Tends to be a bit intimidating for a novice but works magic once setup.

we have it it take care of our portal responses to FMR's this way we always meet SLA and being a small company means we do not have tech support 24*7 specially on weekends this helps a tonne when different customers come up with same queries repeatedly.

Best way to Automate the Legacy process into stable and flexibly manner
What do you like best about the product?
It provides many inbuilt features to us. The best thing I like the most is it validates all the PDF documents with high accuracy and less time. It helps to increase the productivity.Automation Anywhere is an excellent platform which creates Bots that performs all types of tasks that reduces manual efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything like least used in Automation Anywhere. Each and everything is used in certain cases depends on the requirements.

We are running the tool in VDI in a server which is getting crashed unexpectedly without realizing.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of automation tools in one project that's fairly easy to learn and use. Our company Tried out Automation Anywhere to automate some of our testing and scripts. It was fairly easy to use and understand. We were able to use Automation Anywhere to easily increase our UI tests and create real world data. We were also able to automate load testing which can be really difficult. Another thing we found really helpful was the abundance of training support readily available. This allowed me to easily get up to speed with Automation Anywhere and use it with our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit wonky at times and require some manual overrides. Some of the error messages it provides can be really confusing and take some time to figure out what's causing them. Documentation on Automation Anywhere was readily available which was nice, but it would be better if the error messages were more straight forward or helpful in easily identifying the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped our business simplify our automation testing in most cases. Automation Anywhere has an easy to use drag and drop interface which meant people from just about any experience level could use it. Using Automation Anywhere we were able to add tests to our program to meet business level requirements dictating the amount of code covered by tests.

User friendly, drag and drop set up with options for more specific coding. Enjoyed the rollout capabilities at such a large firm with customization functionalities for specific needs.

Disliked some of the limitations for legacy systems and security.

Efficiency problems, we are now automating many day to day manual tasks that are prone to error and burn out. Provides time for more added value analysis and attention to other business needs.

Graphical view, difficult to search the options. Difficult for the bots' structure for a new user. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
