Its just Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
It has covered everything, almost everything. Till now i did not find a computer process which is not present in Automation Anywhere. It has helped me a lot in Automating the daily task and i could utilize my time in some productive work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I have not explored much as i am a new user, but As a developer i am not very happy only with the drag/drop options for command. I understand it is made mainly to use with people without coding experience but still, you must think once from developer point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am mainly automating some repetitive task which used to take most of my day time and now i can make use of my free time doing something worth for me and my organization.

Its awesome guys, just go for it.

It is very user friendly tool. Easily can understand everyone. In this tool best feature is IQ bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Object cloning activity work inconsistent

Automating the easier way with Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is used for automating almost every type of process, be it excel automation or PDF automation. It let's you easily automate tasks using it's drag and drag features. The automation anywhere university is a great platform for people to learn about automation anywhere. It also provides certain certifications which can be used to increase your market value. Other than that features like web services integration, IQ bot etc makes it different from other tools out in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some problems I faced while automating tasks in AA. One being backward compatibility. The readability of code is quite poor which makes it very difficult for developers to debug the code. Also, when you move to other file in AA Client it moves down to the line of code as per the previously opened file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main task automated by Automation Anywhere is excel automation and form filling through Object Cloning. Web services are also used in some cases where the page is volatile.
PDF Automation and extraction is also done in some cases. Email automation was also used in a test case. The benefits have been quite immense. Bringing down manual tasks worth minimum two to three hours of manual effort to just ten minutes of bot's run the time required to complete a taskhas been reduced to a great extent. Mundane tasks like generating day to day reports etc have been automated which gives employees a chance to work on more interesting work and not get bored by the same work again and again.

Automation Anywhere is the best tool for beginners who want a career in RPA industry. It is also quite good tool for organisation that are looking to automate their internal tasks. The pricing is bit on a higher side but as per me AA is highly recommended. Ease of use, immense training material and robustness makes it even more eligible for the best RPA candidate

Courses could have been laid out better.

I'm just learning what AA is. I haven't really used it for a use case.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked AAW because it is very user friendly. It has serious features that will allow automating repetitive and boring tasks. It will help employees gain time at be more cheerful. It will help company be more efficient 24/7 because a bit can't get tired.

I think the cost of the training is a bit much. But I am sure it deserves it.

A simple software to create advance bot
What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to use. The interface is great. Any beginner can pick it up and start creating state of the art bot. Also, the online course that was there for learning was very easy and inductive. I felt like I was using software and getting tutorials both at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I would dislike. Though I can suggest why not make only one type of recorder instead of 3. I sometimes get confused about which recorder to use. Like you can do one thing, just merge all the recorders to one and automatically detect what type of record the developer is creating. This will definitely help the developer to be not more confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point in time, I haven't met with any problem. Creating a bot using drag and drop features is awesome. There is a problem though, the lack of not able to use a web recorder in chrome. Also the internet explorer is way too old to do this kind of stuff, so I request you all to shift to chrome. That's all that I wanted to say about this product. Everything else is just fine and you all are going in a good direction.

Don’t waste time in evaluating other tools if you have got to automate your customer’s manual processes soon. This is one of the best tools available in the market with easy to learn setup

The flexibility between using the smart/screen/web recorder offers an adaptable automation experience when recording business processes, decreasing the time needed to script, and helping speed up the implementation of the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Build The Digital Workforce: Create Bots Using Automation Anywhere V11.0" course is very slow and repetitive, repeating such steps as "open the workbench" - this should be assumed (or automated!).
The video player used for tutorials also lacks the ability to go full screen, or playback at a higher speed.
I'm yet to find anything I particularly dislike about the software itself!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically configuring windows settings is very easy. Scripts can be written and executed for new laptop configuration, reducing the admin required by the IT department.

It´s a tool that helps to power up a company by automating day to day processess. It´s an easy to use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Directly the OCR tool, i haven´t been able to use it as i would like.

More than problems it have helped me to automate executive processess that reduced the expenses of the company.
