Rich in Feature
What do you like best about the product?
Huge list of handy functions for day to day activities: text and file manipulation
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slow developing with, though. Screen recoding didn't work for me many times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To automate work being done on IE, for internal intranet application. It was quite easy to ezecute after slow development.

What do you like best about the product?
The software made it very easy to begin coding if you have never coded before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like learning the syntax behind the code, this software eliminates that which makes it easier for beginning users but for other users use to seeing the full code can kind of feel like you don't know what's going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just beginning with Automation Anywhere but, there is huge potential for report and information gather that can be done off work hours so Employee can start their days doing meaningful analysis instead of just gather data

Helping us in automating the web retrieval tasks, scrapping the information from native pdfs and updating the information in the application. We were able to reduce turnaround and improve quality of the process

Challenges while creating bot on Silverlight application

Reducing human intervention in performing web retrievals and scraping the information from pdf. If the same task is performed by an individuals, we may find few oversights but here the process is smooth. We can utilize these resources where we have a need

It's a great RPA tool, can easily manage simple to medium complex tasks like charm.

Automation Anywhere is a powerful RPA tool which feels like a significant technological evolution helping in increasing productivity and cost reduction as it's main purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are however several risks with RPA. Criticism include risks of stifling innovation and creating a more complex maintenance environment of existing software that now needs to consider the use of graphical user interfaces in a way they weren't intended to be used.

Automation of a few manual works done by technicians.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere makes it easy for beginners and advanced users to learn the product, its tool and how to create the needed tasks to improve business processes and automate mundane activities on a consistent basis. There is a great learning modules and testing phase which helps get you comfortable developing and creating with AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is definitely still a learning curve but that is nothing against Automation Anywhere, if anything it is a just a new skill set to learn. I would stay the breadth of information that they throw at you during training and the amount of information is just a bit overwhelming and it is hard to sustain the ability to take it all in within the limited training period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a variety of problems with Automation Anywhere. To begin with we are working to start to remove simple daily and repeatable tasks from our staff that can be done by machine. These then allows our skilled workers to address other areas of work and put their skills and resources towards another area that AA can't do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say check it out, try, do the training, contact support. Test out the features and the product and you can see for yourself if it is a viable option. There are definitely other companies out there that do the same thing and I know our company advised AA was quite expensive but for the service you get and possibly the advanced features they have for RPA this might be the golden ticket!

Best RPA product
User friendly and does everything. Literally everything!!!!

It is so user friendly such that developer has everything in his/her hand to start with.

Work queues and Bot Insights are not that robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating processes in Banking and Insurance domain. Benefits like accuracy and saving man hours.
