code in the repository and we can schedule the bots using control room. the tool very flexible we can integrate with many tools and it supports multiple browsers like chrome and IE
What do you dislike about the product?
Working on Scanned PDF and OCR engine using the tool will give less accurate results and there are fewer features in Email and Excel automation and working on the Citrix automation is bit difficult

Automation Anywhere helped me in extracting the data from the staging server and update into excel and sending it as an attachment in the email as notification to the end users it helped me a lot in saving my time as well as my team members time

What do you like best about the product?
The automation capability is provided with ease by Automation Anywhere tool without having to worry much about process in terms of additional features. Drastically, reduces the workload and helps in streamlining all the processes. Provides agility in the process. Very easy to understand and very easy to use. Less knowledge and experience is required on coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are dealing with any dynamic workflow where we expect a workflow change based on input parameters Automation Anywhere won't provide much help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely, time and effort is saved when it comes to automating processes of a complex nature. The object cloning is the best feature wherein we can move the mouse and traverse to a particular point or go to an specific element. Fetching PDF, Excel Information from the application is very easy and rate testing can be done accurately.

It provides a wide variety of task capabilities. The drag and drop feature really helps to code with ease without much prior knowledge required on coding.

IF deployed company wide a lot of manual work would be reduced and improves employees day to day experience. The interface is very easy to use and user friendly and can be handled without much programming language. The built in security features are great along with error checking feature which allows to build resilient bots.

The free online training does not provide much knowledge transfer on practical hands on training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to create bots quickly from concept perspective. Best tool at performing rules based data movement along with interactions. Very easy to create temporary processes similar to more stable IT solution being developed. The matabots are very efficient in reading web contents. The best feature is that we can run scheduled tasks by using powerful task scheduling.

Very easy to automate third party client business processes. We can give a very solid solution for the client.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has the great ability to integrate all the web services and .NET DLLs. The object detection feature is the best. It is very easy to understand Automation Anywhere's process provided you have basic knowledge of English. Any routine jobs in the application can be automated easily. The robots do the job faster compared to employees and drastically reduces much workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works quite slowly if an application runs on a remote desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since integration is very powerful it is very easy to connect to any web services. If a process exists inside a .NET DLL it is easy for Automation Anywhere to call inside the DLL.Best suitable for banking systems. During the POC period it is better to check if the system is capable of working with Automation Anywhere.

Drastically, improves business process outcome in the organization. Easy to automate routine processes in an application which saves a lot of time. Leads to very effective cost management.

What do you like best about the product?
Huge manpower work has been drastically reduced. The process of updating the bill claims by employees has been reduced into 25minutes due to automation, previously which consumed 4 hours. Highly accurate in performing complex and repetitive tasks. One of the great utility tool if excel work exists a bit difficult. Easy to automate back end support as as well. Very user friendly and intuitive user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coding is not at all complex. If requirements are complex automating becomes a bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of sending out reports daily manually has been reduced since mails are all automated. If the application involves a lot of images and PDF's automation anywhere is well suited for such activities.

Much programming language is not at all required to handle this tool. The built in security and error checking features are highly effective and allows in building resilient and highly efficient bots.

easy to create the individual bots such as meta bot, task bot, iq bot. you can run the multiple bots at simultaneously. No coding knowledge is need, user can record the activities like click the action wizard. it helps you to automate data transfer & export/import the data between applications.
